Example 2Preparation of Ganoderma extract
The ganoderma lucidum extract can be obtained by adopting the following method: i) taking dry lucid ganoderma, crushing the dry lucid ganoderma into tea, boiling the tea in 0.2 part of citric acid water for 10 to 20 minutes, filtering to obtain lucid ganoderma liquid, and adding 3 to 5 times of purified water: ii) obtaining a ganoderma lucidum suspension by using a high pressure osmosis technology; iii) separating, and mechanically separating to remove foam to obtain pure Ganoderma extractive solution.
Example 3Preparation of fructus Lycii extractive solution
Extracting fructus Lycii and ethanol at a ratio of 1: 1 for three times in a universal extractor, mixing the extractive solutions, and concentrating in a universal concentrator at 60 deg.C and 0.8 vacuum degree for half an hour to obtain fructus Lycii extractive solution;
example 4Preparation of extractive solution of fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris
Artificially culturing Cordyceps fruiting body by bitter cultivation or wild cultivation, washing with sterile water, adding 80-100 deg.C water, boiling, milling with colloid to obtain slurry, extracting by permeation-reverse osmosis-bipolar reverse osmosis-ion exchange, concentrating to obtain fruiting body solid containing certain water content, and making into combined stock solution. Extracting the obtained fruiting body solid with boiling water, and performing cold extraction to obtain Cordyceps militaris fruiting body extractive solution.
Example 5Preparation of needle mushroom soluble extract
Extracting artificially cultured needle mushroom fruiting body, deactivating enzyme and sterilizing, adding 2% citric acid, boiling in stainless steel pot with 2-3 times of water for 5-10 min, cooling, grinding, and filtering to obtain extractive solution.
Example 6Preparation of Ganoderma lucidum concentrated solution
Taking dry lucid ganoderma, crushing the dry lucid ganoderma into tea, boiling the tea in 0.2 part of citric acid water for 10 to 20 minutes, filtering to obtain lucid ganoderma liquid, adding 3 to 5 times of purified water, obtaining lucid ganoderma suspension by using a high-pressure permeation technology, and separating the lucid ganoderma suspension in a separator to remove foams to obtain pure lucid ganoderma extract;
extracting Ganoderma with water, concentrating with liquid concentrating technology, heating, evaporating part of solvent, and separating evaporated water from the rest concentrated solution to obtain water content of 30% or less for convenient use.
Example 7Preparation of concentrated cordyceps solution
Preparing a solid fruiting body: boiling edible fungus sporophore in water, extracting by permeation-reverse osmosis-bipolar reverse osmosis-ion exchange, and concentrating to obtain sporophore solid containing certain water content as combined concocting stock solution;
extracting the obtained fruiting body solid with boiling water, and performing cold extraction to obtain Cordyceps militaris fruiting body extractive solution;
heating the Cordyceps militaris extractive solution with an evaporation concentrator to volatilize water, and making the concentration of the solution reach 30% for use.
Example 8
In the embodiment, the ganoderma lucidum and agaric biological health-care beverage comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10 parts of agaric extracting solution, 30 parts of lucid ganoderma extracting solution, 3 parts of wolfberry extracting solution, 7 parts of honey, 0.4 part of vitamin C, 40 parts of jujube juice, 0.1 part of citric acid, 3-3.9 parts of pH value adjustment and a proper amount of purified water.
The product is special for men.
Example 9
In the embodiment, the ganoderma lucidum and agaric biological health-care beverage comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40 parts of agaric extracting solution, 10 parts of lucid ganoderma extracting solution, 0.8 part of cordyceps militaris fruiting body extracting solution, 10 parts of xylitol, 0.6 part of vitamin C, 0.3 part of citric acid, 3-4 parts of pH value adjusting, a proper amount of aloe and a proper amount of purified water.
The product is special for women, so that the addition of a proper amount of aloe has the beautifying effect. The cordyceps sinensis is a unique and rare Chinese medicament in China, can generate various active substances, and has the functions of improving immunity, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation. It also has certain effect on nervous system and kidney.

In the embodiment, the ganoderma lucidum and agaric biological health-care beverage comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20 parts of agaric extracting solution, 35 parts of lucid ganoderma extracting solution, 10 parts of needle mushroom soluble solid matter, 10 parts of cane sugar, 0.6 part of vitamin C, 0.1 part of citric acid, 3-4 parts of pH value adjustment, proper amount of fruit juice and proper amount of purified water.
The product is special for children, so that a proper amount of apple, pineapple and other fruit juice is added, and the taste is suitable for children. The needle mushroom has high vitamin D content, is helpful for the brain development of children, and can be added with needle mushroom extract to improve the brain development of children and cultivate wisdom talents.

In the embodiment, the ganoderma lucidum and agaric biological health-care beverage comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10 parts of agaric extracting solution, 30 parts of lucid ganoderma extracting solution, 3 parts of wolfberry extracting solution, 0.8 part of lucid ganoderma concentrated solution, 7 parts of honey, 0.4 part of vitamin C, 40 parts of jujube juice and 0.1 part of citric acid, the pH value is adjusted to 3-3.9, and a proper amount of purified water is added.
Because the edible fungi have seasonal production rules, if the production requirements cannot be met, the edible fungi can be replaced by biological fungus concentrated solution, such as ganoderma lucidum concentrated solution, so as to meet the market requirements.

In the embodiment, the ganoderma lucidum and agaric biological health-care beverage comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20 parts of agaric extracting solution, 35 parts of lucid ganoderma extracting solution, 20 parts of cordyceps sinensis concentrated solution, 10 parts of cane sugar, 0.6 part of vitamin C, 0.1 part of citric acid, a pH value adjusted to 3-4, a proper amount of fruit juice and a proper amount of purified water.
Example 13Method for extracting juice from wild jujube (or red jujube)
Selecting wild jujube (or red jujube) to remove impurities, cleaning, adding 3-5 times of water into a stainless steel sandwich pot, cooking, cooling, grinding into thick liquid, and repeatedly filtering with a filter to obtain jujube juice.

The ganoderma lucidum and agaric biological health-care beverage is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 10-40 parts of agaric extracting solution, 10-40 parts of lucid ganoderma extracting solution, 3-10 parts of wolfberry extracting solution, 0.1-0.3 part of citric acid, 0.8-10 parts of cordyceps militaris fruiting body extracting solution or 10-20 parts of needle mushroom extracting solution and purified water;
wherein,
the agaric extracting solution is prepared by the following steps:
i) putting the high-quality dried agaric into 0.2 part of citric acid boiling water, boiling for 2-5 minutes, taking out and cooling;
ii) cooling, adding more than three times of purified water, putting into a homogenizer for crushing, grinding by a colloid mill, and obtaining a suspension by using a 10-20 micron sieve and adopting a high-pressure permeation technology;
iii) separating the suspension in a centrifuge, and discharging foam to obtain pure Auricularia extractive solution;
the ganoderma lucidum extracting solution is prepared by the following steps:
i) taking dry lucid ganoderma, crushing the dry lucid ganoderma into tea, boiling the tea in 0.2 part of citric acid water for 10 to 20 minutes, filtering the tea to obtain lucid ganoderma liquid, and adding 3 to 5 times of purified water;
ii) obtaining a ganoderma lucidum suspension by using a high pressure osmosis technology;
iii) separating in a separator to remove foam to obtain pure Ganoderma extractive solution;
the wolfberry fruit extracting solution is prepared by the following steps:
mixing fructus Lycii with ethanol according to a ratio of 1: 1, extracting the raw materials in a general extractor for three times, mixing the three extracting solutions, and concentrating the mixture in a general concentrator for half an hour at the temperature of 60 ℃ and the vacuum degree of 0.8 to obtain a medlar extracting solution;
the cordyceps militaris sporocarp extracting solution is prepared by the following steps:
i) preparing a solid fruiting body: boiling Cordyceps militaris fruiting body in water, extracting by permeation-reverse osmosis-bipolar reverse osmosis-ion exchange, and concentrating to obtain fruiting body solid containing certain water content as combined concocting stock solution;
ii) extracting the obtained solid fruiting body with boiling water, and performing cold extraction to obtain Cordyceps militaris fruiting body extractive solution;
the needle mushroom extracting solution is prepared by the following steps:
i) taking the fruiting body of artificially cultured needle mushroom, and performing microwave sterilization and enzyme deactivation treatment;
ii) adding water into the obtained needle mushroom fruiting body, boiling, and extracting a needle mushroom extracting solution.
2. The ganoderma-agaric biological health beverage according to claim 1, further comprising one or more of sucrose, xylitol and honey.
3. The ganoderma-agaric biological health beverage according to claim 1, further comprising one or more of jujube juice, vitamin C and aloe.
4. The ganoderma-agaric biological health-care beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pH value of the ganoderma-agaric biological health-care beverage is 3-4.
5. A method for preparing the ganoderma lucidum and agaric biological health drink as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) the agaric extracting solution is prepared by the following steps:
i) putting the high-quality dried agaric into 0.2 part of citric acid boiling water, boiling for 2-5 minutes, taking out and cooling;
ii) cooling, adding more than three times of purified water, putting into a homogenizer for crushing, grinding by a colloid mill, and obtaining a suspension by using a 10-20 micron sieve and adopting a high-pressure permeation technology;
iii) separating the suspension in a centrifuge, and discharging foam to obtain pure Auricularia extractive solution;
2) the ganoderma lucidum extracting solution is prepared by the following steps:
i) taking dry lucid ganoderma, crushing the dry lucid ganoderma into tea, boiling the tea in 0.2 part of citric acid water for 10 to 20 minutes, filtering the tea to obtain lucid ganoderma liquid, and adding 3 to 5 times of purified water;
ii) obtaining a ganoderma lucidum suspension by using a high pressure osmosis technology;
iii) separating in a separator to remove foam to obtain pure Ganoderma extractive solution;
3) the wolfberry fruit extracting solution is prepared by the following steps:
mixing fructus Lycii with ethanol according to a ratio of 1: 1, extracting the raw materials in a general extractor for three times, mixing the three extracting solutions, and concentrating the mixture in a general concentrator for half an hour at the temperature of 60 ℃ and the vacuum degree of 0.8 to obtain a medlar extracting solution;
4) the cordyceps militaris sporocarp extracting solution is prepared by the following steps:
i) preparing a solid fruiting body: boiling Cordyceps militaris fruiting body in water, extracting by permeation-reverse osmosis-bipolar reverse osmosis-ion exchange, and concentrating to obtain fruiting body solid containing certain water content as combined concocting stock solution;
ii) extracting the obtained solid fruiting body with boiling water, and performing cold extraction to obtain Cordyceps militaris fruiting body extractive solution;
5) the needle mushroom extracting solution is prepared by the following steps:
i) taking the fruiting body of artificially cultured needle mushroom, and performing microwave sterilization and enzyme deactivation treatment;
ii) adding water into the obtained needle mushroom fruiting body, boiling, and extracting a needle mushroom extracting solution;
according to the weight portion of claim 1, citric acid is mixed with the extracting solution obtained in the steps 1) to 4), or citric acid is mixed with the extracting solution obtained in the steps 1), 2), 3) and 5), and purified water is added to obtain the ganoderma and agaric biological health-care beverage.
