Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a cell 1 and a cell 2 are neighboring cells, and both the cell 1 and the cell 2 are normally used, that is, the cell state is "allowed to access", at this time, when a terminal moves from a location a to a location B, the terminal reports a measurement value related to the cell 2 to a base station to which the cell 1 belongs, and the base station to which the cell 1 belongs determines that the terminal can be switched to the cell 2 according to a switching judgment criterion; if the cell state of the cell 2 is changed to "not allow access" at a certain moment, according to the existing flow, the base station to which the cell 1 belongs still judges according to the measurement reported by the terminal and switches the terminal to the cell 2, however, since the state of the cell 2 is unavailable at this time, the base station to which the cell 2 belongs rejects the switching message sent by the base station to which the cell 1 belongs, and the terminal fails to switch from the cell 1 to the cell 2, which may directly cause the terminal to drop the call.
In view of the foregoing problems, embodiments of the present invention provide an information sending method and apparatus, and in the following embodiments, an example of changing an access state of a first cell is described, and a base station to which the first cell belongs is referred to as a first base station, and a base station to which a neighboring cell of the first cell belongs is referred to as a neighboring cell belonging base station.
The information sending method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: and if the first cell is started or the access state information of the first cell is changed, sending the access state information of the first cell to a base station to which the adjacent cell of the first cell belongs, wherein the access state information indicates whether the terminal is allowed to access the first cell or indicates the priority information of the terminal which is allowed to access by the first cell. The priority information may be a priority threshold, for example, a high priority threshold, that is, only a terminal with a priority higher than the priority threshold may access the first cell, or a low priority threshold, that is, only a terminal with a priority lower than the priority threshold may access the first cell; or the priority information may also be a priority list, that is, only terminals with priorities in the priority list may access the first cell; and sending the access state information of the first cell to a base station to which the adjacent cell of the first cell belongs.
In the implementation of the present invention, after a cell is started or a cell access state is changed, the access state information of the cell is notified to a base station to which a neighboring cell of the cell belongs, and the base station to which the neighboring cell of the cell belongs can perform a switching operation on a terminal according to the access state of the cell, for example, if the access state information indicates whether the terminal is allowed to access, when the cell is in a state of 'not allowing access', the base station to which the neighboring cell belongs does not switch the terminal to the cell; or when the cell is in the 'access permission' state, the base station to which the adjacent cell belongs can switch the terminal to the cell; or, if the access state information indicates priority information of a terminal allowed to access the first cell, when the base station to which the neighboring cell belongs needs to switch to the first cell, only the terminal with the priority meeting the priority information is switched to the first cell. Of course, the specific implementation may be performed according to the policies of the actual operator.
An information sending method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with specific embodiments.
