A CSG (Closed Subscriber Group) is a small network covering a limited area, serving a specific Group of subscribers, and is called a Closed Subscriber Group. If the terminal moves among different cells, the network realizes the connection to the terminal through cell reselection. In a connected state between a terminal and a network, that is, the terminal and the network have data transmission, generally, the terminal reads a CSG system message to interrupt current data transmission, and generally, to reduce the influence on data services, the terminal is limited to read an interval of the CSG system message.
Therefore, when the terminal needs to access the network, the terminal searches the CSG cell only in the vicinity of the CSG, and searches other areas with low frequency or does not search at all. Meanwhile, when only one CSG allows access to users in a group, access to users in a non-group will fail, so that the terminal reads an ID (closed subscriber group identifier) of the CSG from a system message of the CSG cell before access, matches the read ID of the CSG with a CSG ID list stored in the terminal itself, and determines whether the terminal can access to the current cell. When the terminal is not in the vicinity of the accessible CSG cell, the terminal can continuously read the system messages of other CSG cells.

Meanwhile, since the frequency of reading system messages by the terminal in the connected state is very low, once a suitable cell is found, measurement reporting must be performed immediately, and handover is started, so that the terminal is not easy to handover to the cell with the best signal, but only the first suitable cell to be found, and since the cells under the same frequency in the UMTS and LTE systems interfere with each other, the method is obviously not suitable.

if the accessed closed user group cell is not recorded in the closed user group cell information which is locally stored in the terminal and can be successfully reselected, manually triggering the terminal to search the closed user group cell through a user; or,
and if the accessed closed user group cell is not found to be recorded in the closed user group cell information which is locally stored by the terminal and can be successfully reselected, triggering the terminal to search the closed user group cell at a lower frequency.
8. The method for searching and measuring the cells of the closed subscriber group according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
measuring and ranking the signal strength of the closed subscriber group cells;
selecting the closed user group cell with the strongest signal;
and accessing the terminal to the closed user group cell which has the strongest signal and is allowed to be accessed according to the read system message.
9. An apparatus for searching and measuring a cell of a closed subscriber group, comprising:
the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the physical layer cell identification group information of the closed subscriber group cell of the terminal; the physical layer cell identification group information of the closed user group cell is divided according to different service characteristics;
the cell search measuring unit is used for searching and measuring the closed subscriber group cell by the terminal according to the physical layer cell identification group information of the closed subscriber group cell;
the information acquisition unit includes:
a category dividing subunit, configured to perform category division on the closed subscriber group cell and the physical layer cell identifier of the closed subscriber group cell according to service characteristics;
the information acquisition subunit is used for distributing physical layer cell identification group information corresponding to the cell type of the closed user group cell according to the cell type of the closed user group cell;
the cell search measurement unit further includes:
a second judging unit, configured to judge, according to information of a successfully reselected closed subscriber group cell locally stored in the terminal, whether the closed subscriber group cell is a successfully reselected closed subscriber group cell locally stored in the terminal;
a third measuring subunit, configured to, if the searched closed subscriber group cell is a locally stored closed subscriber group cell that can be successfully reselected, perform, by the terminal, measurement and/or measurement report on the locally stored closed subscriber group cell that can be successfully reselected at a higher frequency;
and the fourth measurement subunit is configured to, if the searched closed subscriber group cell is not a locally stored closed subscriber group cell that can be successfully reselected, perform measurement and/or measurement report on the closed subscriber group cell at a low frequency by the terminal.
10. The apparatus for searching and measuring closed subscriber group cell as claimed in claim 9, wherein the cell search measuring unit further comprises:
the first judgment subunit is used for judging whether the terminal meets the conditions for searching and measuring the private CSG cell;
the first measurement subunit is used for measuring and/or measuring and reporting the public cell and the private cell by the terminal if the terminal meets the conditions of searching and measuring the private CSG cell;
and the second measurement subunit is used for measuring and/or measuring and reporting the searched public cell by the terminal if the terminal does not meet the conditions for searching and measuring the private CSG cell.
11. The apparatus for searching and measuring closed subscriber group cells as claimed in claim 10, further comprising: and the storage unit is used for the terminal to locally store the measured information of the successfully reselected closed user group cells.
12. The apparatus for searching and measuring closed subscriber group cells as claimed in claim 11, further comprising:
a system cell reading unit, configured to read a system message by the terminal to obtain a closed subscriber group identifier;
a system message judging unit, configured to judge whether the closed subscriber group identifier allows the terminal to access;
and the information updating unit is used for measuring and/or measuring and reporting all the closed user group cells by the terminal, reading the system information and updating the locally stored information if the network does not allow the terminal to access.
13. The apparatus for searching and measuring csg cells as claimed in claim 9, wherein when the terminal receives a list of csg cells that the terminal can access from a network, the cell search measuring unit further comprises:
an information comparison subunit, configured to compare the closed subscriber group cell list accessible to the terminal and sent by the network with the closed subscriber group cell information that is locally stored in the terminal and can be successfully reselected;
and the cell search measurement subunit is used for triggering the terminal to search and measure the closed subscriber group cell if the accessed closed subscriber group cell is found not to be recorded in the closed subscriber group cell information which is locally stored in the terminal and can be successfully reselected.
14. The apparatus for searching and measuring closed subscriber group cells according to any of claims 10 to 13, further comprising:
the signal measurement sorting unit is used for measuring the signal strength of the closed user group cells and sorting the signal strength;
a cell selection unit, configured to select a closed subscriber group cell with a strongest signal;
and the cell access unit is used for accessing the terminal to the closed user group cell with the strongest signal according to the read system message.
