Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一电路板、贴设于电路板上的若干发光二极管模组及安装于电路板一侧且罩设这些发光二极管模组的一反光罩,所述反光罩具有倾斜延伸的一第一延伸板及自所述第一延伸板一侧倾斜延伸的一第二延伸板,所述第一、第二延伸板的上表面为出光面且二上表面朝向不同方向,这些发光二极管模组分别穿入所述第一、第二延伸板。与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具的反光罩的第一、第二延伸板的出光上表面朝向不同方向,使发光二极管模组发射的光线能向发光二极管灯具周边辐射而使发光二极管灯具的照射范围更广。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,具有环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点已经被广泛的运用于各种领域。
传统的发光二极管灯具包括一平板状散热体及若干安装于该散热体一侧的发光二极管模组。当发光二极管被点亮时,安装在散热体一侧的发光二极管模组起到照明作用。由于发光二极管仅安装于散热体一侧的平面上,其所发出的光线只能从散热体的该侧平面以较小的角度向外辐射,照射范围有限、照明效果不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种照射范围较大的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一电路板、贴设于电路板上的若干发光二极管模组及安装于电路板一侧且罩设这些发光二极管模组的一反光罩,所述反光罩具有倾斜延伸的一第一延伸板及自所述第一延伸板一侧倾斜延伸的一第二延伸板,所述第一、第二延伸板的上表面为出光面且二上表面朝向不同方向,这些发光二极管模组分别穿入所述第一、第二延伸板。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具的反光罩的第一、第二延伸板的出光上表面朝向不同方向,使发光二极管模组发射的光线能向发光二极管灯具周边辐射而使发光二极管灯具的照射范围更广。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明的发光二极管灯具100包括一散热器10、安装于该散热器10一侧的一电路板20、均匀分布于电路板20一侧面的若干发光二极管模组30以及安装于电路板20上且罩设这些发光二极管模组30的一反光罩40。
该散热器10采用高导热率的金属或合金材料制成,其包括一矩形平板状基板12及从该基板12一侧表面垂直延伸而出的若干散热鳍片14。该电路板20呈矩形,贴设于基板12的相对另一侧表面。
请同时参阅图3,该反光罩40一体成型,其包括二纵长的安装部41及夹设于二安装部41之间的一反光部43。反光部43的上表面用于反射发光二极管模组30发出的光线。该反光部43的下表面431呈平板状、与二安装部41的下表面平行。二安装部41的下表面在反光部43的下表面431上方。该反光部43与二安装部41共同形成一中部内凹的凹陷部45。该反光部43进一步包括自其下表面向上延伸形成的二V形配合部433及位于二配合部433中部用以连接二配合部433的一纵长连接部435。二安装部41的上表面与连接部435的上表面平行设置。二配合部433关于连接部435的纵向中心线对称分布。每一配合部433包括一自安装板41内侧边倾斜延伸的、呈三角形设置的第一延伸板4331及自连接部435一侧朝向第一延伸板4331倾斜延伸的、呈三角形设置的一第二延伸板4333。该第一、第二延伸板4331、4333的上表面均为纵长的板体且内侧边沿连接而共同形成一具有一定角度的V形结构。该第一、第二延伸板4331、4333均开设有若干贯穿的收容孔4335。每一收容孔4335的内表面用于反射发光二极管模组30发出的光线。这些收容孔4335呈上大下小、相对两侧略向中心靠拢的漏斗状且相对两侧曲率不等,使每一收容孔4335的内表面相对于反光部431的下表面倾斜设置而将发光二极管模组30发出的光线均匀的向各个方向反射。
安装时,将电路板20固定于散热器10的基板12的一侧,然后将反光罩40固定于电路板20的一侧并使电路板20的发光二极管模组30穿过反光罩40对应的收容孔4335而收容于收容孔4335中。此时,反光罩40的二安装部41贴设于电路板20的相对两侧边缘,其反光部41的下表面431与电路板20的上表面间隔设置。当电路板20的尺寸较小时,其可卡设于反光罩40的凹陷部45内,反光部41的下表面431与电路板20的上表面贴设。
使用时,发光二极管模组30发出的光线经反光罩40的收容孔4335的内表面反射后,部分光线辐射至周围环境中,另一部分光线经反光部43的配合部433的上表面反射后,呈一定角度向相对两侧辐射,从而加大了发光二极管灯具100的照射范围。又因反光罩40的收容孔4335的特定形状,发光二极管模组30发出的光线经其反射后,更均匀的向各个方向辐射。
请同时参阅图4及图5。图4为36瓦的传统荧光灯的配光曲线图,其中A曲线表示荧光灯在0°~180°之间的光强曲线,B曲线表示荧光灯在90°~270°之间的光强曲线。图5为12瓦的本发明发光二极管灯具100的配光曲线图,其中C曲线表示发光二极管灯具100在0°~180°之间的光强曲线,D曲线表示发光二极管灯具100在90°~270°之间的光强曲线。由图4及图5可知,本发明发光二极管灯具100与传统灯具相比,在功率小于传统灯具的情况下,其在同一位置的光照强度比传统荧光灯大,在满足照明强度的同时节约了能源。
可以理解的,本发明中,可以使反光部43的连接部435及与连接部435相对两侧相连的二第二延伸板4333一同形成一新的反光罩或使二第二延伸板4333连接而一同形成一新的反光罩,也可以使反光部43的一配合部433单独形成另一新的反光罩。

Claims (8)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一电路板、贴设于电路板上的若干发光二极管模组及安装于电路板一侧且罩设这些发光二极管模组的一反光罩,其特征在于:所述反光罩包括二纵长的安装部及夹设于二安装部之间的一反光部,所述反光部与二安装部共同形成一中部内凹的凹陷部,所述电路板卡设于反光罩的凹陷部内,所述反光部进一步具有倾斜延伸的一第一延伸板及自所述第一延伸板一侧倾斜延伸的一第二延伸板,所述第一、第二延伸板的上表面为出光面且二上表面朝向不同方向,这些发光二极管模组分别穿入所述第一、第二延伸板。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一、第二延伸板的下表面共面,且所述第一、第二延伸板与其共面的下表面的截面呈三角形。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一、第二延伸板的上表面均为纵长的板体且背向设置而形成一倒V形结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一、第二延伸板的上表面均为纵长的板体且相向设置而形成一V形结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一、第二延伸板均开设有若干贯穿的收容孔,发光二极管模组收容于该收容孔中。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一收容孔呈上大下小、相对两侧略向中心靠拢的漏斗状,使其内表面相对于反光部的下表面倾斜设置。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反光罩进一步包括自所述第一延伸板一侧延伸且与所述第一、第二延伸板对称设置的另一第一及第二延伸板。
8.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反光罩一体成型,且其反光部的上表面反射发光二极管模组发出的光线。
