背景技术
美国专利5,671,853涉及防儿童的整体的容器和整体的盖子组件。
需要一种改进的整体的挤压和转动的防儿童整体容器。还需要提供一种没有第三个部件的两件式包装。还需要从直立的注射成型的接片除去锋利的边缘。
发明内容
本发明的第一方面涉及用于容器的整体的挤压和转动的防儿童盖子。
第二方面涉及防儿童的包装，其包括容器和用于该容器的整体的挤压和转动的防儿童盖子。

具体实施方式
下面将描述本发明示出的各方面。这些方面仅仅提供本发明的实例，不用说，该各方面能够适当地修改而不脱离本发明的要旨。
本发明的各方面包括防儿童的包装，其包括由刚性或坚硬材料制成的、整体的挤压和转动的防儿童盖子。如图3所示，盖子1安放在诸如瓶子的容器10上。该瓶子具有带螺纹的颈部11和具有凹进的“吹制”狭槽或凹槽13的上肩部12，该凹进的“吹制”狭槽或凹槽13形成在上肩部中的上表面中。还见图2。
如图1所示，盖子1在侧壁3上具有至少一个柔性的(可动的)板2。图1示出两个柔性板，但是可以用任何合适数目柔性板。被按压时，该柔性板允许从容器上拧下盖子。更具体地说，每个柔性板包括至少一个竖直的接片4，该接片接合形成在容器上的上肩部12中的环形狭槽或凹槽内对应的锁定表面。这种布置防止没有首先按压柔性板而分离盖子。按压柔性板从锁定表面释放接片。该锁定表面是容器的“吹制”上肩部和上表面的一体的部分。见图3。
侧壁3通常具有与瓶子的外径相匹配的外径。盖子和接片可以具有加固的肋14和15，如图1e和图3所示。
该盖子可以用于具有例如图2b-2e和图3-6所示的手指小沟(finger grip)的容易抓握的瓶子上。
本发明的各方面还包括可选的插头密封环16，用于“液体密封”要求和/或代替高成本箔密封件。但是如果想要也可以应用具有箔密封的衬件。
整体挤压和转动盖子是对老年人友好的(senior friendly)。本发明通过利用凹进的狭槽13消除具有锋利边缘的直立插头，消除有角度的侧壁，并且使光滑的竖直侧壁能够增加上表面，用于包装的更好地堆积。
由于包装从最底部到最上部所保持的形状，盖子和容器的形状提供较好的存储外观。由于商店比较喜欢容易堆积的包装，因此该包装也是对百货商店友好的(department store friendly)。本发明的各方面还包括在盖子上部的可选的堆积环，以有助于堆积。
该包装可以用于诸如药片和液体的药物。该包装也可以用于装其他的物品。
虽然已经结合上述实例结构和方法描述了本发明的各方面，但是各种可选方案、修改、变化、改进和/或基本的等同物，无论是已知或目前尚未预见的，对于本领于的普通技术人员来说，变成很显然的。因此，上面提出的实例结构和方法旨在说明本发明，而不是限制它。在不脱离本发明的精神实质和范围的情况下可以进行各种变化。因此本发明旨在包含所有已知的或以后发展的可选方案、修改、变化、改进和/或基本的等同物。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于容器的整体的挤压和转动的防儿童盖子，该容器具有带螺纹的颈部和具有上表面的上肩部，该上表面具有至少一个锁定的凹进环形狭槽或凹槽，所述盖子包括刚性材料的侧壁，所述侧壁还包括至少一个柔性板，其中当该柔性板被按压时，允许从所述瓶子上拧下所述盖子，其中每个柔性板包括至少一个竖直接片，该竖直接片接合所述容器的相应的锁定的凹进狭槽或凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的整体盖子，还包括至少两个柔性板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的整体盖子，包括设置在所述瓶子的相对两侧处的两个柔性板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的整体盖子，还包括支撑所述侧壁的内径的至少一个竖直的加固肋。
5.根据权利要求1所述的整体盖子，还包括支撑至少一个竖直接片的至少一个加固肋。
6.根据权利要求1所述的整体盖子，还包括插头密封件，以塞住所述容器的开口。
7.一种防儿童的包装，包括容器和用于所述容器的整体的挤压和转动的防儿童盖子；所述容器具有带螺纹的颈部和具有上表面的上肩部，所述上表面具有至少一个锁定的环形的凹进狭槽或凹槽，所述盖子包括刚性材料的侧壁，所述侧壁还包括至少一个柔性板，其中当该柔性板被按压时，允许从所述容器上拧下所述盖子，其中每个可移动的板包括竖直接片，该竖直接片接合所述容器的对应的锁定的凹进狭槽或凹槽。
8.根据权利要求7所述的包装，其中所述瓶子中的至少一个环形的狭槽或凹槽防止没有首先按压所述柔性板而移除所述盖子。
9.根据权利要求7所述的包装，其中所述盖子还包括至少两个柔性板。
10.根据权利要求9所述的包装，其中所述盖子还包括两个设置在所述瓶子的相对两侧处的柔性板。
11.根据权利要求7所述的包装，其中所述盖子还包括支撑所述侧壁的内径的至少一个竖直的加固肋。
12.根据权利要求7所述的包装，其中所述盖子还包括支撑至少一个竖直接片的至少一个加固肋。
13.根据权利要求7所述的包装，其中所述盖子还包括插头密封件，以塞住所述容器的开口。
14.根据权利要求7所述的包装，其中所述盖子还包括至少一个手指小沟。
15.根据权利要求7所述的包装，其中所述盖子的外径匹配所述容器的外径。
