技术领域
本发明涉及可灌装食品的密封容器的封闭件,和涉及它的生产方法。
背景技术
众所周知,许多可灌装的食品,如果汁、牛奶、番茄酱、和普通的各种饮料都是在范围广泛的不同类型和尺寸的各种容器中销售的,如:由多层、塑料-和/或纸-基的层压材料或所谓的多层纸板材料制成的平行六面体型包装;量杯型塑料包装;吹模制成的瓶子;或者玻璃的、金属片或铝的容器。
所有这些容器都装配封闭件,可打开封闭件以便让顾客接触到食品,或者将它倒入到饮用杯中或者直接从该容器享用它。
在瓶子类的容器上一般使用螺丝帽的封闭件,而由多层纸板材料制成的容器常简单地装有撕开的标记,或有在容器中形成的倒出开口并用拉撕的小翼复盖。
还知道多层纸板材料制成的容器装配直接在该容器上注塑形成的塑料封闭件,它包围穿过包装材料生成的开口,以便完全封闭和密封该开口。这种封闭件通常限定容器的倒出开口,例如它可以装设螺丝或压按式的帽。
注塑的封闭件当然可以是各种尺寸甚至限定容器的整个上部,如注册商标称为“Tetra Top”的容器,在专利申请EP-A-0965531号中图解说明它的上部。

图1中的数字1表示液体或可灌装食品的容器(未表示)的整个封闭件,如组合的纸板-塑料容器的塑料封闭件,下面对它的描述纯粹是通过实例说明。
封闭件1有纵向轴线A和基本上包括有至少一层气体-和/或光-阻隔材料如EVOH的倾倒口2,和限定的倒出开口3,通过它将食品倒出容器,和用可拆卸的方式装配在倾倒口2的圆筒形帽4。
特别是,倾倒口2包括环形的底座部分5,如在实例中所示,它是该容器向内的凹进,和基本上圆筒形的管状颈部6,它从底座部分5的内径向边缘7突出,并与底座部分5限定倒出开口3。
按照没有表示的可能的代替方案,也可以构造倾倒口2的底座部分限定容器的整个上部或端壁。
用单件的方式生产帽4和它是由圆筒形侧壁8基本限定,侧壁有内螺纹9,带一个或几个头,与装设在颈部6外侧表面上的对应螺纹10啮合,和用盘状的顶壁11覆盖在使用中的倾倒口2的上部。
在没有表示的代替实施例中,帽4的侧壁8可以内部装有许多凸轮突出,适合与颈部6上对应的突出啮合。
帽4用一般的方式与相应的防损害的圈12整体模制,并通过可折断的连接机构14如环形可折断桥或许多径向可折断桥同心连接到侧壁8的底边缘13。
最初将帽4装配到倾倒口2在完全封闭或密封的位置(图1),其中将帽用螺纹完全拧到颈部6上,使底边缘13和防损害圈12仍然互相连接并放置在颈部6的螺纹10底部的相反两侧上,或者在颈部上伸展的环形肋条上相对轴线A比螺纹10更低的位置。
一旦解除密封,帽4可在打开位置和重新封闭位置之间移动,在打开位置帽螺纹拧出倾倒口2,而在重新封闭位置帽重新完全地螺纹拧入到倾倒口和重新密封倒出开口3。
如下面将要详细解释那样,为了实现帽4在两个封闭位置中的密封作用,帽顶壁11的底表面15,即在使用中朝向倾倒口2的表面,装有用聚合或弹性材料制成的密封物16,用于与颈部6的上边缘18配合。
特别是,如在图1和2中所示,密封物16主要包括粘合在帽4顶壁11的外环形区的环形部分17;更特别的是,将密封物16的环形部分17放在顶壁11表面15的环形外周凹进15a内,从而使密封物这部分的下表面16a与表面15的其余内部15b齐平。
图5和6的变型涉及按照本发明的建议制成的和下面用16′表示的密封物一种可能的不同的构造;下面将仅描述密封物16′与密封物16不同之处,对那些已经描述的对应或等价的部件使用相同的参考数字。
特别是,密封物16′包括外环形部分17用于在使用中与颈部6的上边缘18配合,包括内部基本圆形的部分21,它与外环形部分17同心,和连接两部分17、21的许多径向桥元件22。
在表示的实例中,桥元件22的数量是6个和角度等矩的,即互相布置在间隔60°。
还有在这种情况下,将密封物16′放置在顶壁11表面15的互补周边凹进23a内,从而使密封物的下表面16a与表面15的其余部分23b齐平。
密封物16、16′用液态或半液态的聚合或弹性材料的一次剂量的压塑制成,用已知的方式将它直接放置在帽4内。
按照下述的方法生产封闭件1。
首先,生产在封闭结构中的倾倒口2,其中盘形的盖部分24与颈部6成一整体,并在颈部6的与使用中朝向容器侧相反的一侧上封闭倾倒口3。
特别是,通过一系列的操作生产倾倒口2,从成形操作开始,优选地是热成形,在多层塑料片材包括气体-和/或光-阻隔的材料,如EVOH上实现。
成形操作产生中空的、基本上成帽形的本体25,它在朝向容器并最终要连接到那里的一侧是开口的,而在相反侧是封闭的。
特别是,本体25包括整体限定底座部分5的环形底部,和从底部内径边缘轴向突出的倒杯状圆筒形上部26。上部26有侧壁限定颈部6的内侧,因而侧向定界倒出开口3,而盘形上壁封闭倒出开口3。
另一种是,通过其他合适的成形技术可以生产本体25,如压塑或注塑。
用无气体-和/光-阻隔特性的塑料也可以生产本体25,通过表面涂敷可以装设一层气体-和/或光-阻隔材料。
接着,将塑料,如聚乙烯或聚丙烯,通过压缩再注塑到本体25上部26的外侧上以便生成螺纹10和其他颈部组件从而给这些部件足够的厚度和硬度。
所有这些操作能获得如在图1所示结构中倾倒口2。
当通过压塑或注塑得到倾倒口2的成形时再注塑步骤是不必要的;事实上,压塑或注塑允许在单步中生成本体25和所有颈部组件,如螺纹10。
所述操作的结果,颈部6和盖部分24限定倾倒口2的成整体的各部件,在这个意义上它们仅由成形操作获得,无需任何通过焊接或 粘合的连接。
同时,生成帽4和通过已知的技术将密封物16、16′加到帽4的顶壁11。
在这一点,将帽4装配到倾倒口2,从而使螺纹9和10互相啮合,将装有密封物16、16′的帽4的顶壁11放置在邻接倾倒口的盖部24,或者倒不如重叠在上面。
特别是,在这种状态下,密封物16、16′的表面16a和帽4顶壁11的表面15的部分15b紧靠在倾倒口2的上表面,即盖部分24的上表面和颈部6的上边缘18。
在这个装配操作之后,如通过焊接,将帽4的顶壁11在它的下表面15的部分15b连接到盖部24的外周边区。特别是在表示的实例中,将顶壁11和盖部分24热密封以便形成环形的焊接27。
另外,为了在第1次去除封闭件1的密封时容易从颈部6撕掉盖部分,如下面将要更详细地描述那样,沿着盖部分24的周边和在它的朝向倒出开口3或离开帽4顶壁11的一侧还进行环形切割28。
在图1和2中表示的实例中,进行的切割操作全都穿过盖部分24并对着密封物16、16′的环形部分17以便保证封闭件1的密封。
实践中,在径向处于密封物16、16′的环形部分17和轴线A之间的区域内实现连接操作以便将盖部分24连接在顶壁11的表面15的部分15b;换句话说,是在盖部分24的区域内实现连接操作,该区参考轴线A和倒出开口3比切口28更向内。
例如,通过冷或热的刀或者通过超声波或激光装置可以实现该切割操作。
在图1和2表示的实例中,用超声波装置29同时实现焊接和切割操作;该装置基本上包括大致圆筒形管状加压部件30,它装设与本体25的顶壁配合的环形工作表面31和超声波发生装置(未表示);在加压部件30的相反侧上与帽4的顶壁11相配合的支持部件32;和引导机构(未表示),用于移动加压部件30朝向和离开支持部件32以便在发生超声波时获得所需的压力。
加压部件30的周边可以装配环形的切割部件33,它作用到盖部分24上造成切口28。
按照在图3和4中所示的变型,实现切割操作如下:
-在热状态,如通过使用超声波或激光装置、热的工具,等;
-全部穿过盖部分24的周边;和
-对着帽4顶壁11的表面15的部分15b或部分穿过这样的顶壁11,即在径向处于密封物16、16′的环形部分17和轴线A之间的区域。
用这种方式,有可能得到在帽4的顶壁11下材料的完整切口35和围绕切割区在盖部分24和帽的顶壁之间的焊接36(下面简称为“切割和焊接”操作)。实践中,由于切割区周围材料的熔化效应,削弱操作在这样的区内同时产生重叠部件的连接。
在盖部分24和帽的顶壁11之间在径向处于焊接36和轴线A之间的区域内还可以实现附加的焊接操作以便产生另一处环形焊接37,它能加强保护甚至在第一次去除封闭件1的密封之后盖部分24仍然附带在帽4上。
在图3和4所示的实施例即使在帽4没有密封物16、16′的情况下也可以保证封闭件1在第1次使用之前的密封;在这种情况下,密封物16、16′的作用为在第一次去除密封之后保证封闭件1的再密封和一类“额外的保护”。
在上述操作的末尾,盖部分24限定帽4的一层气体-和/或光-阻隔材料,即“衬里”,因为这层通常指的是可灌装食品的包袋。
应指出的是,在没有一层气体-和/或光-阻隔材料和/或没有封闭倒出开口3的盖部分时也可以实现切割和焊接操作;在这种后者的情况下,切割和焊接操作可以产生在颈部的上区和帽4之间的焊接。
通过从倾倒口2上螺纹拧下帽4的单步获得容器的第一次去除密封。
当在图1和3中将帽4围绕轴线A反时针转动时,匹配的螺纹9和10同时移动帽4轴向离开倾倒口2以便撕断连接机构14并开始从倒出开口3拆除盖部分24;作为这种转动的结果,使防损害圈12仍留在轴向对着颈部6螺纹10的底部的位置和帽4与盖部分24完全与倾倒口2分离从而打开倒出开口3;借助焊接27或焊接36和37,盖部分24仍然连接在帽4上而不是被抛弃。
通过简单地将帽4装回到倾倒口2上可以重新封闭该容器。在这种状态下,通过密封物16、16′的环形部分17与颈部6的上边缘18的配合在帽4对倾倒口2所加的压力下使倾倒口2再回到封闭状态保 证封闭件1的再密封。
从上面的描述将很清楚看到封闭件1的各项优点和它的生产方法。
特别是,由于通过盖部分24限定密封倾倒口2的气体-和/或光-阻隔材料,这是由生产倾倒口的成形操作简单地完成的从而消除了贵重材料的任何浪费。事实上,在这种情况下,盖部分24是简单地焊接在帽4的顶壁11以便在容器第1次去除密封时从口上拆下,代替过去在倾倒口成形过程的末尾首先拆除接着被焊接到该倾倒口的外加的费用大的气体-和/或光的阻隔部件所代替和在第1次使用时还需要将该部件拆下。
还有,由使用者通过单步操作可以达到封闭件1的第1次去除密封,即通过简单地将帽4从倾倒口2螺纹拧开。
还有,由于切口28、35至少全部通过盖部分24,在封闭件第1次去除密封时从倾倒口2将这部分拆下仅需要使用者对帽4加很小的力矩。
在图1和2的实施例中,该封闭件的密封一直保持到该容器到达最终的用户和在第1次去除密封之后由密封物16、16′双重保证这样封闭件的再次密封。
在图3和4的解决办法中,获得围绕整个切割区的盖部分24和帽4顶壁11之间的热密封,从而在保证封闭件1的密封直到容器到达最终用户时无需密封物16、16′;在这种情况下,密封物16、16′的作用仅是保证封闭件的再密封和“额外的保护”。
很清楚,对这里描述和说明的封闭件1和生产方法可以进行各种修改但不会背离在附属权利要求中所定义的范畴。
Claims (28)
1.可灌装食品的密封容器的封闭件(1),所述封闭件(1)包括:
-倾倒口(2),有至少一层气体-和/或光-阻隔材料并依次包括限定倒出开口(3)的颈部(6)和在所述颈部(6)的与使用中朝向容器侧相反的一侧上封闭倒出开口(3)的盖部分(24);和
-帽(4),可装配到倾倒口(2)并可拆下;
所述盖部分(24)的周边有切口(28、35)并被连接到重叠在盖部分(24)上的帽(4)的顶壁(11);
其特征在于,所述的切口(28、35)是穿透的,从而所述盖部分(24)限定帽(4)的气体-和/或光-阻隔层和可以在第1次去除封闭件(1)密封时与所述帽(4)一起从倾倒口(2)拆下;并且在帽(4)顶壁(11)的给定区域上装设密封物(16、16′)用于与倾倒口(2)围绕盖部分(24)的区域(18)配合以便保证封闭件(1)的密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的封闭件,其特征在于密封物(16、16′)包括加在帽(4)的顶壁(11)周边上的至少一个环形部分(17)。
3.如权利要求2所述的封闭件,其特征在于密封物(16′)包括相对环形部分(17)是同心和在内部的中心部分(21),和连接所述环形和中心部分(17、21)的许多桥元件(22)。
4.如权利要求2所述的封闭件,其特征在于所述切口(35)设置在密封物(16、16′)的环形部分(17)和所述环形部分(17)的轴线(A)之间。
5.如权利要求4所述的封闭件,其特征在于所述切口(35)部分伸展通过帽(4)的顶壁(11)。
6.如权利要求4所述的封闭件,其特征在于盖部分(24)和帽(4)顶壁(11)之间的连接设置在切口(35)周围。
7.如权利要求4所述的封闭件,其特征在于盖部分(24)和帽(4)的顶壁(11)连接在置于所述切口(35)和环形部分(17)的轴线(A)之间的另外区域(37)。
8.如权利要求2所述的封闭件,其特征在于所述切口(28)伸抵到密封物(16、16′)的环形部分(17)。
9.如权利要求8所述的封闭件,其特征在于盖部分(24)和帽(4)的顶壁(11)之间的连接被设置在密封物(16、16′)的环形部分(17)和所述环形部分(17)的轴线(A)之间。
10.如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的封闭件,其特征在于倾倒口(2)的颈部(6)有螺纹(10)用于与帽(4)的对应螺纹(9)啮合。
11.生产可灌装食品密封容器的封闭件(1)的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
-成型倾倒口(2),该倾倒口(2)有至少一层气体-和/或光-阻隔材料和依次包括限定倒出开口(3)的颈部(6)和在所述颈部(6)的与使用中朝向容器侧相反的一侧上封闭倒出开口(3)的盖部分(24);
-成型帽(4),该帽(4)以可拆卸的方式装配到倾倒口(2);
-在盖部分(24)的周边形成切口(28、35);
-将盖部分(24)连接到重叠在盖部分(24)上的帽(4)的顶壁(11);
所述方法其特征在于,所述形成切口的步骤包括在所述盖部分(24)中形成穿透的切口(28、35)的步骤,从而所述盖部分(24)限定帽(4)的气体-和/或光-阻隔层并且可以在第1次去除封闭件(1)密封时与所述帽(4)一起从倾倒口(2)拆下;和
在帽(4)顶壁(11)的给定区域上加上密封物(16、16′)用于与倾倒口(2)围绕着盖部分(24)的区域(18)配合以便保证封闭件(1)的密封。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于所述加上密封物(16、16′)的步骤是在将所述帽(4)装配到倾倒口(2)之前执行;而所述形成切口(28,35)和连接的步骤是在将所述帽(4)装配到所述倾倒口(2)之后和在盖部分(24)背离帽(4)的一侧上执行。
13.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于密封物(16、16′)包括加在帽(4)顶壁(11)周边上的至少一个环形部分(17)。
14.如权利要求11项所述的方法,其特征在于所述形成切口(28、35)和连接的步骤是同时执行。
15.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于所述的连接步骤是在热状态下执行所述形成切口(35)步骤的结果以便产生围绕切割区的焊接(36)。
16.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于密封物(16、16′)包括加在帽(4)顶壁(11)周边上的至少一个环形部分(17),所述在热状态下形成切口(35)的步骤是在置于密封物(16、16′)的环形部分(17)和所述环形部分(17)的轴线(A)之间的所述盖部分(24)的区域执行。
17.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于密封物(16、16′)包括加在帽(4)顶壁(11)周边上的至少一个环形部分(17),执行所述在热状态下形成切口(35)的步骤是完全穿过盖部分(24)和部分穿过帽(4)的顶壁(11)。
18.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于密封物(16、16′)包括加在帽(4)顶壁(11)周边上的至少一个环形部分(17),在盖部分(24)和帽(4)的顶壁(11)之间进行连接的附加步骤是在所述焊接(36)和密封物(16、16′)的环形部分(17)的轴线(A)之间的区域(37)执行。

23.生产可灌装食品密封容器的封闭件(1)的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
-成型倾倒口(2),该倾倒口(2)有限定倒出开口(3)的颈部(6)和在所述颈部(6)的与使用中朝向容器侧相反的一侧上封闭倒出开口(3)的盖部分(24);
-将可拆卸的帽(4)装配到倾倒口(2);和
-接着沿着盖部分(24)的周边和在背离帽(4)的一侧上形成环形切口(35);
所述方法的特征在于所述形成切口的步骤是在热状态下执行和产生至少盖部分(24)的完整切口(35)和围绕切割区产生所述盖部分(24)与重叠的帽(4)顶壁(11)的焊接(36),从而在第1次去除封闭件(1)的密封时可将所述的盖部分(24)与所述的帽(4)一起从倾倒口(2)拆下。
24.如权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于该倾倒口(2)包括至少一层气体-和/或光-阻隔材料。
25.如权利要求23或24所述的方法,其特征在于也部分穿过帽(4)的顶壁(11)执行所述的形成切口(35)的步骤。
26.可灌装食品的密封容器的封闭件(1),所述封闭件(1)包括:
-倾倒口(2),该倾倒口(2)有限定倒出开口(3)的颈部(6)和在所述颈部(6)的与使用中朝向容器侧相反的一侧上封闭倒出开口(3)的盖部分(24);
-帽(4),该帽(4)可装配到倾倒口(2)并可拆下;和
-沿着盖部分(24)的周边和在背离帽(4)的一侧上形成的环形切口(35);
其特征在于所述切口(35)是完全的,全部穿过盖部分(24)伸展和在热状态下执行;
所述封闭件(1)进一步的特征在于包括围绕切割区从所述盖部分(24)到重叠的帽(4)的顶壁(11)的焊接(36),从而当第1次去除封闭件(1)的密封时所述盖部分(24)可与所述的帽(4)一起从倾倒口(2)拆下;
所述焊接(36)和所述环形切口(35)是同时执行。
27.如权利要求26所述的封闭件,其特征在于倾倒口(2)包括至少一层气体-和/或光-阻隔材料。
28.如权利要求26或27所述的封闭件,其特征在于所述切口(35)也部分穿过帽(4)的顶壁(11)伸展。
