Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention provides a system for processing a multimedia service, referring to fig. 1, including: a first user terminal 100, a second user terminal 200, a first service portal 300, a second service portal 400, and a convergence platform 500. Wherein, the first user terminal 100 is linked with the convergence platform 500 through the first service portal 300, and the second user terminal 200 is linked with the convergence platform 500 through the second service portal 400.
The fusion platform 500 stores the corresponding relationship between the identifier of the first user terminal 100 and the identifier of the second user terminal 200, that is, the fusion platform 500 realizes the binding and fusion of the identifier of the first user terminal 100 and the identifier of the second user terminal 200. Referring to fig. 2, the process of processing the multimedia service using the system includes:
step 201: and the first user terminal initiates a multimedia service information query request to the convergence platform through the first service portal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first user terminal may be a mobile terminal, or may be a set-top box in an IPTV service system. When the first user terminal is a mobile terminal, the corresponding first service portal may be a Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) portal, and when the first user terminal is a set-top box, the corresponding first service portal may be an Electronic Program Guide (EPG) portal. Of course, the first user terminal may also be a personal computer, and the first service portal is a service portal corresponding to the first service portal, such as a WEB portal.
In this way, after the first user terminal initiates the multimedia service information query request, the multimedia service information query request is firstly sent to the corresponding first service portal, and then the first service portal sends the multimedia service information query request to the fusion platform.
Here, the multimedia service information query request includes: a multimedia service subscription relationship query request, a multimedia service unsubscribe relationship query request, a multimedia service collection relationship query request, or a multimedia service collection relationship query request.
Step 202: and the fusion platform determines a second user terminal corresponding to the first user terminal initiating the request according to the stored corresponding relationship between the identifier of the first user terminal and the identifier of the second user terminal.
The fusion platform stores the corresponding relation between the identifier of the first user terminal and the identifier of the second user terminal, namely, the fusion platform realizes the binding and fusion of the identifier of the first user terminal and the identifier of the second user terminal. Therefore, the second user terminal corresponding to the first user terminal initiating the request can be determined according to the stored corresponding relation.
Step 203: and the fusion platform processes the received multimedia service information query request according to the stored multimedia service information corresponding to the first user terminal initiating the request and the stored multimedia service information corresponding to the second user terminal corresponding to the first user terminal.
The convergence platform not only stores the multimedia service information of the first user terminal, but also stores the multimedia service information of the second user terminal.
When the multimedia service information query request is a multimedia service order relationship query request, not only the multimedia service order relationship initiated by the first user terminal and stored by the fusion platform needs to be queried, but also the multimedia service order relationship initiated by the second user terminal and stored by the fusion platform needs to be queried.
Similarly, when the multimedia service information query request is a multimedia service unsubscribe relationship query request, not only the multimedia service unsubscribe relationship initiated by the first user terminal and stored by the fusion platform needs to be queried, but also the multimedia service unsubscribe relationship initiated by the second user terminal and stored by the fusion platform needs to be queried.
Certainly, when the multimedia service information query request is a multimedia service collection relation query request, it is not only necessary to query the multimedia service collection relation stored by the fusion platform and initiated by the first user terminal, but also necessary to query the multimedia service collection relation stored by the fusion platform and initiated by the second user terminal.
When the multimedia service information query request is a multimedia service collection relation query request, the multimedia service collection relation initiated by the first user terminal and stored by the fusion platform needs to be queried, and the multimedia service collection relation initiated by the second user terminal and stored by the fusion platform needs to be queried.
Step 204: and the fusion platform returns the processing result to the first user terminal through the first service portal.
And after processing the received multimedia service information query request, the fusion platform returns the processing result to the first service portal firstly, and then the first service portal returns the processing result to the first user terminal.
And when the multimedia service information query request is a multimedia service order relationship query request, the fusion platform returns all the queried multimedia service order relationships to the first user terminal through the first service portal.
And when the multimedia service information query request is a multimedia service unsubscribe relationship query request, the fusion platform returns all queried multimedia service unsubscribe relationships to the first user terminal through the first service portal.
Certainly, when the multimedia service information query request is a multimedia service collection relation query request, the fusion platform returns all queried multimedia service collection relations to the first user terminal through the first service portal.
When the multimedia service information query request is a multimedia service collection relation removing query request, the fusion platform returns all queried multimedia service collection relations to the first user terminal through the first service portal.
Step 205: and the first user terminal operates the corresponding multimedia service according to the processing result.
When the first user terminal receives all the inquired multimedia service subscription relations, one multimedia service can be selected from the subscribed multimedia services to perform operations such as playing, browsing, or timing playing.
When the first user terminal receives all the inquired multimedia service unsubscribe relations, the first user terminal can inquire the historical subscription records and can delete all the inquired multimedia service unsubscribe records.
When the first user terminal receives all the inquired multimedia service collection relations, one multimedia service can be selected from the collected multimedia services to be played, browsed, or played at regular time.
When the first user terminal receives all the inquired multimedia service collection relations, the first user terminal can inquire the historical collection records and can delete all the inquired multimedia service collection records.
In the above embodiment, the process of storing the multimedia service information corresponding to the second user terminal by the convergence platform may refer to fig. 3, which includes:
step 301: and the second user terminal initiates a multimedia service operation request to the convergence platform through the second service portal.
After initiating the multimedia service operation request, the second user terminal firstly sends the multimedia service operation request to a corresponding second service portal, and then the second service portal sends the multimedia service operation request to the fusion platform.
Here, the multimedia service operation request includes: the system comprises a multimedia service subscription request, a multimedia service unsubscription request and a multimedia service collection and collection request.
Step 302: and the fusion platform processes the received multimedia service operation request and stores the operation result into the multimedia service information corresponding to the second user terminal.
Here, the multimedia service subscription relationship may be stored in the convergence platform, or the multimedia service unsubscription relationship may be stored in the convergence platform, or the multimedia service collection and collection relationship may be stored in the convergence platform.
Step 303: and the fusion platform returns the operation result to the second user terminal through the second service portal.

In the embodiment of the present invention, before the first user terminal initiates the multimedia service information query request to the convergence platform through the first service portal, the convergence platform further needs to authenticate the first user terminal, that is, the method includes:
the first user terminal initiates a login request to the fusion platform through the first service portal, the fusion platform authenticates the first user terminal initiating the login request according to the stored first user terminal identification, when the authentication is passed, the fusion platform returns a result of successful authentication, namely a login success message, to the first user terminal through the first service portal, otherwise, the fusion platform returns a result of failed authentication.
Of course, before the second user terminal initiates the multimedia service operation request to the convergence platform through the second service portal, the convergence platform also needs to authenticate the second user terminal, and the second user terminal can initiate the multimedia service operation request only if the authentication is passed.
Therefore, in the system for multimedia service processing as shown in fig. 1, the following are included: a first user terminal 100, a second user terminal 200, a first service portal 300, a second service portal 400, and a convergence platform 500. Wherein,
the convergence platform 500 is configured to receive a multimedia service information query request initiated by the first user terminal 100 through the first service portal 300, determine the second user terminal 200 corresponding to the first user terminal 100 according to the stored correspondence between the identifier of the first user terminal 100 and the identifier of the second user terminal 200, process the received multimedia service information query request according to the stored multimedia service information corresponding to the first user terminal 100 and the second user terminal 200, and return a processing result to the first user terminal 100 through the first service portal 300, so that the first user terminal 100 operates the corresponding multimedia service.
The first service portal 300 is configured to send the received multimedia service information query request initiated by the first user terminal 100 to the convergence platform 500, and send the received processing result returned by the convergence platform 500 to the first user terminal 100.
The first user terminal 100 is configured to initiate a multimedia service information query request to the convergence platform 500 through the first service portal 300, and operate a corresponding multimedia service according to a processing result returned by the convergence platform 500 through the first service portal 300.
It can be seen that in the system for processing multimedia services in the embodiment of the present invention, the fusion platform 500 stores the corresponding relationship between the identifier of the first user terminal 100 and the identifier of the second user terminal 200, and the multimedia service information corresponding to the first user terminal 100 and the second user terminal 200. In this way it is possible to obtain,
the second user terminal 200 is configured to initiate a multimedia service information operation request to the convergence platform 500 through the second service portal 400, and receive an operation result returned by the convergence platform 500 through the second service portal 400.
The second service portal 400 is configured to send the received multimedia service information operation request initiated by the second user terminal 200 to the convergence platform 500, and send the received operation result returned by the convergence platform 500 to the second user terminal station 200. Then the process of the first step is carried out,
the convergence platform 500 is further configured to process the multimedia service operation request, store a processing result in the multimedia service information corresponding to the second user terminal 200, and return the operation result to the second user terminal 200 through the second service portal 400.
In addition, in this embodiment, the first user terminal 100 is further configured to initiate a login request to the convergence platform 500 through the first service portal 300, and receive a login success message returned by the convergence platform 500 through the first service portal 300.
The first service portal 300 is further configured to send the received login request initiated by the first user terminal 100 to the convergence platform 500, and send the received login success message returned by the convergence platform 500 to the first user terminal 100.
The convergence platform 500 is further configured to perform authentication on the login request, and when the authentication is passed, return a login success message to the first user terminal 100 through the first service portal 300.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the function of the first user terminal may also be implemented by the second user terminal, and the function of the second user terminal may also be implemented by the first user terminal.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
Referring to fig. 4, a mobile terminal is connected to a backbone network via a Packet Data Service Node (PDSN) or a GPRS Gateway Support Node (GGSN), and may also log in to an IPTV and mobile streaming media convergence platform via a WAP gateway, so as to implement a mobile streaming media service. The set-top box is connected to a backbone network through a wired network, logs on to an IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform, and realizes IPTV service. The system architecture diagram is shown in fig. 5. The set-top box and the EPG portal may correspond to the first user terminal and the first portal in fig. 1, and the mobile terminal and the WAP portal correspond to the second user terminal and the second portal in fig. 1. Of course, the set-top box and the EPG portal may also correspond to the second user terminal and the second portal in fig. 1, and the mobile terminal and the WAP portal correspond to the first user terminal and the first portal in fig. 1.
Embodiment 1, in this embodiment, a corresponding relationship between a mobile terminal number and a set top box number is stored in an IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform, and a database is established, where the database includes: multimedia service information corresponding to the mobile terminal and multimedia service information corresponding to the set-top box, so that the multimedia service can be ordered through the mobile terminal, and the ordering relationship can be consulted through the set-top box, and the specific process is shown in fig. 6 and includes the following steps:
step 601: the mobile terminal sends a login request to the WAP portal.
Step 602: and the WAP portal sends the login request to the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform.
Step 603: and the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform authenticates the login request, and initiates a login success message to the WAP portal when the authentication is passed.
Step 604: the WAP portal sends the login success message to the mobile terminal.
Step 605: the mobile terminal browses the multimedia services at the WAP portal, and when finding one or more multimedia services of interest, the mobile terminal initiates a multimedia service subscription request to the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform through the WAP portal, namely, the mobile terminal requests the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform to subscribe the one or more multimedia services through the WAP portal.
Step 606: the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform orders one or more multimedia services, and stores the ordering relationship of the one or more multimedia services in a database, namely, the ordering relationship of the one or more multimedia services is stored in the multimedia service information corresponding to the mobile terminal.
Step 607: and the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform returns the ordering result to the mobile terminal through the WAP portal.
Step 608: the set-top box sends a login request to the EPG portal.
Step 609: and the EPG portal sends the login request to the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform.
Step 610: and the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform authenticates the login request, and initiates a login success message to the EPG portal when the authentication is passed.
Step 611: and the EPG portal sends a login success message to the set-top box.
Step 612: the set-top box initiates a multimedia service ordering relation query request to the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform through the EPG portal.
Step 613: and the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform processes the multimedia service order relation query request.
Here, first, according to the stored corresponding relationship between the mobile terminal number and the set-top box number, the mobile terminal corresponding to the set-top box is determined, so that all multimedia service ordering relationships are searched in the multimedia information corresponding to the set-top box and the determined multimedia information corresponding to the mobile terminal in the database.
Step 614: and returning a processing result to the set top box by the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform through the EPG portal, namely searching all the multimedia service ordering relations.
Step 615: the set-top box selects one ordered multimedia service to play or browse and the like according to the received multimedia service ordering relation.
According to the embodiment, a user can browse multimedia services at any time and any place through the mobile terminal, and order the multimedia services in time when one or more interested multimedia services exist, so that the user can look up the multimedia services by using the set top box and enjoy the multimedia services after returning to home, high-quality digital media services can be obtained, time can be reasonably utilized, the high-quality digital media services can be conveniently and quickly obtained, and the utilization rate of network resources is also improved.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the multimedia service may also be ordered through the set top box, and the specific process is not described in detail through the mobile terminal looking up the ordering relationship.
Example 2: in this embodiment, the IPTV and mobile streaming fusion platform stores the corresponding relationship between the mobile terminal number and the set-top box number, and establishes a database, where the database includes: multimedia service information corresponding to the mobile terminal and multimedia service information corresponding to the set-top box, so that multimedia services can be collected through the mobile terminal, and the collection relationship can be consulted through the set-top box, and the specific process is shown in fig. 7 and comprises the following steps:
step 701: the mobile terminal sends a login request to the WAP portal.
Step 702: and the WAP portal sends the login request to the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform.

Step 706: the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform collects one or more multimedia services, and stores the collection relation of the one or more multimedia services in a database, namely stores the collection relation of the one or more multimedia services in the multimedia service information corresponding to the mobile terminal. For example: the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform collects live channels or on-demand content.

Similarly, according to the embodiment, a user can browse multimedia services at any time and any place through the mobile terminal, and when one or more interested multimedia services exist, the user can collect the multimedia services in time, so that the user can look up and enjoy the multimedia services by using the set top box after returning to home, and high-quality digital media services can be obtained.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the multimedia service may also be collected through the set-top box, and the collection relationship is referred through the mobile terminal, so that the specific process is not described in detail.
According to the system and method for processing multimedia services, the fusion platform specifically includes: a receiving unit, a determining unit, a processing unit and a transmitting unit, see fig. 8, wherein,
a receiving unit 810, configured to receive a multimedia service information query request;
a determining unit 820, configured to determine, according to a stored correspondence between an identifier of a first user terminal and an identifier of a second user terminal, the second user terminal corresponding to the first user terminal;
a processing unit 830, configured to process the received multimedia service information query request according to the stored multimedia service information corresponding to the first user terminal and the second user terminal, respectively;
a sending unit 840, configured to send the processing result.
Of course, the receiving unit 810 is also used for receiving a multimedia service operation request; the processing unit 830 is further configured to process the multimedia service operation request, and store an operation result in corresponding multimedia service information; the sending unit 840 is further configured to send the operation result.
The receiving unit 810 is further configured to receive a login request, the processing unit 830 is further configured to authenticate the login request, and the sending unit 840 is further configured to send a login success message when the authentication is passed.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the IPTV and mobile streaming fusion platform binds the set-top box number and the mobile number, and stores not only the multimedia information corresponding to the set-top box in the database, but also the multimedia information corresponding to the mobile terminal, so that the IPTV system and the mobile streaming system can be fused together, and a full set of multimedia services and rich and colorful fusion services can be provided on one fusion platform. For telecom operators, the system integration can reduce the network construction cost, save investment, increase the service viscosity and the ARPU value and reduce the network leaving rate of the mobile terminal; for multimedia content providers, the browsing amount of multimedia information is also improved, and the utilization rate is provided; for a common home user, there may be an IPTV terminal in a set-top box plus television mode, or one or more mobile terminals that may be used for a mobile streaming service, and after the IPTV service and the mobile streaming service are merged by the merging platform, the multimedia service experience of the user may be enhanced, and the satisfaction of the user may be improved.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is intended to include such modifications and variations.
