The main service forms of the mobile streaming media service are as follows: on-demand, live, or download.
At present, an independent mobile streaming media system only supports a mobile terminal mode to use a mobile streaming media service; thus, through the mobile streaming media system, although a user can acquire multimedia services at any time without space limitation, the mobile terminal has a small screen and cannot provide high-quality multimedia services, and the mobile terminal has a battery standby time limitation, and therefore, the mobile streaming media system is not suitable for processing multimedia services with large data volume, such as: the clear and complete movie is played, thereby influencing the multimedia service experience of the user.
In summary, the conventional multimedia system cannot provide a convenient service without space and time limitations while providing a high-quality digital media service. When the multimedia service is acquired by adopting the mobile streaming media, although the movie information can be acquired in time and the interested movie can be ordered, the user can hardly enjoy the complete movie in time because the mobile terminal screen is small and the standby time of the mobile terminal battery is short.

Step 612: the set-top box initiates a multimedia service ordering relation query request to the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform through the EPG portal.

Here, first, according to the stored corresponding relationship between the mobile terminal number and the set-top box number, the mobile terminal corresponding to the set-top box is determined, so that all multimedia service ordering relationships are searched in the multimedia information corresponding to the set-top box and the determined multimedia information corresponding to the mobile terminal in the database.
Step 614: and returning a processing result to the set top box by the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform through the EPG portal, namely searching all the multimedia service ordering relations.

According to the embodiment, a user can browse multimedia services at any time and any place through the mobile terminal, and order the multimedia services in time when one or more interested multimedia services exist, so that the user can look up the multimedia services by using the set top box and enjoy the multimedia services after returning to home, high-quality digital media services can be obtained, time can be reasonably utilized, the high-quality digital media services can be conveniently and quickly obtained, and the utilization rate of network resources is also improved.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the multimedia service may also be ordered through the set top box, and the specific process is not described in detail through the mobile terminal looking up the ordering relationship.
Example 2: in this embodiment, the IPTV and mobile streaming fusion platform stores the corresponding relationship between the mobile terminal number and the set-top box number, and establishes a database, where the database includes: multimedia service information corresponding to the mobile terminal and multimedia service information corresponding to the set-top box, so that multimedia services can be collected through the mobile terminal, and the collection relationship can be consulted through the set-top box, and the specific process is shown in fig. 7 and comprises the following steps:

Step 705: the mobile terminal browses the multimedia services at the WAP portal, and when finding one or more multimedia services of interest, the mobile terminal initiates a multimedia service collection request to the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform through the WAP portal, namely, the mobile terminal requests the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform to collect the one or more multimedia services through the WAP portal.
Step 706: the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform collects one or more multimedia services, and stores the collection relation of the one or more multimedia services in a database, namely stores the collection relation of the one or more multimedia services in the multimedia service information corresponding to the mobile terminal. Here, first, according to the stored corresponding relationship between the mobile terminal number and the set-top box number, the mobile terminal corresponding to the set-top box is determined, so that all multimedia service collection relationships are searched in the database, the multimedia information corresponding to the set-top box, and the multimedia information corresponding to the determined mobile terminal.
Step 714: and returning a processing result to the set top box by the IPTV and mobile streaming media fusion platform through the EPG portal, namely searching all the multimedia service collection relations.
Step 715: the set-top box selects one collected multimedia service to order, play or browse and the like according to the received multimedia service collection relation.
Similarly, according to the embodiment, a user can browse multimedia services at any time and any place through the mobile terminal, and when one or more interested multimedia services exist, the user can collect the multimedia services in time, so that the user can look up and enjoy the multimedia services by using the set top box after returning to home, and high-quality digital media services can be obtained.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the multimedia service may also be collected through the set-top box, and the collection relationship is referred through the mobile terminal, so that the specific process is not described in detail.
According to the system and method for processing multimedia services, the fusion platform specifically includes: a receiving unit, a determining unit, a processing unit and a transmitting unit, see fig. 8, wherein,
a receiving unit 810, configured to receive a multimedia service information query request;
a determining unit 820, configured to determine, according to a stored correspondence between an identifier of a first user terminal and an identifier of a second user terminal, the second user terminal corresponding to the first user terminal;
a processing unit 830, configured to process the received multimedia service information query request according to the stored multimedia service information corresponding to the first user terminal and the second user terminal, respectively;
a sending unit 840, configured to send the processing result.
Of course, the receiving unit 810 is also used for receiving a multimedia service operation request; the processing unit 830 is further configured to process the multimedia service operation request, and store an operation result in corresponding multimedia service information; the sending unit 840 is further configured to send the operation result.
The receiving unit 810 is further configured to receive a login request, the processing unit 830 is further configured to authenticate the login request, and the sending unit 840 is further configured to send a login success message when the authentication is passed.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the IPTV and mobile streaming fusion platform binds the set-top box number and the mobile number, and stores not only the multimedia information corresponding to the set-top box in the database, but also the multimedia information corresponding to the mobile terminal, so that the IPTV system and the mobile streaming system can be fused together, and a full set of multimedia services and rich and colorful fusion services can be provided on one fusion platform. For telecom operators, the system integration can reduce the network construction cost, save investment, increase the service viscosity and the ARPU value and reduce the network leaving rate of the mobile terminal; for multimedia content providers, the browsing amount of multimedia information is also improved, and the utilization rate is provided; for a common home user, there may be an IPTV terminal in a set-top box plus television mode, or one or more mobile terminals that may be used for a mobile streaming service, and after the IPTV service and the mobile streaming service are merged by the merging platform, the multimedia service experience of the user may be enhanced, and the satisfaction of the user may be improved.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (10)

1. A method for multimedia service processing, comprising:
the fusion platform receives a multimedia service information query request initiated by a first user terminal through a first service portal;
the fusion platform determines a second user terminal corresponding to the first user terminal according to the stored corresponding relationship between the identifier of the first user terminal and the identifier of the second user terminal;
the fusion platform processes the received multimedia service information query request according to the stored multimedia service information respectively corresponding to the first user terminal and the second user terminal;
and the fusion platform returns a processing result to the first user terminal through the first service portal, so that the first user terminal operates the corresponding multimedia service.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of the convergence platform saving the multimedia service information corresponding to the second user terminal comprises:
the fusion platform receives a multimedia service operation request initiated by the second user terminal through a second service portal;
the fusion platform processes the multimedia service operation request and stores an operation result into the multimedia service information corresponding to the second user terminal;
and the fusion platform returns the operation result to the second user terminal through a second service portal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before the convergence platform receives the multimedia service information query request initiated by the first user terminal through the first service portal, the method further comprises:
the fusion platform receives a login request initiated by a first user terminal through a first service portal;
and the fusion platform authenticates the login request, and when the login request passes the authentication, a login success message is returned to the first user terminal through the first service portal.
4. The method of any of claims 1, 3, wherein the first end user comprises: a set-top box or a mobile terminal.
5. A system for multimedia service processing, comprising: a convergence platform, a first service portal, a first user terminal, a second service portal and a second user terminal, wherein,
the fusion platform is used for receiving a multimedia service information query request initiated by a first user terminal through a first service portal, determining a second user terminal corresponding to the first user terminal according to the corresponding relation between the stored identifiers of the first user terminal and the second user terminal, processing the received multimedia service information query request according to the stored multimedia service information respectively corresponding to the first user terminal and the second user terminal, and returning a processing result to the first user terminal through the first service portal so as to enable the first user terminal to operate the corresponding multimedia service;
the first service portal is used for sending a received multimedia service information query request initiated by the first user terminal to the fusion platform and sending a received processing result returned by the fusion platform to the first user terminal;
the first user terminal is used for initiating a multimedia service information query request to the fusion platform through the first service portal and operating the corresponding multimedia service according to a processing result returned by the fusion platform through the first service portal.
6. The system of claim 5,
the second user terminal is used for initiating a multimedia service information operation request to the fusion platform through a second service portal and receiving an operation result returned by the fusion platform through the second service portal;
the second service portal is used for sending the received multimedia service information operation request initiated by the second user terminal to the fusion platform and sending the received operation result returned by the fusion platform to the second user terminal station; then the process of the first step is carried out,
and the fusion platform is further configured to process the multimedia service operation request, store an operation result in the multimedia service information corresponding to the second user terminal, and return the operation result to the second user terminal through the second service portal.
7. The system of claim 5,
the first user terminal is further configured to initiate a login request to the fusion platform through a first service portal, and receive a login success message returned by the fusion platform through the first service portal;
the first service portal is further configured to send the received login request initiated by the first user terminal to the fusion platform, and send the received login success message returned by the fusion platform to the first user terminal;
and the fusion platform is also used for authenticating the login request, and when the authentication is passed, a login success message is returned to the first user terminal through the first service portal.
8. A convergence platform for multimedia service processing, comprising:
a receiving unit, configured to receive a multimedia service information query request;
a determining unit, configured to determine, according to a stored correspondence between an identifier of a first user terminal and an identifier of a second user terminal, the second user terminal corresponding to the first user terminal;
the processing unit is used for processing the received multimedia service information query request according to the stored multimedia service information respectively corresponding to the first user terminal and the second user terminal;
and a transmitting unit for transmitting the processing result.
9. The fusion platform of claim 8,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a multimedia service operation request;
the processing unit is also used for processing the multimedia service operation request and storing an operation result into corresponding multimedia service information;
the sending unit is further configured to send the operation result.
10. The fusion platform of claim 8,
the receiving unit is further used for receiving a login request;
the processing unit is also used for authenticating the login request;
the sending unit is further configured to send a login success message when the authentication passes.
