一种壳体的制作方法,用于使该壳体表面获得雾面效果,其包括以下步骤:提供一模具,在该模具上形成具雾面效果的纹理;提供一薄膜,并将其置于所述模具中;注塑一基体层于所述薄膜上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳体的制作方法,尤其涉及一种可使壳体表面获得雾面效果的壳体的制作方法。
背景技术
随着消费水平的提高,消费者对电子产品的要求不仅注重其质量,对其外壳表面的装饰效果也愈来愈关注。如有的消费者青睐于光亮的外壳表面,而有的则更喜欢雾面效果的外壳表面。为了实现外壳的雾面效果,现有的做法通常是对成型后的外壳表面进行纹理化处理或是在外壳表面涂覆一具雾面效果的涂层,该两种方式在每一外壳成型后均需增加一工序来实现雾面效果,且采用涂覆的方式形成的具雾面效果的涂层不耐磨,因而该涂层在产品使用过程中容易被磨损,从而影响产品的外观。且上述两种方法在外壳上形成雾面效果均需要对每一成型后的外壳分别进行处理,工序重复、繁琐,成本高。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种可在壳体表面获得雾面效果且制作简单、成本较低的壳体的制作方法。
一种壳体的制作方法,用于使该壳体表面获得雾面效果,其包括以下步骤:
提供一成型模具,在该成型模具上形成具雾面效果的纹理;
提供一薄膜,并将其置于所述模具中;
注塑一基体层于所述薄膜上。
本发明壳体的制作方法通过在成型模具上形成具雾面效果的纹理,在注塑基体层时将该纹理转移至薄膜的表面上,从而在制作壳体的同时使该壳体表面形成雾面效果,其工艺简单易行,批量生产时成本低,且所制得的壳体表面雾面效果重复性好,有利于保证产品的品质

具体实施方式
本发明壳体的制作方法用于使壳体表面获得雾面效果。该壳体的制作方法包括以下步骤:
请参阅图1所示,提供一成型模具10。该成型模具10包括一母模11及一与该母模11相配合的公模13。所述母模11上开设有一模穴110,该模穴110的表面112与待成型壳体(图未示)的外观表面相对应。所述公模13上设置有一凸起130,该凸起130的表面与待成型壳体的内表面相对应。该成型模具10可根据所要获得壳体的形状或结构需要进行选择。
在上述母模11的模穴110的表面112的整体或部分区域形成具雾面效果的纹理。所述在模穴110的表面112形成具雾面效果的纹理即为使该模穴110的表面112变得不光滑而可对光线发生漫反射。该纹理可通过火花放电蚀刻、化学蚀刻或喷砂处理的方式形成。本较佳实施例采用火花放电蚀刻的方式形成所述纹理。
请参阅图2所示,提供一塑料薄膜20。该塑料薄膜20的材料可选自为聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或其他透明或不透明塑料。在该薄膜20的一表面上设置一装饰层30,如彩色图案或产品的商标。该装饰层30可为油墨层,其可采用常规丝网印刷的方式形成。
将该形成有装饰层30的薄膜20进行裁剪、热压成型为待成型壳体的外围形状,并使该薄膜20未与装饰层30结合的一表面成型为凸起面,与所述装饰层30结合的一表面成型为凹陷面,然后置于所述母模11的模穴110中,并使该薄膜20的凸起面贴合于该模穴110的表面112。
请参阅图3所示,将所述公模11与母模13合模形成一型腔15。再请参阅图4,注塑一基体层40于所述结合于薄膜20的装饰层30上。注塑该基体层40的材料可选自为聚乙烯(PE)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯腈苯乙烯丁二烯共聚合物(ABS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)等塑料中的任一种。基体层40注塑后冷却前维持所述模具10中的压力约20~25秒钟,在此过程中所述母模10的模穴110的表面112形成有纹理的部位作用于高温高压环境中的薄膜20的凸起面,从而在该凸起面上成型出与母模11的模穴110的表面112上的纹理相互补的纹理,使该凸起面形成雾面效果。
所述薄膜20形成具雾面效果的纹理后对该模具10中的壳体进行降温冷却,冷却后将所述公模13与母模11开模,取出壳体即可。
本发明壳体的制作方法可适用于手机、电脑、音乐播放器等电子产品的壳体的制作,也可适用于在可通过注塑成型的日用装饰品或眼镜盒、礼品盒等产品的表面制作雾面效果。
本发明壳体的制作方法通过在成型模具10的母模11的模穴110的表面112形成具雾面效果的纹理,在注塑基体层40时将该纹理转移至薄膜20的表面上,从而在制作壳体的同时使该壳体表面形成雾面效果,其工艺简单易行,批量生产时成本低,且所制得的壳体表面雾面效果重复性好,有利于保证产品的品质。
Claims (10)
1.一种壳体的制作方法,用于使该壳体表面获得雾面效果,其包括以下步骤:
提供一模具,在该模具上形成具雾面效果的纹理;
提供一薄膜,并将其置于所述模具中;
注塑一基体层于所述薄膜上。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:所述模具包括一公模及一母模,该母模设置有一模穴,在该模穴表面形成所述具雾面效果的纹理。
3.如权利要求2所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:所述具雾面效果的纹理通过火花放电蚀刻的方式形成。
4.如权利要求2所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:所述具雾面效果的纹理通过化学蚀刻的方式形成。
5.如权利要求2所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:所述具雾面效果的纹理通过喷砂处理的方式形成。
6.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:所述薄膜的材料为透明或不透明塑料。
7.如权利要求2所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:所述薄膜的一表面上设置有一装饰层。
8.如权利要求7所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:在置于模具中前对所述薄膜进行裁剪、热压成型为待成型壳体的外围形状。
9.如权利要求8所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:所述薄膜未与装饰层结合的一表面成型为凸起面,该凸起面贴合于所述母模的模穴;所述薄膜结合有装饰层的一表面成型为凹陷面,所述基体层注塑于该凹陷面上。
10.如权利要求1或9所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:该基体层的材料为聚乙烯、聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯中的任一种。
