Abstract
提供在振动环境下也难产生端子表面磨损所导致的接触电阻的连接器。连接器具有:金属环,其与在导体外周覆盖绝缘体及组合屏蔽而构成的电缆连接;壳,其容纳该金属环并具有与组合屏蔽导通的屏蔽部件;金属环具有:电缆夹紧部,其夹紧电缆且与屏蔽导通;弹簧部,其将该夹紧部及电缆固定在壳内并与屏蔽部件接触,弹簧部设置在电缆夹紧部的两端侧。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及连接设备与电缆的连接器,特别是涉及汽车等产生振动的环境下所使用的连接器。
背景技术
汽车等具有的电力转换装置等设备与电缆的连接使用连接器。以往的连接器结构由图4及图5所示。如图4及图5所示,连接器具有安装在设备上的外连接器和安装在电缆16上的内连接器。外连接器具有外壳1、内壳2及阳端子3,内连接器具有外壳4、内壳5及阴端子6。内连接器中,外壳4由铝构成,具有插通电缆16的开口部。电缆16上设置有组合屏蔽,为了实现组合屏蔽与外壳间的导通,在组合屏蔽上夹紧有外部金属环30。
如图6所示,外部金属环30具有:夹紧电缆16的组合屏蔽的电缆夹紧部31;与外壳4接触的弹簧部32。
如图4所示,内连接器还具有:容易进行卡合的手柄10;固定卡合后的手柄的CPA11;进行外/内连接器间防水的垫圈12;进行电缆/外壳间防水的电线密封13;用于固定垫圈的尾板14。

在汽车等产生振动的地方安装连接器时,安装在连接器上的电缆上会产生摇晃。这时,摇晃会传达到与电缆连接的内连接器内部的阴端子6上,阳端子3与阴端子6的接触部上会产生摩擦。由此,由表面镀层的磨损等影响,会导致阳端子3与阴端子6的接触电阻增大。
即,以往的连接器中,如图7所示,电缆16与连接器的壳(阴外壳4)通过设置在外部金属环30的弹簧部32的圆周方向上的多个突起部33接触。这时,弹簧部32与外壳4的接点在电缆16的圆周方向上有多个点,但在长度方向上只有1处接触,所以如图7虚线所示,以弹簧部32与外壳4的接触部为基点摇动,电缆16的摇晃传达到阴端子6上,其结果,由于此摇晃,阳端子3和阴端子6的接触电阻增大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述课题,提供在汽车等的振动环境下也能降低外/阴端子间的表面磨损的连接器。
本发明所涉及的连接器具有:金属环,其与在导体外周覆盖绝缘体及组合屏蔽而构成的电缆连接;壳,其容纳该金属环并具有与上述组合屏蔽导通的屏蔽部;上述金属环具有:电缆夹紧部,其夹紧上述电缆且与上述组合屏蔽导通;弹簧部,其将该电缆夹紧部及上述电缆固定在上述壳内并与上述屏蔽部接触,其特征在于,上述弹簧部设置在上述电缆夹紧部的两端侧。
根据本发明,在汽车等振动环境下也能降低外/阴端子间的表面磨损。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图来说明本发明的实施方式。
图1是表示本实施方式的连接器的剖视图。本连接器的外观与图4所说明的以往连接器大致相同,相同的结构部分由与图4相同的符号表示。
如图1所示,本实施方式的连接器具有:安装并连接在电气设备上的设备侧连接器(第1连接器)21;安装并连接电缆的电缆侧连接器(第2连接器)22。
设备侧连接器21中,由绝缘性树脂构成的阳内壳2固定在薄片端子结构的阳端子3外周,阳内壳2固定在由铝形成的阳外壳1上。
电缆侧连接器22中,由绝缘性树脂构成的阴内壳5固定在插座接点结构的阴端子6外周,阴内壳5固定在由铝形成的阴外壳4上。阴端子6与阳端子3通过设置在阴端子6内的弹簧结构,以一定的接触力互相接触。
电缆16是以导体为中心、依次覆盖绝缘树脂、组合屏蔽、铠装的屏蔽电缆。导体被阴端子6的筒部61夹紧,与阴端子6导通,组合屏蔽通过外部金属环7与阴外壳4导通。电缆侧连接器22中,在阴外壳4内侧设置有防水用垫圈12,设备侧连接器21与电缆侧连接器22卡合时,由阳外壳1和阴外壳4压住垫圈12,由此保持防水。电缆16与阴外壳4之间设置有电线密封13和压住电线密封13的尾板14,确保阴外壳4内的防水。
并且,电缆侧连接器22上还设置有:手柄10,其机械地辅助阳端子3连接到阴端子6的动作;CPA(Connector Position Assurance),其固定该连接动作后的手柄10(参照图4)。
图2是表示构成本连接器的外部金属环7的立体图。图3是其剖视图。如图2及图3所示,外部金属环7具有夹紧电缆16的电缆夹紧部(以下称为“夹紧部”)8和设置在夹紧部8两侧的弹簧部9。
夹紧部8由导电性材料形成,其内周面为圆筒状的筒体。夹紧部8设置在组合屏蔽外侧,该组合屏蔽在电缆16的铠装外周上设置的内部金属环17上折回,外周面的剖面为多边形(图中为正六边形),与组合屏蔽导通。
弹簧部9设置在电缆16的外周,朝阴外壳4的圆筒内面有弹性且为与阴外壳4的圆筒形大体相同的圆筒状板簧。弹簧部9在电缆长度方向上形成切口,分成3个以上。并且,分割后的各板簧上分别形成突起部15。通过该突起部15,弹簧部9插入阴外壳4内时,通常与阴外壳4的内面(屏蔽部件)接触。
这样,电缆16的组合屏蔽通过夹紧部8、弹簧部9与阴外壳4的屏蔽部件导通。
根据本连接器,通过在夹紧部8两侧设置弹簧部9来构成外部金属环7,电缆16在电缆长度方向上由2处弹簧部9与阴外壳4连接,并被其支持,所以连接器上有振动时,能够抑制电缆16的摇晃传达到阴端子6上,能够提高连接器的耐振性能。其结果,在汽车等振动环境下也能降低阳/阴端子间的表面磨损。
并且,本发明的外部金属环7由1个夹紧部一起夹紧其两侧设置的弹簧部9,所以与分别夹紧每个弹簧部相比,制造效率非常好。
本发明并不限定于上述实施方式,还可以有各种变形。
Claims (4)
1.一种连接器,具有:金属环,其与在导体外周覆盖绝缘体及组合屏蔽而构成的电缆连接;壳,其容纳该金属环且具有与上述组合屏蔽导通的屏蔽部;
上述金属环具有:电缆夹紧部,其夹紧上述电缆且与上述组合屏蔽导通;弹簧部,其将该电缆夹紧部及上述电缆固定在上述壳内且与上述屏蔽部接触,其特征在于,
上述弹簧部设置在上述电缆夹紧部的两端侧,上述电缆夹紧部将其两侧设置的弹簧部一起夹紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,上述屏蔽部中,与上述弹簧部的连接处形成为圆筒形,上述弹簧部是朝上述屏蔽部有弹性且形状与上述圆筒形大体相同的圆筒状板簧,该圆筒状板簧在电缆长度方向上形成切口而被分成3个以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接器,其特征在于,上述壳由铝形成。
4.一种连接器结构,将与电气设备连接的第1连接器和与电缆连接的第2连接器连接,其特征在于,上述第2连接器是权利要求1至3中任一项所述的连接器。
