Abstract
The invention provides a wet material preparing method of grass fiber raw materials and equipment thereof. The equipment sequentially comprises a grass cutting machine, a roller type grass washing machine, a spiral grass extruding machine and an intermittent stewing device. The roller type grass washing machine comprises a water tank filling with water; the bottom part of the water tank is in the shape of a taper; the two ends of the water tank are respectively provided with a feed inlet and a discharge hole; the upper part of the water tank is sequentially provided with a plurality of cleat rollers in parallel and at intervals along the direction perpendicular to a connecting line of the feed inlet and the discharge hole; the cleat rollers are positioned in the same horizontal plane; and the bottom part of the water tank is provided with an automatic sewerage discharging system being capable of discharging impurity. The roller type grass washing machine washes out the dust on the surface of the grass and removes numerous dust, sands and heavy impurity in the grass, therefore, the method can effectively remove various impurities in the raw materials of the grass to keep higher raw materials cleaning degree, stabilizes and improves the quality of paper pulp, improves the operation environment of a factory, and protects the security of subsequent equipment; and the equipment has reasonable configuration, stable operation, good pulp forming quality and simple operation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method and a device for preparing raw materials in a papermaking process, in particular to a method and equipment for preparing grass fiber raw materials by a wet method in the papermaking industry and a roller type grass washing machine thereof.
Background
The grass raw material pulping has a long history in China, China is also the country with the highest yield of grass fiber pulp in the world at present, and the non-wood pulp still accounts for the vast majority of the yield of the original pulp in China so far, thus forming the characteristic of the paper making industry in China. The core problem of the pulping pollution of the grass fiber raw material is the pollution problems of high waste water discharge pollution load, large treatment difficulty and the like caused by low black liquor extraction rate and unfavorable alkali recovery of black liquor property. Furthermore, the reason for the difficulty in extracting the straw pulp black liquor is that the straw pulp has poor drainability, and the ash content (silicon) and sugar content in the black liquor are high, so that the black liquor has high viscosity and brings about the difficulty in evaporation and combustion. Therefore, the strengthening of the stock preparation to remove harmful substances in the straw is the most important part for preparing the straw pulp.
The domestic intermittent cooking pulping still uses dry-method material preparation, wherein the dry-method material preparation mainly comprises the steps of removing heavy impurities by a roller type dust remover (or a double-cone dust remover), separating light impurities such as fine powder dust and the like, and removing the light impurities by a settling chamber and a water film dust remover. In the production process, due to the reasons of management and maintenance, a negative pressure centrifugal fan for dust removal is rarely used, so that dust in a cutting work section flies, the surrounding environment is very severe, most of dust and impurities enter an intermittent cooking device, and difficulty is brought to black liquor extraction and evaporation; and the prepared paper pulp has dark color and poor quality, and the black liquor has high silicon content, so the application of the paper pulp, the recovery of waste liquor and the workshop operation environment are seriously influenced.
Therefore, the inventor provides a method for preparing the grass fiber raw material by the wet method, equipment for preparing the grass fiber raw material and a roller type grass washer thereof, which have stable operation and good pulp quality, by means of related design and manufacturing experience for many years, so as to overcome the defects of the conventional structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wet-process material preparation method of a grass fiber raw material, material preparation equipment and a roller type grass washer thereof, which have the advantages of reasonable equipment configuration, stable operation, good pulp quality and simple operation, and are used for intermittently cooking the grass fiber raw material.
The invention aims to realize the purpose, and the method for preparing the grass fiber raw material by the wet method comprises the following steps:
(1) feeding the grass raw material from the stock dump to a grass cutter;
(2) the grass pieces cut by the grass cutter are sent into a roller type grass washer; the roller type grass washing machine comprises a water tank filled with water, the bottom of the water tank is in a conical shape, a feed port and a discharge port are respectively arranged at two ends of the water tank, the upper part of the water tank is sequentially parallel to the vertical direction of a connecting line of the feed port and the discharge port at intervals and is provided with a plurality of horn rolls, and the plurality of horn rolls are arranged in the same horizontal plane; the grass sheets are washed in water under the driving of the rotating claw rolls, impurities in the grass sheets are settled at the bottom of a water tank of the roller type grass washing machine and are discharged by an automatic sewage discharging system, and the washed grass sheets are output from a discharge hole of the roller type grass washing machine;
(3) the cleaned grass sheets are sent into a spiral grass extruding machine, and water in the grass sheets is extruded out by the spiral grass extruding machine so as to improve the dryness of the grass sheets;
(4) feeding the grass pieces with certain dryness output from the spiral grass extruder into an intermittent cooking device.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the grass raw material in the stock yard is transported to the first belt conveyor by the grass transporting vehicle, and then the grass raw material is transported to the grass cutter by the first belt conveyor; the cut grass sheets are conveyed into a feed inlet of the roller type grass washing machine by a second belt conveyor; the cleaned grass sheets are sent into the spiral grass extruding machine by a spiral dewatering machine which is obliquely arranged.
The object of the invention can also be achieved by a wet-method material preparation device for the grass fiber raw material, which is sequentially provided with a grass cutter, a roller type grass washer, a spiral grass extruder and an intermittent cooking device; the roller type grass washing machine comprises a water tank filled with water, the bottom of the water tank is in a conical shape, a feed port and a discharge port are respectively arranged at two ends of the water tank, a plurality of horn rolls are sequentially arranged on the upper part of the water tank in parallel and at intervals along the direction vertical to the connecting line of the feed port and the discharge port, the plurality of horn rolls are arranged in the same horizontal plane, and the water level in the water tank is higher than the axial lead of the horn rolls; the bottom of the water tank is provided with an automatic sewage discharging system capable of discharging impurities.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a spraying nozzle is disposed above the feeding inlet of the roller-type grass washing machine.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a baffle plate for facilitating the output of the grass sheet is obliquely arranged between the lower part of the discharge port of the roller type grass washing machine and the bottom of the water tank.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the preparation equipment further comprises a first belt conveyor for feeding the grass raw material into the grass cutter and a grass carrier for feeding the grass raw material from the preparation yard to the first belt conveyor; a second belt conveyor is arranged between the straw cutter and the roller type straw washer; a spiral dewatering machine which is obliquely arranged is arranged between the roller type grass washing machine and the spiral grass extruding machine; a third belt conveyor is arranged between the spiral straw extruder and the intermittent cooking device.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a magnet is disposed above the belt of the second belt conveyor; the upper portion and the bottom of the front end of the spiral dehydrator are respectively provided with a feed inlet and a water outlet, and the bottom of the rear end of the spiral dehydrator is provided with a discharge outlet.
A roller type grass washing machine comprises a water tank filled with water, the bottom of the water tank is in a conical shape, a feed port and a discharge port are respectively arranged at two ends of the water tank, the upper part of the water tank is sequentially parallel to the vertical direction of the connecting line of the feed port and the discharge port at intervals, and a plurality of claw rollers are arranged in the same horizontal plane; the bottom of the water tank is provided with an automatic sewage discharging system capable of discharging impurities.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a wet stock preparation method of grass fiber raw material, which is used for intermittent cooking of the grass fiber raw material, and the method comprises the following steps:
(1) conveying the grass raw materials in the stock yard to a first belt conveyor through a grass conveying vehicle, and then conveying the grass raw materials to a grass cutter through the first belt conveyor;
(2) the grass pieces cut by the grass cutter are sent into a roller type grass washer through a second belt conveyor, and the grass pieces are washed by water to remove impurities in the grass pieces; the cleaned grass sheets are output to a spiral dehydrator by a roller type grass washing machine to remove partial water;
(3) the cleaned grass sheets are sent to a spiral grass extruding machine by the spiral dewatering machine, and water in the grass sheets is extruded by the spiral grass extruding machine so as to improve the dryness of the grass sheets;
(4) feeding the grass pieces with certain dryness output from the spiral grass extruder into an intermittent cooking device.
As described above, in the wet stock preparation method of grass fiber raw material of the present invention, since the roller type grass washer is used to wash off the dust on the surface of the grass pieces and remove a large amount of dust, sand and heavy impurities contained in the grass pieces, the method can effectively remove various impurities in the grass raw material to maintain high raw material cleanliness, stabilize and improve the quality of the pulp, and improve the operating environment of the factory. The equipment is reasonable in configuration, stable in operation, good in pulp forming quality and simple in operation. The method is especially suitable for the grass fiber raw materials such as straws, wheat straws, reeds and the like with poor drainability, soft materials and small bulk weight.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the invention provides a material preparation device for realizing the wet method material preparation method of the grass fiber raw material, and the material preparation device comprises a grass conveying vehicle 1, a first belt conveyor 2, a grass cutter 3, a second belt conveyor 4, a roller type grass washer 5, a spiral dehydrator 6, a spiral grass extruder 7, a third belt conveyor 8 and an intermittent cooking device 9 which are arranged in sequence.
In the present embodiment, an iron sucker (not shown) is disposed above the belt of the second belt conveyor 4, and the iron sucker is used to remove iron impurities in the grass sheet, so as to prevent damage to the roller-type grass washing machine and facilitate cleaning of the grass sheet.
The upper part and the bottom of the front end of the spiral dehydrator 6 are respectively provided with a feed inlet 61 and a water outlet 62, and the bottom of the rear end of the spiral dehydrator 6 is provided with a discharge outlet 63. The inside of the spiral grass extruder 7 is provided with an extrusion reducing spiral which is encapsulated by a cylindrical shell, the upper part of the front end and the lower part of the rear end of the spiral grass extruder 7 are respectively provided with a feed inlet 71 and a discharge outlet 73, and the middle bottom of the spiral grass extruder 7 is provided with a water outlet 72.
In the present embodiment, the other structures of the grass carriage 1, the first belt conveyor 2, the grass cutter 3, the second belt conveyor 4, the spiral dewaterer 6, the spiral grass extruder 7, the third belt conveyor 8 and the intermittent cooking device 9 are substantially the same as the conventional structures, and are not described herein again.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the roller-type grass washing machine 5 of the present embodiment includes a water tank 51 filled with water, the bottom of the water tank 51 is tapered to facilitate the deposition of impurities, the water tank 51 can be supported by a support (not shown) to be stably placed, two ends of the water tank 51 are respectively provided with a feeding port 52 and a discharging port 53, the upper portion of the water tank 51 is sequentially provided with a plurality of horn rolls 54 in parallel and at intervals along a direction perpendicular to a line connecting the feeding port and the discharging port, the plurality of horn rolls 54 are arranged in the same horizontal plane, and the plurality of horn rolls 54 are driven by a transmission device 59 and rotate in the same direction; in the embodiment, six claw rolls 54 are arranged in the roller type grass washing machine 5, the transmission device is provided with a front group of motors and a rear group of motors, each group of motors drives the three claw rolls to rotate anticlockwise, and the claw rolls are connected through a belt or a speed reducer; the rotational speed of the latter group of motors close to the discharge hole 53 is slightly higher than that of the former group of motors so as to prevent the grass pieces from blocking at the discharge hole 53 (as another embodiment in the embodiment, the rotational speed of each horn roll can be gradually increased from the feed hole to the discharge hole one by one, so that grass blockage is avoided, and the grass washing effect is improved). The water level 58 in the trough 51 is lower than the axis of the horn rolls 54 but higher than the line connecting the bottoms of the horn rolls 54. in this embodiment, the bottom of the trough 51 is provided with an automatic drain system 55 capable of draining impurities.
The roller type grass washing machine 5 is driven by the claw roller to turn over grass raw materials back and forth, and the grass washing time is long no matter large stones. And dust between the grass leaves can be effectively removed.
Further, in the present embodiment, the center-to-center distance between the horn rolls 54 is 850 to 900 mm; the shortest horizontal distance between the claw roller 54 adjacent to the discharge port 53 and the discharge port 53 is 100-200 mm; the lower side of the discharge hole 53 is 100-200 mm higher than the water outlet line; a baffle plate 56 convenient for grass sheet output is obliquely arranged between the lower part of a discharge port 53 of the roller type grass washing machine and the bottom of the water tank 51, and the shortest distance between the horn of the last horn roll 54 and the baffle plate 56 is 100-200 mm.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a spray nozzle 57 is provided above the feed inlet 52 of the roller-type grass washing machine, and mainly functions to prevent dust from flying out, so as to ensure clean environment in the operation site.
The grass washing process of the roller type grass washing machine is as follows: the grass pieces cut into certain sizes by the grass cutter 3 fall into the feed inlet 52 of the roller grass washer 5 from the tail end of the second belt conveyor 4 under the action of gravity, and the water level in the water tank 51 is controlled by an overflow device (not shown in the figure); the grass pieces enter the water under the action of the claw roller 54 and move forward from the position below the water surface along with the rotation of the claw roller 54; the distance between the two claw rollers 54 must be controlled in the structure of the roller-type grass washing machine, so that the grass sheets are prevented from turning upwards along with the rotation of the claw rollers 54, the grass sheets are transmitted to the next claw roller 54 as much as possible, and the grass washing efficiency is improved. After the grass sheet passes through the last claw roller 54, the grass sheet is pushed to the discharge hole 53 of the roller type grass washing machine 5 by the claw roller 54, and the position of the discharge hole 53 is higher than the water level by a certain height, so that the moisture in the grass sheet is favorably filtered out, the moisture cannot flow out of the discharge hole 53 of the roller type grass washing machine 5 along with the grass sheet, and the moisture is remained in the water tank 51 as much as possible, so that the water after impurities are discharged is favorably recycled.
As shown in fig. 2, the grass sheets washed by the roller type grass washer 5 further remove a part of water on the inclined spiral dehydrator 6, and extrude the water in the spiral grass extruder 7, so that the dryness of the grass sheets is improved to 40% -50%, and the volume weight of the grass sheets is also improved, thereby further improving the pot loading amount of the subsequent steps and improving the production efficiency; in addition, the spiral grass extruder 7 generates a certain shearing force to the grass sheets, so that the grass sheets are torn to a certain degree, the digestion liquid medicine is favorable for fully soaking the grass sheets, the pulping quality can be improved, and the digestion time can be shortened.

Because the roller type grass washing machine 5 of the invention adopts the automatic sewage system 55, the slag discharge operation can be carried out regularly, the water in the water tank 51 can not be discharged during slag discharge, and the water after precipitation and slag discharge can be reused; in addition, only a small amount of water needs to be supplemented in the operation process of the roller type grass washing machine 5, and the supplemented water can utilize the papermaking white water or the treated reclaimed water without using clear water, so that a large amount of water resources can be saved.
The grass washing water can also be treated by the following steps: pumping the grass washing water to an additionally built sedimentation tank for sedimentation, screening by using an inclined screen before sedimentation to remove large-size impurities such as grass fragments and powder, and the like, wherein the settled grass washing water can be recycled, and part of lost water can be supplemented by using treated reclaimed water.
The material preparation equipment provided by the invention has the advantages of reasonable design, stable operation and simple operation, and as most impurities are cleaned by the roller type grass washer 5, the alkali liquor consumption is less in the processing process, and as the moisture in the grass sheets is extruded by the spiral grass extruder, the pot filling amount can be increased, the cooking time is shortened, the pulp quality is improved, and the black liquor recovery is easy.
