技术领域
本发明涉及一种起动发电机，其具有一个直接与内燃机的曲轴连接的电动机转子，其中，电动机既可以作为起动电动机也可以发电机工作方式使用。
背景技术
开头所述类型的起动发电机例如由DE 44 06 481 C3有所公开。这种起动发电机具有一个电动机，其作为异步电动机，即具有笼型转子的感应电动机设计。电动机的转子作为扭转振动减振器构成。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种与现有技术相比进一步发展的起动发电机，其具有一个用于与曲轴抗扭连接的转子。
该目的依据本发明通过在一种具有权利要求1特征的起动发电机得以实现。起动发电机具有一个电动机，其可选择作为起动电动机或者作为内燃机，特别是摩托车发动机的发电机使用。电动机的转子需要时在一个减振件的中间连接下与内燃机，即两冲程或者四冲程发动机的曲轴抗扭连接。该电动机是一种同步电动机，最好是永磁激励的同步电动机。在这种情况下，可绕流的线圈最好形成电动机定子的一部分，而转子装备一个永久磁铁。因此不需要向电动机的旋转部件输送电流。
依据一种优选构成，电动机作为外转子电动机构成。外转子，也就是转子，在此方面是内燃机的回转物质。电动机的转子在这种情况下具有一个空心圆柱体转子件，其环绕电动机的定子，最好是装备永磁体，特别是装备稀土磁铁，其内径大于连杆轴承轴与内燃机的曲轴旋转轴之间距离的两倍。
起动发电机特别是在气缸工作容积125cm3以上的摩托车上使用。因为不需要通过变速器使摩托车发动机的曲轴旋转的起动器，所以能够以较少的装置开支达到非常高的可靠性。按照简单方式也可以实现如起停自动控制这样的附加功能。此外节省照明发电机，也就是单独发电机的结构空间。
在优选的构成中，起动发电机具有扁平气缸的基本形状，其在内燃机曲轴的轴向上测量的高度最多为气缸直径的一半。

具体实施方式
整体采用附图符号1标注的起动发电机用作摩托车(在当前情况中为单缸摩托车)的仅部分示出的发电机2的起动器以及发电机使用。起动发电机1同样适合用于具有多个汽缸的内燃机的摩托车。
作为摩托车发动机2的零件，从图1可以看出曲轴3、连杆4以及连杆轴承5。曲轴3的旋转轴采用R标注，连杆轴承轴采用P标注。连杆轴承轴P与旋转轴R之间采用A标注的距离对应于内燃机2的半个冲程。
起动发电机1的主要部件电动机6为具有一个与曲轴3固定连接的转子7和一个定子8的外转子电动机。定子8直接或者间接旋接在内燃机2的一个未示出的曲轴箱上或者以其他方式与曲轴箱固定连接。转子7由一个罐形的第一转子件9和一个与其借助部分剖面示出的连接装置10连接的盘形第二转子件11组成。取代转子件9、11也可以具有整体的转子件。在任何情况下，转子7均为永磁激励的转子，也就是装备永久磁铁或者磁化的转子。
永磁激励的转子7与定子8的可绕流线圈12共同作用。电动机6总体上为永磁激励的同步电动机，也称为扭矩电动机。电动机6具有高度为H和直径为D的圆柱体基本形状。空心圆柱体转子件9的内径采用Di标注并描绘出一个圆，其不超过由连杆轴承5的旋转几何形状轴P绘制的圆的50％。高度H小于直径D的40％。在曲轴3的旋转轴R方向上观察，内燃机2的长度因此由于起动发电机1仅略有增加。起动发电机1因此适合于在摩托车或者其他摩托化的两轮车上使用。

Claims (6)

1.起动发电机(1)，具有直接与内燃机(2)的曲轴(3)连接的电动机(6)转子(7)，其特征在于，所述电动机(6)为同步电动机。
2.按权利要求1所述的起动发电机(1)，其中，电动机(6)为永磁激励的同步电动机。
3.按权利要求2所述的起动发电机，其中，电动机(6)为外转子电动机。
4.按权利要求3所述的起动发电机，其中，电动机(6)的转子(7)具有环绕电动机(6)定子(8)的空心圆柱体转子件(9)，其内径(Di)大于连杆轴承轴(P)与内燃机(2)曲轴(3)旋转轴(R)之间距离(A)的二倍。
5.按权利要求1-4之一所述的起动发电机，其中，电动机(6)的高度(H)最多为电动机(6)直径(D)的一半。
6.按权利要求1所述的起动发电机(1)在摩托车上的使用。
