In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention discloses a method for realizing a calling/called payment service, comprising the following steps: the calling sends the short message of the payment service to trigger the calling and called payment services; the service control point SCP informs the calling number and the calling charging requirement of the calling and called payment services to the called party and waits for the called party to answer; after the called party answers, whether the called party agrees with the charging requirement of the calling party is determined, and if the called party agrees, the calling party is called; if the called party does not agree, expressing the charging requirement of the called party; after expressing the charging requirement of the called party if the called party does not agree with the charging requirement, the method further comprises the following steps: SCP calls a calling party and displays a called number and a called charging requirement to the calling party, and the calling party selects whether to answer the call; if the calling party refuses to answer, the calling party payment service and the called party payment service are released; if the calling party answers, the calling party and the called party start conversation and charging.
The triggering calling and called payment services are as follows: the caller sends the short message of the payment service to the short message center, the short message center sends the short message of the payment service of the caller received to SCP; SCP authenticates the calling party, and starts the calling and called party payment service through authentication; if the authentication is not passed, the calling and called payment services are not started.
In the above method, the notifying the called party of the calling number and the calling billing requirement for requesting the calling and called payment services is: the SCP analyzes the short message of the payment service, acquires a called number, initiates a call to a called party, and displays a calling number and a calling charging demand to the called party; wherein the calling charging requirement comprises: the proportion of the cost borne by the main charging party and the main charging party.
Wherein, if the called party does not agree, the charging requirement of the called party is expressed as follows: SCP receives the calling party's charging requirement not agreeing with the called party's selection, then it will prompt the called party to input its charging requirement; the called party sets the charging requirement of the called party and sends the charging requirement of the called party to the SCP; the called charging requirement comprises: the proportion of the cost borne by the main charging party and the main charging party. After the calling and called parties start talking and charging steps, the method further comprises the following steps: after the calling and called party finishes the call, SCP obtains the charge proportion born by the secondary charging party and the secondary charging party according to the charge proportion born by the primary charging party and the primary charging party, and deducts the charge by combining the call duration and the charging standard; the charge proportion born by the secondary charging party is as follows: 1-proportion of charges charged by the primary charging party.
In order to implement the method, the invention provides a system for the payment service of a calling party and a called party, which comprises the following steps: a calling terminal, a short message center, a Service Control Point (SCP) and a called terminal; the calling terminal is used for sending a payment service short message to trigger a calling and called payment service, responding to SCP, setting and sending a charging requirement and selecting the charging requirement; the short message center is used for receiving the payment service short message sent by the calling terminal and forwarding the payment service short message to the SCP; SCP, which is used to inform the called terminal of the calling number and the calling charging demand of the calling and called payment services and wait for the called terminal to respond; after the called terminal answers, whether the called terminal agrees with the charging requirement of the calling terminal is determined, and the calling terminal is called when the called terminal agrees; the called terminal is used for responding the SCP, selecting the charging requirement of the called terminal when the charging requirement of the calling terminal is not agreed, and setting and sending the charging requirement of the called terminal; the SCP is also used for calling the calling terminal and displaying the called number and the charging requirement of the called to the calling terminal after the called terminal expresses the charging requirement of the called terminal, and the calling terminal is also used for selecting whether to answer the call; when the calling terminal refuses to answer, the SCP is also used for releasing the calling and called payment service; and when the calling terminal answers, the calling terminal and the called terminal are also used for starting conversation and charging.

Detailed Description
The basic idea of the invention is that: the calling party sends the payment service short message to trigger the calling party and the called party payment service, the charging requirement of the calling party and the called party is carried in the display number of the calling party and the called party, and the function of negotiation payment of the calling party and the called party is further realized.
It should be noted that the charging requirement includes: calling charging requirements and called charging requirements.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
In the invention, a calling party sends a short message containing the charging requirement to a Short Message Center (SMC), the SMC transfers the received service short message to a Service Control Point (SCP), the SCP initiates a call to a called party and displays the charging requirement of the calling party, and then the called party and the calling party carry out payment negotiation. Referring to fig. 1, a process of a method for implementing a caller/callee payment service is specifically described, which mainly includes the following steps:
the payment service short message includes the charging requirement of the calling party and the called number, the charging requirement of the calling party is set by the calling party, and the method mainly includes: the primary charging party, the proportion of the charges borne by the primary charging party, etc. For example: 1 × 60 × D, wherein 1 is set to represent that the calling party is called, the proportion of the fee borne by the calling party is 60%, and the called number is D. Specifically, the calling party A initiates a calling and called payment service to a called party D, the calling party A sends a payment service short message B C D to a short message center, wherein B represents a calling charging party, C represents a charge proportion borne by the calling charging party, D represents a called number, and C represents a separator, the short message center is provided with a service short message access code E, the calling party sends the payment service short message B C D to the short message center, the short message center attaches the service short message access code E to the payment service short message B C D after receiving B C D, and the format of the payment service short message at the moment is changed into E C D. It should be noted that the content of the payment service short message is not limited to this in sequence, and is set by the calling and called payment services.
in this step, the short message center forwards the payment service short message E × B × C × D to the SCP, and authenticates the calling party. And the SCP recognizes the payment service short message E B C D to know that the received payment service short message is the short message of the calling and called payment services.
Here, the SCP authenticates the caller, mainly determining whether the caller has the right to send the payment service short message, for example, determining whether the account balance of the caller supports sending the payment service short message. If the account balance is not enough to support the sending of the payment service short message, the calling and called payment services cannot be started; and starting the calling and called payment services through authentication.
here, the SCP analyzes the payment service short message to further obtain the caller charging requirement and the called number.
the SCP initiates a call to the called D according to the information in the payment service short message, such as E, B, C, D, and displays the calling number and the main charging demand to the called D, such as: a B C.
105, the called party answers the call of the SCP, the SCP prompts whether the called party agrees with the charging requirement of the calling party, if the called party agrees, the step 106 is executed; if the called party does not agree, executing step 107;
the called party answers the call of the SCP after receiving the call of the SCP, the calling number and the main charging requirement; after SCP receives the called response, it plays sound to the called to prompt whether the called agrees with the charging party and the charging ratio.
And 106, calling the calling party, starting a charging function when the calling party and the called party start to communicate, and deducting after the communication is finished to finish the current processing flow.
When the called party selects to agree with the calling charging requirement, the SCP calls the calling party, and at the moment, the caller number displayed to the A is the called number without displaying the called charging requirement. When the calling party and the called party start to communicate, SCP starts to charge; after the call is finished, SCP will carry out fee deduction operation according to the charge proportion born by the primary and secondary charging parties, the call duration and the charging standard.
when the called party selects not to agree with the calling charging requirement, the calling and called party payment service prompts the called party to input the charging requirement, such as: party to charge, proportion to charge, etc. The SCP then initiates a call to the caller and displays the called charging requirements to the caller, for example: the number displayed on the calling terminal is: d, B, C, wherein D is the called number, B is the main charging party provided by the called, C is the proportion of the charge borne by the main charging party provided by the called.
the calling party can choose to answer or refuse to answer, if choose to refuse to answer, it means that the calling party doesn't agree with the called charging requirement; if answer is selected, the calling party receives the charging requirement of the called party.
And step 110, after the calling party selects answering, the calling party and the called party start communication and charging, and after the communication is finished, the fee deduction operation is implemented.
After the call is finished, SCP executes fee deduction operation according to the charge proportion born by the primary and secondary charging parties, the call duration, the charging standard and other information. According to the charge proportion born by the main charging party and the main charging party which are finally negotiated and determined by the calling party and the called party, the secondary charging party and the charge proportion born by the secondary charging party can be obtained, namely: 1-proportion of charges charged by the primary charging party.
Next, a method for implementing the above-mentioned calling/called payment service is described with reference to a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the method mainly includes the following steps:
step 201, the calling A sends a payment service short message B C D to the SMC;
and the SMC sets the service short message access code of the calling and called payment services as E, and sends B, C and D to the SMC.
Step 202, the SMC sends the E, B, C and D to the SCP to authenticate the calling;
step 203, the SCP sends the call called D to the Service Switching Point (SSP), and displays the calling number and the calling billing requirement, i.e. the signaling of a + B + C;
step 204, the SSP calls the called D and displays A, B, C to the called D;
step 205, the called D answers SSP;
step 206, SSP reports the called D response event to SCP;
step 207, SCP sends signaling for prompting whether the called D agrees with the calling charging requirement or not to SSP;
step 208, SSP sound-playing prompts whether the called D agrees with the calling charging requirement;
step 209, the called D key selects disagreement;
step 210, SSP reports the called D key selection disagreement to SCP;
step 211, SCP sends signaling for prompting called D to input charging requirement to SSP;
step 212, SSP sound playing prompts the called D to input the charging requirement;
step 213, the called party D inputs the charging requirement;
step 214, SSP reports the called charging requirement to SCP;
step 215, the SCP sends a signaling to the SSP to continue the calling a and display the called charging requirement, i.e., D × B × C;
step 216, the SSP continues the calling a and displays the called charging requirement (D × B × C) to the calling a;
step 217, the caller A answers;
step 218, SCP starts charging;
step 219, the called D hangs up;
step 221, the SCP releases the call;
step 222, the SSP releases the called speech path;
at step 223, the SSP releases the calling session.
