Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一座体、一散热器和贴设于散热器上的若干发光二极管模组及若干固定所述散热器的扣具,所述散热器包括一基板及由基板底面向下延伸的若干散热鳍片,所述座体内具有一隔板,所述散热器的基板卡置在隔板上而散热鳍片向下穿过隔板,所述扣具横跨所述散热器基板将该散热器固定于座体上,而扣具中部抵压在所述基板上。与现有技术相比,本发明之发光二极管灯具通过若干扣具将所述散热器与座体相固定安装,拆卸及安装该散热器只需手动操作所述扣具即可,不需使用相关工具,方便安装、拆卸,从而简化了更换流程,提高了工作效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
相比于传统的发光源,发光二极管具有重量轻、体积小、污染低、寿命长高等优点,其作为一种新型的发光源,已经被越来越多地应用到各领域当中,如路灯、交通灯、信号灯、射灯及装饰灯等等。
在一些专业用途如作为户内外照明设备时,发光二极管模组在工作时会产生大量的热量,如若这些热量不能得到及时地散发,将容易导致发光二极管过热,使其发光效率降低,甚至于直接烧坏而无法继续工作。现有的发光二极管灯具往往通过在照明设备内设置与发光二极管模组相固定接触的散热器以对发光二极管模组进行散热。然而,此类散热器通常以锁螺钉的方式固定安装于到发光二极管灯具上,当需要更换散热器,或者发光二极管模组与散热器一体更换时,需要使用相关的专业工具拆卸、安装散热器,更换流程较复杂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种方便安装、拆卸散热器的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一座体、一散热器和贴设于散热器上的若干发光二极管模组及若干固定所述散热器的扣具,所述散热器包括一基板及由基板底面向下延伸的若干散热鳍片,所述座体内具有一隔板,所述散热器的基板卡置在隔板上而散热鳍片向下穿过隔板,所述扣具横跨所述散热器基板将该散热器固定于座体上,而扣具中部抵压在所述基板上,所述扣具由一弹性金属线体连续弯折而成,其包括一枢接固定于所述隔板上的卡持部、分别由该卡持部两端延伸而出并抵压在基板上的二夹持部及分别由二夹持部的自由端向外延伸出并活动连接到所述隔板上的二插入部,所述每一夹持部包括间隔交替设立的二平直压制段及二n形把持段,所述扣具的插入部通过操作二夹持部的把持段发生弹性形变靠紧或回复原状从而活动连接到隔板上。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具通过若干扣具将所述散热器与座体相固定安装,拆卸及安装该散热器只需手动操作所述扣具即可,不需使用相关工具,方便安装、拆卸,从而简化了更换流程,提高了工作效率。
下面参照附图,结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图2,为本发明一优选实施例的发光二极管灯具,其包括一座体10、置于该座体10上的一散热器20、贴设于该散热器20一面的若干发光二极管模组30、将所述散热器20固定于所述座体10之上的二扣具40、覆盖于发光二极管模组30上的一导光罩50及盖置于座体10之上的一灯罩60将所述发光二极管模组30与导光罩50罩设于座体10内。
请一并参阅图3,所述座体10呈长方体状,其包括由四竖立的板体(未标示)首尾相接而成的一框架12及自该框架12内侧面向内延伸而出并将该框架内部分割成上下两部分(未标示)的一隔板14。所述隔板14位于所述框架12内侧的中部且垂直于该框架12的每一板体。该隔板14中央垂直向下凹陷形成一矩形承载部142(如图2所示)用于放置所述散热器20。该承载部142的底面(未标示)开设有贯通该隔板14以供所述散热器20通过的一矩形通口144。在所述隔板14上靠近承载部142一侧的两端处分别开设有二配合孔146,以与螺钉(图未示)配合而分别将二卡件100固定安装于所述隔板14之上;靠近承载部142另一侧的两端处分别开设有四配合孔146,以与螺钉配合分别将四卡件100固定安装于所述隔板14之上。这些配合孔146两两平行并列,位于承载部142同一端的六配合孔146为一组并将三卡件100固定其上以安装一所述扣具40。
上述散热器20可由导热性能良好的金属材料如铝、铜等一体制成,其包括一矩形基板22及自该基板22底面垂直向下延伸出的若干散热鳍片24。所述基板22在外形上与所述座体10承载部142相一致以使该基板22刚好安置于所述承载部142内,且当该基板22的周缘卡置在所述座体10承载部142上时,基板22的顶面相齐平于或者略高于该承载部142的顶面,散热鳍片24向下穿过承载部142通口144凸伸到承载部142下方。所述散热鳍片24相互平行间隔排列于所述基板22底面的中部,在这些散热鳍片24之间形成若干与散热鳍片24延伸方向平行的纵向通道(未标示)和垂直切断散热鳍片24的若干横向流道(未标示)。这些散热鳍片24整体上的外形与所述座体10的通口144的外形相对应,以使这些散热鳍片24能穿过该通口144。所述基板22顶面开设有若干螺孔220以与若干固定件(图未示)配合安装所述发光二极管模组30及所述导光罩50。
每一发光二极管模组30包括一纵长矩形的电路板32及若干均匀安装于电路板32上的发光二极管34。这些电路板32的贴合于所述散热器20基板22的顶面。这些发光二极管34所述电路板32长度方向排列成一直线,从而将其热量均匀地传导至所述散热器20上。
上述扣具40由一弹性金属线体连续弯折而成,其包括一平直的卡持部42、由该卡持部42两端延伸出的二相互平行的夹持部44及分别由二夹持部44的自由端(未标示)对称倾斜向外延伸出的二插入部46。所述卡持部42与所述二夹持部44之间还有二连接段420,该二连接段420由卡持部42的两端倾斜向内对称延伸而出。所述每一夹持部44包括间隔交替设立的二平直压制段442及二n形把持段444。所述压制段442与所述卡持部42相互垂直。所述把持段444所在平面垂直于所述卡持部42与所述压制段442所在平面。所述插入部46大致呈L形,由所述夹持部44把持段444的自由端(未标示)水平延伸而出。每一插入部46包括由把持段444倾斜向外延伸而出的一倾斜段462及由倾斜段462向外弯折平直延伸而出的一插入段464。所述二插入部46与所述卡持部42及所述夹持部44的压制段442处于同一平面。所述二插入段464平行于所述卡持部42。所述扣具40的卡持部42对应夹置于安装在所述座体10承载部142一侧的一卡件100内,该扣具40的二插入部46的二插入段464分别对应夹置于安装在所述承载部142另一侧的二卡件100内。所述夹持部44的二压制段442对应压制于所述散热器20基板22的顶面。所述插入部46的倾斜段462同时压制所述基板22的顶面与所述座体10隔板14的顶面。
上述导光罩50为一弯折的金属片体,其罩设于所述发光二极管模组30之上,包括一纵长的导光板52及均匀分布于该导光板52上的若干导光孔54。所述导光板52上的导光孔54的数量与发光二极管模组30的发光二极管34数量相一致,每一发光二极管34对应穿过一导光孔54以改变出光方向。所述导光板52的两相对侧形成有抵压在散热器20基板22顶面上的安装缘(未标号),该安装缘上开设有若干通孔520以供若干固定件(图未示)如螺钉等分别穿过并螺合于所述散热器20基板22中部的若干螺孔220内,从而固定所述导光罩50。
上述灯罩60由透明材料如有机玻璃、树脂等制成,其为一矩形板体,在外形上与所述座体10框架12相一致。该灯罩60的周缘对称开设有若干透孔62,供若干固定件(图未示)分别穿过并与所述框架12顶端配合而将所述灯罩60安装固定。
上述卡件100由一金属片状体一体弯折而成,其中部形成一呈拱形容置部(未标示)以夹置所述扣具40。该卡件两端均为可抵压在所述座体10隔板14顶面上的平直片体。该卡件两端的中部分别开设一穿孔102以供二螺钉分别穿过并螺合于所述座体10隔板14上对应的二配合孔146内,从而固定该卡件100。
请一并参阅图4,组装上述发光二极管灯具时,先将贴设有发光二极管模组30的散热器20放置于所述座体10的承载部142之上,所述散热器20散热鳍片24对应穿过承载部142通口144;然后将导光罩50对应安装于所述散热器20基板22上并罩设所述发光二极管模组30;再将二扣具40分别对应置于所述基板22的两端,二卡件100分别夹置二扣具40的卡持部42,四卡件100分别夹置二扣具40的四插入段464,十二螺钉分别穿过该六卡件100的十二穿孔102并螺合于座体10上对应的螺孔146内,从而将该二扣具40固定于座体10的隔板14上并分别横跨散热器20基板22的两相对端,即将所述散热器20固定于所述座体10之上;最后将所述灯罩60盖置于所述座体10的框架12之上并罩设所述发光二极管模组30及导光罩50。拆卸上述散热器20时,只需直接用手指夹紧扣具40的二夹持部44,使二夹持部44相向靠紧并同时带动扣具40的二插入段462相向移动直至从对应的二卡件100容置部内脱离而出,此时该扣具40的卡持部42固定卡制于所述隔板14上,该扣具40以该卡持部42为轴转动打开后,即可直接将装设有发光二极管模组30的散热器20取出。再次安装散热器20时,只需反向操作上述流程即可。
综上所述,本发明之发光二极管灯具的散热器20安置于所述座体10之上,所述发光二极管模组30贴设于该散热器20上,二扣具40将所述散热器20与座体10相固定安装,拆卸及安装该散热器20只需手动操作所述扣具即可,不需使用相关工具,方便安装、拆卸,从而简化了更换流程,提高了工作效率。
Claims (8)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一座体、一散热器和贴设于散热器上的若干发光二极管模组及若干固定所述散热器的扣具,所述散热器包括一基板及由基板底面向下延伸的若干散热鳍片,其特征在于:所述座体内具有一隔板,所述散热器的基板卡置在隔板上而散热鳍片向下穿过隔板,所述扣具横跨所述散热器基板将该散热器固定于座体上,而扣具中部抵压在所述基板上,所述扣具由一弹性金属线体连续弯折而成,其包括一枢接固定于所述隔板上的卡持部、分别由该卡持部两端延伸而出并抵压在基板上的二夹持部及分别由二夹持部的自由端向外延伸出并活动连接到所述隔板上的二插入部,所述每一夹持部包括间隔交替设立的二平直压制段及二n形把持段,所述扣具的插入部通过操作二夹持部的把持段发生弹性形变靠紧或回复原状从而活动连接到隔板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述隔板中央向下凹陷形成一承载部,该承载部的底面开设有贯通该隔板的一通口供所述散热鳍片通过,所述散热器基板周缘卡置在该承载部上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基板的顶面与座体承载部的顶面相齐平或者略高于座体承载部的顶面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:一第一卡件及二第二卡件安装于所述隔板上并分别位于基板的相对两侧,所述卡件均为一金属片弯折而成,其两端与隔板连接,其中部拱起形成一容置部以供所述扣具的卡持部枢接、所述扣具的插入部插设。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述扣具的二夹持部相互平行且垂直于所述卡持部,所述扣具的二插入部分别由二夹持部对称倾斜向外延伸而出。
6.根据权利要求5的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述插入部由所述夹持部的自由端水平延伸而出,包括由把持段自由端倾斜向外延伸而出的一倾斜段及由倾斜段向外弯折平直延伸而出的一插入段,该插入段插置于所述第二卡件容置部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述二插入部与所述卡持部及所述夹持部压制段处于同一平面,该平面垂直于所述把持段所在平面。
8.根据权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述夹持部压制段压制于所述散热器基板之上,所述插入部同时压制于所述散热器基板及所述座体隔板之上。
