技术领域
本发明涉及一种在呼吸软管(Atemschlauch)上的带有气流测量传感器的连接部件和一种用于使得该传感器与连接部件对中的方法和一种由该传感器与连接部件构成的组合装置。
背景技术
由GB 2 272 296A已知一种用于测量呼吸软管中的气流和气体温度的传感器。该传感器具有T形结构的带有水平设置的夹持件的传感器壳体、垂直于夹持件伸展的锥形的传感器连接机构和在传感器连接机构的自由端上的温度测量件。用于传感器的相关的连接部件具有锥形的紧固套管,传感器连接机构插到该紧固套管中。传感器连接机构通过静摩擦保持在紧固套管中。
对于用于测量呼吸气体(Atemgas)的气体流的传感器而言公知的是,择优取向地将传感器连接机构固定在连接部件上,在所述传感器连接机构上设置有温度测量件。当除了要确定气流的高度外,还要确定其方向时,必须择优取向地安装。
为了使得传感器相对于连接部件对中,还已知的是,在传感器连接机构上设有突出的、三角形的凸起,该凸起插入到在用于传感器连接机构的紧固套管上的相应的内凹中。这种设置由EP 1 374 940 A2已知。相应于构造上的措施,要求既对传感器又对连接部件的紧固套管进行公知的对中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,对所述类型的连接部件加以改善,从而能够采用简单的方式相对于相关的紧固套管择优取向地将用于测量气流的传感器安装在连接部件上,和提出一种用于使得传感器相对于呼吸软管上的连接部件对中的方法。
装置目的的实现方案既具有权利要求1的特征,又具有权利要求2的特征。
方法目的的实现方案可由权利要求3的特征得到。
本发明的优点在于,通过与夹持件对准地伸展的壁区段,该壁区段在紧固套管的附近安装在连接部件上,且在夹持件的高度上沿着夹持件延伸,能够使得夹持件以及传感器的温度测量件相对于连接部件定向。T形结构的传感器壳体可以通过壁区段同时被用于在气体管道中的温度测量件的对中。
壁区段是至少区段方式地朝向夹持件的择优位置伸展的、设在连接部件上的凸起部,所述凸起部一直延伸到夹持件的区域中,并抑制夹持件相对于连接部件扭转。由于将凸起部定位在连接部件上,可以确定夹持件的择优位置,进而确定与夹持件连接的温度测量件的择优位置。替代于凸起部,也可以使用对中销钉,这些对中销钉将夹持件固定在择优位置。凸起部或对中销钉也可以设置在夹持件的两侧。凸起部或对中销钉的高度设计必须使得它们至少在传感器连接机构被插入到紧固套管中时在旁侧接触夹持件并抑制扭转。
对于用于测量呼吸软管中的气体流的传感器而言,传感器连接机构的外轮廓和紧固套管的与此对应地设计的内轮廓被标准化,从而可使用多个传感器。为了使得壁区段或者对中销钉适配于传感器的不同的夹持件,壁区段可以用弹性材料制得,从而通过弹性变形可以适配于夹持件的相应的直径。公知的用于测量气流的传感器通常具有T形构造的传感器壳体,其中为了避免损伤而将连接线缆从旁侧引出。根据本发明说明的对中由此可用于多种市场上常见的传感器。
用于使得具有水平伸展的夹持件的气流测量传感器相对于连接部件对中的方法在于,在连接部件上在用于传感器连接机构的紧固套管的区域中设有与夹持件对准地伸展的壁区段,该壁区段一直伸展至夹持件的高度。

具体实施方式
图1为连接部件1的立体图,其与仅局部示出的呼吸软管2连接。连接部件1具有三个在连接部件1内部相互流体连接的连接单件3、4、5。在连接部件1上装有锥形结构的用于固定未详细示出的传感器的紧固套管6。装在紧固套管附近的壁区段7相对于连接部件1的纵轴线8夹成约8°的锐角伸展。
图2为传感器9的侧视图。传感器9的传感器壳体10由水平伸展的夹持件11构成,夹持件11带有向下突出于它的锥形结构的传感器连接机构12。在传感器连接机构12的自由端上设有带有温度测量件14、15的保持件13。传感器连接机构12与连接部件1的紧固套管6对应地设计,并通过锥形的表面轮廓实现传感器壳体10牢固地且气密地位于连接部件1中。连接线缆16与夹持件11对准地伸展。
图3示出带有装上的传感器9的连接部件1。壁区段7的设计高度使得它在夹持件11的区域中伸展且防止该夹持件11扭转。
图4示出替代的连接部件1,其中相比于图3,壁区段7已被两个对中销钉17代替。在对中销钉17之间的连接线与夹持件11对准地伸展。

Claims (3)

1.一种由在呼吸软管(2)上的连接部件(1)和用于测量在所述呼吸软管(2)中的气流的传感器(9)构成的组合装置,其中所述传感器(9)具有T形结构的传感器壳体(10),该传感器壳体带有水平设置的夹持件(11)、垂直于该夹持件伸展的锥形的传感器连接机构(12)和在所述传感器连接机构(12)的自由端上的温度测量件(14、15),所述连接部件(1)具有用于所述传感器连接机构(12)的锥形紧固套管(6)和至少部分地与所述夹持件(11)对准地伸展的、且在所述夹持件(11)的区域中延伸的壁区段(7、17)。
2.一种在呼吸软管(2)上的用于传感器(9)的连接部件,该传感器用于测量在所述呼吸软管(2)中的气体压力且具有水平伸展的夹持件(11),其特征在于,所述连接部件(1)具有锥形结构的紧固套管(6)以及至少部分地与所述夹持件(11)对准地伸展的、且在所述夹持件(11)的区域中延伸的壁区段(7、17),所述紧固套管用于所述传感器(9)的与该紧固套管对应地设计的传感器连接机构(12)。
3.一种用于使得具有水平伸展的夹持件(11)的、用于测量在呼吸软管(2)中的气流的传感器(9)相对于连接部件(1)对中的方法,其特征在于,在所述连接部件(1)上在用于所述传感器(9)的传感器连接机构(12)的紧固套管(6)的区域中设有至少部分地与所述夹持件(11)对准地伸展的、且一直延伸至所述夹持件(11)的壁区段(7、17)。
