Abstract
本发明属于治疗肿瘤的中药领域；本发明提供一种用于治疗鼻咽癌的中药；其目的是效果好、见效快；本发明采用五灵脂、干漆、三七、石上柏、灵芝、山豆根、当归、土贝母、蜈蚣等中药制成，其作用在于扶正培本、益气养血、活血化瘀、清热解毒抗癌，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，见效较快的优点。

本发明属于治疗肿瘤的中药领域。
背景技术
目前治疗鼻咽癌的中药领域，存在着一些明显的不足：一是效果不够明显，二是见效比较迟缓。许多鼻咽癌患者因药物不能有效抑制咽喉肿瘤生长、转移、扩散，影响了带瘤生存的时间，患者及其家属对此不够满意。
针对以上提出的问题，本发明提供一种治疗鼻咽癌的中药，它能解决上述治疗效果不够明显、见效比较迟缓的问题，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，见效较快的优点。
发明内容
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种治疗鼻咽癌的中药，采取中药原料制备，配方为(按重量比)：
五灵脂0.3-2.5份 干漆0.15-1.2 份三七0.4-3份
石上柏0.3-2.5份 灵芝0.4-3份 山豆根0.4-3.2份
当归0.5-4.2份 土贝母0.4-3.2份 蜈蚣0.2-1.8份
这种治疗鼻咽癌的中药是由下列方法制成的：
(1)按上述重量比，将五灵脂、石上柏、山豆根、当归、土贝母经常规水提取工艺提取，制成浸膏细粉；
(2)按上述重量比，将干漆、三七、灵芝、蜈蚣分别研成细粉，与浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀；根据需要，可制成中药冲剂、颗粒剂、散剂、胶囊剂、水丸剂、片剂等剂型。
本发明是根据民间传统配方，根据中医扶正培本、活血化瘀的理论，精心研制而成的。方中灵芝益气，扶正培本，补益五脏；当归养血活血，与灵芝为伍益气养血，气旺血足；五灵脂、三七、干漆、石上柏活血化瘀，消肿止痛；山豆根、土贝母、蜈蚣清热解毒抗癌。诸药配伍，相得益彰，共奏扶正培本、益气养血、活血化瘀、清热解毒抗癌之功，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，见效较快的优点。
具体实施方式
通过以下实施方式对本发明做具体说明：
1、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
五灵脂60克 干漆15克 三七60克
石上柏50克 灵芝45克 山豆根60克
当归80克 土贝母60克 蜈蚣20克
按规定重量，用常规水提取工艺将五灵脂、石上柏、山豆根、当归、土贝母提取，制成浸膏细粉108.5克，将干漆、三七、灵芝、蜈蚣分别研成细粉，与浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀，制成细小颗粒，装入0号胶囊，制成中药胶囊887粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
2、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
五灵脂180克 干漆60克 三七180克
石上柏150克 灵芝180克 山豆根60克
当归260克 土贝母260克 蜈蚣50克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊2991粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
3、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
五灵脂250克 干漆120克 三七300克
石上柏250克 灵芝300克 山豆根320克
当归420克 土贝母320克 蜈蚣180克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊5164粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
4、取以下配方(按重量比)：
五灵脂4份 干漆1.5份 三七4.5份
石上柏4.5份 灵芝5份 山豆根6份
当归8份 土贝母8份 蜈蚣3份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
5、取以下配方(按重量比)：
五灵脂25份 干漆10份 三七30份
石上柏22份 灵芝26份 山豆根32份
当归42份 土贝母42份 蜈蚣18份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
临床资料：
本发明以中医鼻咽癌为例，经27例临床观察。选择中医诊断鼻咽癌为标准：肢体无力，虚损严重，鼻塞，鼻疼，鼻孔流黄水，CT见鼻腔肿瘤。如上症状，即可确诊。在确诊观察的对象中，男性16例，女性11例，无其它严重疾病，年龄为44岁-69岁，平均年龄56.6岁。
疗效判定：
1、显效：体质增强，肢体有力，鼻咽部不适消失，CT见鼻咽肿瘤瘤体缩小，其它部位未发现新生肿瘤。
2、有效：体质增强，鼻咽部肿瘤未见增大，其它部位未见新生肿瘤。
3、无效：病症无变化，鼻咽部肿瘤瘤体增大，或其它部位发现新生肿瘤。
临床实验时，停服其它药物和保健营养品。服用本发明中药胶囊，观察3个月，为一个疗程。服用方法：每日3次，每次6粒胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克，饭后温开水送服，1个月后症状即有缓解，服用3个月后，症状明显改善。临床实验的27人中，显效11人，有效12人，无效4人，总有效率85.1％。

1.一种治疗鼻咽癌的中药，其特征是：它是以下列组份的重量比而制成的，其组份配比为：
五灵脂0.3-2.5份 干漆0.15-1.2份 三七0.4-3份
石上柏0.3-2.5份 灵芝0.4-3份 山豆根0.4-3.2份
当归0.5-4.2份 土贝母0.4-3.2份 蜈蚣0.2-1.8份
这种治疗鼻咽癌的中药是由下列方法制成的：
