Abstract

本发明的目的是以简单的措施流体技术改善轴流式涡轮机的排流部位。按照本发明这一点由此得以实现，即对于轴流式涡轮机，使壳体在排流部位中从扩压器直到排气壳体构造成一个结构部件，该结构部件具有集成的内部和外部的流动通道。通过使扩压器集成到排气壳体内，提供一种在空气动力学上最佳的壳体，并且以最小的压力损失保证最大的流体迟滞。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于增压内燃机的废气涡轮增压器领域。
本发明涉及废气涡轮增压器的轴流式涡轮机的壳体以及用于制造这种涡轮机壳体的方法。
背景技术
废气涡轮增压器用于提高内燃机、尤其是活塞式发动机的功率。在此废气涡轮增压器一般具有离心压缩机和径流式或轴流式涡轮机。
在设计用于确定应用的废气涡轮增压器时，使涡轮机侧对应于内燃机要求配置。在此例如对于给定的涡轮机尺寸、即确定的涡轮机轮尺寸和相应的涡轮机壳体，使涡轮机叶片配有不同的叶片高度。根据应用装配更短或更长的叶片在叶片支架上。
为了适用于不同的应用场合，也应该能够在以后使涡轮机叶片以不同的叶片高度后装备在现有的废气涡轮增压器里面。
当然通过变化的叶片高度也必须使壳体件适配于工作叶片周围、即扩压器外壁。这一点对于常见的废气涡轮增压器是烦琐的，尤其是当可能具有明显重量的较大壳体件必须安装在废气涡轮增压器上的时候。
例如由DE 101 37 899 C1已知的轴流式涡轮机排气壳体通常由收集室构成，它在一侧具有基本半圆形的横截面，并且在对置的一侧上包括圆的、矩形的用于与排流管连接的法兰。扩压器伸进收集室内，扩压器实际上轴向延伸地连接在涡轮机轮的叶片轮缘上并且在收集室的入口部位中获得径向偏转。在常见的排流壳体中只在扩压器部位由于准确确定的扩压器几何形状能够控制流动。当流动离开扩压器到收集室时，则流动进入其不可控运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是，以简单的措施在流体技术上改善轴流式涡轮机的排流部位。
按照本发明这一点由此得以实现，即对于轴流式涡轮机，使壳体在排流部位中从扩压器直到排气壳体构造成一个结构部件，该结构部件具有集成的内部和外部的流动通道。通过使扩压器集成到排气壳体内，提供一种在空气动力学上是最佳的壳体，并且以最小的压力损失保证最大的流体迟滞。
整合的内部和外部流动通道通过排气壳体和扩压器壁来界定，其中排气壳体与扩压器壁之间的交点按照本发明沿着圆周位于不同的半径上。由此得到两个沿圆周方向上变化的分流动通道，它们负责所期望的流动优化。
可以选择性地使扩压器在工作叶片径向以外部位中具有可更换的插入件，它在需要时并根据所选择的涡轮机叶片高度更换成另一具有不同的几何形状尺寸的插入件。

具体实施方式
图1示出轴流式涡轮机的排流部位。在排流部位中的壳体1主要包括靠近涡轮机的扩压器和外部的排气壳体10，其中扩压器由内部的扩压器壁12和外部的扩压器壁11界定，而排气壳体接收从扩压器内部部位排出的内部流动13并且作为外部的流动14输送到排气壳体的出口法兰。在涡轮机排流部位中的壳体的任务是降低废气的流速，同时不失去更多的压力。
排气壳体10与扩压器壳体整体地构成。由此得到从内部的流动部位13到外部的流动部位14的空气动力学最佳的过渡。排气壳体10和扩压器的外壁11之间的交点部位是T形的。交点T在圆周上分布地沿着扩压器壁变动，因此外部的流动通道具有不均匀的横截面。
带有集成的扩压器的排气壳体可选择性地包括插入件15，该插入件设置在涡轮机叶片3的径向以外的部位中。图2以放大的视图示出这个部位。如果对于具有给定的壳体尺寸、即给定的集成扩压器和排气壳体的轴流式涡轮机，设有新的工作叶片高度，为了补偿叶片尖与壳体之间的距离可以更换插入件15。由此能够以简单的方式且尤其没有大的物流和装配技术费用地，实现具有一个和同一涡轮机尺寸的多个涡轮机配置。不同的壳体件仅仅是小的插入件。无需更换大的扩压器或者甚至替换整个排气壳体。
如图2所示，使插入件15固定在扩压器壁与例如喷嘴环4或进气壳体2之间。也可以选择使插入件固定在任意的壳体件上，例如通过螺纹件。在图2中表明，具有相应错开的叶片尖32的不同长度的叶片如何使不同插入件的内轮廓径向向内偏移。
喷嘴环4的外部固定环在流动方向上设置在插入件15前面。有利地使喷嘴环的外部固定环的内径小于插入件15的内轮廓的内径。该差值有利地为叶片尖与插入件的内轮廓之间距离的0.3至3倍。
可以选择使插入件这样设置在两个壳体件之间，即它在径向方向上具有一定的运动间隙空间。由此可以避免插入件中的热应力。在此要注意，插入件通过邻接的壳体件相对于涡轮机轴线保持定心。这一点可以有利地由此实现，即在插入件16的出口侧端部上设有定心座。在涡轮机叶片的径向以外可以使插入件在径向方向上自由膨胀，只要在插入件与设置在插入件径向以外的壳体件之间存在间隙17。
插入件的壁厚与相邻的壳体件相比是小的。由此可以避免温度快速变化时的热应力。此外可以使插入件热膨胀的差和涡轮机旋转轮保持较小。
插入件15与外部的扩压器壁11之间的过渡可以扁平地或者也可以配有正的或负的阶梯地构成。
在制造或维护这样构成的轴流式涡轮机时可以使插入件在安装到集成的壳体内之前配有所期望的内径，该内径根据所选择的涡轮机叶片长度给出。如果在运行中必须使叶片长度匹配，可以相应地使插入件通过另一具有更大或更小的内径的插入件来替换。对于给定的涡轮机尺寸，所有插入件具有相同的外部尺寸，仅仅内径存在变化。

Claims (5)

1.轴流式涡轮机的壳体，包括扩压器和排气壳体，其中扩压器伸入到由进气壳体所界定的收集室内，其特征在于，使所述扩压器和排气壳体构造成一个集成的整体的壳体件。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体，其中排气壳体(10)在交点(T)处碰到扩压器壁(11)，并且所述交点(T)的位置在扩压器壁上沿圆周方向变化。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的壳体，其中所述集成的整体的壳体件在轴流式涡轮机的工作叶片(31)的径向以外的部位中包括插入件(15)，该插入件作为独立的结构部件插入到集成的整体的壳体件内。
4.如权利要求3所述的壳体，其中在插入件(15)与径向以外设置的集成的整体的壳体件之间设有径向间隙(17)，并且所述插入件(15)在排气侧的端部(16)上设有定心座，通过该定心座使插入件在径向以外设置的集成的整体的壳体件上定心。
5.用于制造或维护废气涡轮增压器的轴流式涡轮机的方法，在该方法中，对于给定的涡轮机尺寸能够使用不同长度的工作叶片，其特征在于，在具有集成的扩压器的排气壳体中插入有插入件，该插入件事先配有与所选择的工作叶片长度相匹配的内径。
