本发明公开了金属卤化物稀土灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯,还含有碘化铱、碘化锫。本发明与现有技术相比,所制备的金属卤化物稀土灯,具有发光效率好,发光效率为100Lm/w以上,使用寿命长达10000小时的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于金属卤化物灯的发光药丸,特别属于色温为5800-6200K的金属卤化物稀土灯的发光药丸。
背景技术
金属卤化物稀土灯的代表为OSRAM,该类灯的发光药丸以碘化镝(钬、铥)、碘化钠、碘化铊(铟)、碘化铯为主要成份的络合物共熔物。这类灯的特点是显色性好(Ra>80),非常接近日光,相关色温>5500K,光呈冷白色,但其缺点是发光效率较低,发光效率通常低于80lm/w,使用寿命也低于5000小时。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种发光效率高、使用寿命长的金属卤化物稀土灯的发光药丸。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:一种金属卤化物稀土灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯,还含有碘化铱、碘化锫。
所述的碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯、碘化铱、碘化锫的摩尔比为1∶0.3-0.8∶0.04-0.08∶0.002-0.007∶0.001-0.005∶0.002-0.004∶0.001-0.003。
优选的碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯、碘化铱、碘化锫的摩尔比为1∶0.4∶0.06∶0.004∶0.003∶0.003∶0.002。
所述的金属卤化物稀土灯的色温为5800-6200K。
本发明利用碘化铱来提高金属卤化物稀土灯的发光效率,碘化铱的摩尔浓度太低时,起不到增加发光效率的作用,而当其摩尔浓度太高时,反而降低金属卤化物稀土灯的发光效率。
本发明利用碘化锫来提高金属卤化物稀土灯的使用寿命。
本发明与现有技术相比,所制备的金属卤化物稀土灯,具有发光效率好,发光效率为100Lm/w以上,使用寿命长达10000小时的特点。

实施例1:
一种金属卤化物稀土灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯、碘化锫,碘化铱,所述的碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯、碘化铱、碘化锫的摩尔比为1∶0.3∶0.04∶0.002∶0.001∶0.002∶0.001。
实施例2:
一种金属卤化物稀土灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯,碘化铱、碘化锫,所述的碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯、碘化铱、碘化锫的摩尔比为1∶0.4∶0.06∶0.004∶0.003∶0.003∶0.002。
实施例3:
一种金属卤化物稀土灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯、碘化锫,碘化铱、碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯、碘化铱、碘化锫的摩尔比为1∶0.8∶0.08∶0.007∶0.005∶0.004∶0.003。
实施例1、2、3均可用于不同管型的金属卤化物稀土灯,其发光效率分别为108Lm/w、118Lm/w、104Lm/w,色温分别为5819K、6023K、6134K、使用寿命分别为10000小时、11000小时、10500小时。

1.一种金属卤化物稀土灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯,其特征在于:还含有碘化铱、碘化锫;
所述的碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯、碘化铱、碘化锫的摩尔比为1∶0.3-0.8∶0.04-0.08∶0.002-0.007∶0.001-0.005∶0.002-0.004∶0.001-0.003。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属卤化物稀土灯的发光药丸,其特征在于:
所述的碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,碘化镝、碘化铯、碘化铱、碘化锫的摩尔比为1∶0.4∶0.06∶0.004∶0.003∶0.003∶0.002。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属卤化物稀土灯的发光药丸,其特征在于:所述的金属卤化物稀土灯的色温为5800-6200K。
