技术领域
本发明涉及选定的杀微生物剂与其它杀微生物剂、配方组分、或原料的协同组合,该协同组合能够制得一种组合物,该组合物的杀微生物活性高于各单独组分的组合预期所能达到的活性。
背景技术

发明内容

在本发明的第一个实施方式中,CMIT与MIT之比等于或小于5:1(即是说,每五份或更少的CMIT比一份MIT)。在另一个实施方式中,CMIT与MIT之比等于或小于3:1。在另一个实施方式中,CMIT与MIT之比等于或小于1:1。在本发明的另一个实施方式中,CMIT与MIT的比例为2.3:1至4:1,优选为2.5:1至3.3:1。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,所述组合物包含卤代的3-异噻唑酮(isothiazolone)(而不是第一实施方式中的CMIT),所述组合物中卤代的3-异噻唑酮的含量较低,优选不大于1000ppm,更优选不大于500ppm,更优选不大于100ppm,最优选不大于50ppm。本发明组合物中卤代的3-异噻唑酮的浓度是以组分a)、b)和卤代的3-异噻唑酮的总重量为基准计的,不包括可能存在的溶剂、载体、分散剂、稳定剂或其它材料的量。在本发明第二种实施方式和第三种实施方式的一个实施方式中,所述抗微生物剂组合物包含不大于1000ppm的CMIT,优选其含量不大于500ppm,更优选不大于100ppm,最优选不大于50ppm。

一种协同作用的测定是Kull,F.C.;Eisman,P.C.;Sylwestrowicz,H.D.和Mayer,R.L.在应用微生物学(Applied Microbiology)9:538-541(1961)中提出的工业可接受的方法,该方法采用由下式确定的比例:
Qa/QA+Qb/QB=协同指数(“SI”)
式中:
QA=单用时产生终点的化合物A(第一组分)的浓度(化合物A的MIC),其单位为ppm。
Qa=以混合物形式使用时产生终点的化合物A的浓度,其单位为ppm。
QB=单用时产生终点的化合物B(第二组分)的浓度(化合物B的MIC),其单位为ppm。
Qb=以混合物形式使用时产生终点的化合物B的浓度,其单位为ppm。
当Qa/QA和Qb/QB之和大于1时,说明具有拮抗作用。当它们之和等于1时,说明具有叠加作用,当小于1时,说明具有协同作用。SI越小,特定混合物所显示的协同作用越大。杀微生物剂的最小抑制浓度(MIC)是在一组特定条件下测得的能够阻止所测定的微生物生长的最低浓度。
使用标准微量滴定板,用设计能使试验微生物最优生长的培养基进行协同试验。细菌试验采用补充有0.2%葡萄糖和0.1%的酵母提取物的最少盐培养基(M9GY培养基);酵母菌和霉菌试验使用马铃薯葡萄糖肉汤(PotatoDextrose Broth)(PDB培养基)。在此方法中,在包含各种浓度的CMIT/MIT、MIT或BIT的情况下,进行高分辨MIC试验来检测许多种杀微生物剂和其它个人护理原料的组合。高分辨MIC通过以下步骤进行:在一排微量滴定板中加入各种量的杀微生物剂,用自动液体操作系统进行10倍连续稀释,获得从2ppm至10000ppm活性组分的一系列活性组分的终点。
测定了本发明的组合对以下微生物的协同作用:细菌,大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)(大肠杆菌-ATCC #8739),酵母菌,白色念珠菌(Candidaalbicans)(白色念珠菌--ATCC 10231),和霉菌,黑曲霉菌(Aspergillus niger)(黑曲霉菌--ATCC 16404)。细菌的使用浓度约为5×106细菌/毫升,酵母菌和霉菌的浓度为5×105菌类/毫升。这些微生物代表了许多消费品和工业应用中的天然污染物。在25℃(酵母菌和霉菌)或30℃(细菌)培养不同时间后视觉观察微量滴定板上微生物生长情况(浊度)以确定MIC。
显示本发明CMIT/MIT组合的协同作用的试验结果列于以下表1-10中。在各个测试中,第一组分(A)是CMIT/MIT,第二组分(B)是另外的杀微生物剂或个人护理组分。各表显示了CMIT/MIT和第二组分的具体组合;在培育时间测得的对抗微生物的结果;通过MIC测定单用CMIT/MIT(QA),单用第二组分(QB),在混合物中的CMIT/MIT(Qa)以及在混合物中的第二组分(Qb)的终点活性,单位为ppm;计算的SI值;以及各种被测组合的协同比范围(CMIT/MIT/第二组分或者A/B)。

在各种比较中,被测微生物以及组分A和组分B的各种组合中的有效协同比可以变化。下表中的数据包括发现具有协同效果的比例。并没有报道所有在协同范围以外收集的数据。

Claims (3)

1.一种组合物,其包含以下组分的协同混合物:
(a)5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的混合物;
(b)选自以下的一种或多种化合物:辛酸、单月桂酸甘油酯、二辛酸甘油单酯、癸酸甘油酯、辛酸丙二醇酯、单月桂酸丙二醇酯、月桂酰基精氨酸酯、肉豆蔻酰氨基丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,乙基己基甘油和辛酰二醇。
2.一种组合物,其包含以下组分的协同混合物:
(a)2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮;
(b)选自以下的一种或多种化合物:辛酸、单月桂酸甘油酯、二辛酸甘油单酯、癸酸甘油酯、辛酸丙二醇酯、单月桂酸丙二醇酯、月桂酰基精氨酸酯、肉豆蔻酰氨基丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯和乙基己基甘油。
3.一种组合物,其包含以下组分的协同混合物:
(a)1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮;
(b)选自以下的一种或多种化合物:辛酸、单月桂酸甘油酯、二辛酸甘油单酯、辛酸甘油酯、辛酸丙二醇酯、单月桂酸丙二醇酯、月桂酰基精氨酸酯、肉豆蔻酰氨基丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯和乙基己基甘油。
