一种台灯,包括灯座、支架、灯罩以及白光照明装置,所述支架连接于所述灯座和灯罩之间,所述白光照明装置设于所述灯罩内,其包括一个导光板以及至少一个固态发光元件,所述导光板包括一个出光面,所述导光板的出光面上设有至少一层荧光粉层,所述固态发光元件所发出的光入射至导光板后从所述出光面射出,并与所述至少一层荧光粉层受激发所发出的光混合而成白光,所述固态发光元件所发出的光通过导光板时,不会由于棱镜效应而色散,从而使获得的白光具有较好的演色性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及光学领域,尤其涉及一种白光照明装置及使用该装置的台灯。
背景技术
目前,发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)作为一种固态发光元件,因其具高亮度、长使用寿命、广色域(Wide Color Gamut)等特性而被广泛应用于多种领域之中。
传统的白光发光二极管通常是将蓝光芯片封装于掺杂有黄色荧光粉层的封装体内,使蓝光芯片所发出的蓝光与黄色荧光粉层受激励后发出的黄光混合后得到所需的白光。
然而,发光二极管在使用时,一般需要经过一个导光板,使发光二极管所发出的光经导光板的反射面反射后射向导光板的出光面,由导光板的出光面均匀射出,将点光源转换成面光源。此过程中,当利用上述方式所产生的白光经过导光板时,会由于棱镜效应而色散,影响光的演色性。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较好演色性的白光照明装置及使用该白光照明装置的台灯。
一种台灯,包括灯座、支架、灯罩以及白光照明装置,所述支架连接于所述灯座和灯罩之间,所述白光照明装置设于所述灯罩内,其包括一个导光板以及至少一个固态发光元件,所述导光板包括一个出光面,所述导光板的出光面上设有至少一层荧光粉层,所述固态发光元件所发出的光入射至导光板后从所述出光面射出,并与所述至少一层荧光粉层受激发所发出的光混合而成白光。
一种白光照明装置,包括一个导光板以及至少一个固态发光元件,所述导光板包括一个出光面,所述导光板的出光面上设有至少一层荧光粉层,所述固态发光元件所发出的光入射至导光板后从所述出光面射出,并与所述至少一层荧光粉层受激发所发出的光混合而成白光。
上述台灯的白光照明装置利用固态发光元件所发出的光与设于出光面上的荧光粉所发出的光相混合而产生所需的白光。所述固态发光元件所发出的光通过导光板时,不会由于棱镜效应而产生色散,从而使获得的白光具有较好的演色性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步的详细说明。
图1及图2所示为一种台灯100,其包括:灯座20、支架30、灯罩40以及白光照明装置50。
所述灯座20位于台灯100的底部,用于将台灯100放置于桌面上。所述支架30位于灯座20和灯罩40之间,用于支撑并调节灯罩40的高度。所述白光照明装置50设于灯罩40内,提供合适亮度的灯光,便于人们的工作和学习。
如图3所示,所述白光照明装置50包括:一个导光板52以及两个线性的发光二极管阵列54。
所述导光板52由透明的压克力材料(polymethylmethacrylate,PMMA)或玻璃制成,其具有一个位于导光板52底部的出光面521、以及位于导光板52顶部且与出光面521相对的反射面522。如图2所示,所述出光面521为平面,其上经涂布或粘贴等方式设有一层黄色荧光粉层523,图2中所示的黄色荧光粉层523是通过粘贴的方式设于出光面521上的,实际上黄色荧光粉层523也可以直接涂布在出光面521上。所述导光板52的反射面522呈V形,使得所述导光板52的厚度自导光板52的左右两侧向导光板52的中部逐渐减小,该反射面522可反射由发光二极管阵列54进入导光板52的光线,使这些光线沿不同的角度射向导光板52的出光面521,从而均匀分布于导光板52的出光面521上并由出光面521射向导光板52的外部。该V形的反射面522可增加导光板52内的全反射现象,提升出射光的辉度。可以理解地,该反射面522上可以涂布一层反光层或者在反射面522上雕刻若干个V形的沟槽,以达到更好的反射效果从而获得具有较高辉度的出射光。
请一并参阅图4,所述导光板52的左右两侧各开设一个长条状的凹槽524,所述凹槽524用于收容所述发光二极管阵列54,其横截面为矩形。所述凹槽524的底部即所述导光板52的入射面上设有若干个凸点525,所述凸点525呈四棱锥状,并紧密排列于所述凹槽524的底部,以利于光的导入。
请继续参阅图3,所述发光二极管阵列54包括一个基板541及设于基板541上的若干个发光二极管542。
所述基板541的横截面与所述凹槽524的横截面大致相同,且其横截面的尺寸略大于所述凹槽524的横截面尺寸,使所述发光二极管阵列54借由基板541与导光板52间的紧配合固定至所述导光板52上。所述基板541上设有电气连线(图未示),上述发光二极管542借由与所述电气连线相连而与供电电源(图未示)电性连接。所述基板541由具良好导热性的材料,如铝、铜等金属材料或陶瓷材料制成,用以散发发光二极管542工作时所产生的热量。当基板541由金属材料制成时,通常在电气连线的外表面涂布一层电绝缘材料,以防止由于基板541导电而造成的短路。
上述发光二极管542为可发出蓝光的蓝光二极管,当所述白光照明装置50工作时,所述蓝光二极管发出蓝光,上述蓝光沿导光板52的入射面进入导光板52内,并经反射面522反射后照射到导光板52的出光面521上时可激发黄色荧光粉层523产生黄光,并与该黄光混合而产生白光。
请继续参阅图2,所述灯罩40包括一个上盖42及一个下盖44。
所述上盖42与台灯100的支架30相连,其包括一个顶板421以及由顶板421的周缘向下延伸的侧板422。所述顶板421上设有四个由顶板421向下垂直凸伸的卡片423,各卡片423的中部设有一个贯穿卡片423下端的卡槽424,所述发光二极管阵列54的基板541的前后两端通过紧配合的方式收容于所述卡槽424内,将所述白光照明装置50固定于所述灯罩40内。
所述下盖44由玻璃、树脂等透明材料制成,所述下盖44的中部即对应白光照明装置50的出光面521的部位向下凹陷,使所述下盖44的中部与白光照明装置50的出光面521间间隔一定的距离,从而为所述下盖44的中部提供一定的缓冲空间,防止白光照明装置50的出光面521因灯罩40的下盖44所受到的冲击而损坏。
所述下盖44的外围形状与上盖42的侧板422的内表面的形状大致相同,且所述下盖44的外围尺寸略大于所述上盖42的侧板422的内表面的尺寸,使灯罩40的下盖44借由紧配合的方式安装至灯罩40的上盖42上,保护灯罩40内部的白光照明装置50,防止其被外部的尖锐物体刮伤,进一步地,该下盖44还具有防止外部灰尘进入灯罩40内部的功效。
上述台灯100的白光照明装置50利用蓝光二极管发出的蓝光与设于出光面521上的黄色荧光粉层523受激发后所发出的黄光相混合而产生所需的白光。由于蓝光为单色光,因此,当蓝光通过导光板52时,不会由于棱镜效应而色散,从而使获得的白光具有较好的演色性。
进一步地,由于上述白光照明装置50的发光二极管阵列54设于导光板52的凹槽524内,因此可减少发光二极管阵列54所发出的光射向导光板52时所造成的光损失,进一步提高出射光的辉度。
本实施例中,采用蓝光二极管和黄色荧光粉层523的组合,使蓝光二极管发出的蓝光和黄色荧光粉层523受激发而发出的黄光混合产生所需的白光。可以理解地,所述发光二极管和荧光粉也可以采用其他的组合,如采用蓝光二极管和红、绿色荧光粉的组合,或采用紫外光二极管和红、绿、蓝色荧光粉的组合,使上述发光二极管所发出的光和对应的荧光粉受激发所发出的光混合后产生所需的白光。当采用多种荧光粉时,所述荧光粉层可为由上述多种荧光粉混合后而设的一层荧光粉或由上述多种荧光粉层相互堆叠而成的多层荧光粉。
本实施例中,采用发光二极管阵列54作为上述台灯100的光源,可以理解地,也可以采用有机发光二极管阵列等固态发光元件阵列作为台灯100的光源,使上述固态发光元件发出的蓝光与设于出光面521上的黄色荧光粉层523所发出的黄光相混合而产生所需的白光。台灯100的光源也不限于本实施例所述的发光二极管阵列54,其也可仅为一个固态发光元件。
本实施例中,白光照明装置50的导光板52两侧均设有发光二极管阵列54,可以理解地,所述白光照明装置50可以仅在导光板52的一侧设置发光二极管阵列54。
本实施例中,以台灯为例说明该白光照明装置,实际上,所述白光照明装置可用于其他领域,如用作液晶显示器(LCD)的背光源,用作地板灯,用作玩具灯等,或用于手电灯、指示器内。
另外,本领域技术人员还可于本发明精神内做其它变化以用于本发明等设计,只要其不偏离本发明的技术效果均可。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (11)
1.一种白光照明装置,包括一个导光板以及至少一个固态发光元件,所述导光板包括一个出光面,其特征在于:所述导光板的出光面上设有至少一层荧光粉层,所述固态发光元件所发出的光入射至导光板后从所述出光面射出,并与所述至少一层荧光粉层受激发所发出的光混合而成白光。
2.如权利要求1所述的白光照明装置,其特征在于,所述固态发光元件与荧光粉的组合选自:蓝光二极管和黄色荧光粉,蓝光二极管和红、绿色荧光粉,以及紫外光二极管和红、绿、蓝色荧光粉。
3.如权利要求2所述的白光照明装置,其特征在于,当所述至少一层荧光粉层选自多种荧光粉层时,该多种荧光粉层相互堆叠形成多层荧光粉层或相互混合而成一层荧光粉层。
4.如权利要求1所述的白光照明装置,其特征在于,所述至少一层荧光粉层以直接涂布或以粘贴的方式设置在所述出光面上。
5.如权利要求1所述的白光照明装置,其特征在于,所述导光板上设有凹槽,所述至少一个固态发光元件收容于所述凹槽内。
6.如权利要求5所述的白光照明装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽的底部设有若干个凸点,所述凸点紧密排列于所述凹槽的底部。
7.如权利要求6所述的白光照明装置,其特征在于,所述凸点呈四棱锥状。
8.如权利要求1所述的白光照明装置,其特征在于,所述导光板具有一个与出光面相对的反射面,所述反射面呈V形。
9.如权利要求1所述的白光照明装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个固态发光元件包括组成一个固态发光元件阵列的若干个固态发光元件,所述若干个固态发光元件包括设于一个基板上,所述基板由金属材料制成。
10.一种台灯,包括灯座、支架、灯罩以及白光照明装置,所述支架连接于所述灯座和灯罩之间,所述白光照明装置设于所述灯罩内,其特征在于:所述白光照明装置为1至9项中任一项所述的白光照明装置。
11.如权利要求10所述的台灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩包括上盖及下盖,所述上盖上设有若干个卡片,所述卡片上设有卡槽,所述白光照明装置组设于所述卡槽内。
