Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于汽车座椅的四通腰靠装置,包括金属丝阵列(16)、固定框架(20)和掀翘臂。当处在伸展位置时,掀翘臂(50)在金属丝阵列(16)上施加压力,由此在该处向座椅乘员提供腰部支撑。波顿拉索和滑动连接的系统允许掀翘臂沿固定框架垂直滑动,从而可在座椅内的不同高度处提供腰部支撑。

本申请是申请号为No.200580029281.2的中国专利申请的分案申请,原申请的申请日为2005年7月29日,发明创造名称为“组合式腰靠装置”。
技术领域
本发明的领域为用于汽车座椅的腰靠装置。
背景技术
在用于机动车辆和其它运输车辆的座椅的腰靠装置领域中,不断要求减小提供腰部支撑所需的整套部件的尺寸,包括处于缩进位置的腰靠装置的总体积和前后深度。
汽车制造商们在逐渐减小其机动车辆座椅中为腰靠机构分配的空间的尺寸。通常腰靠系统的组装空间为大约90mm。但是,座椅舒适性装置例如加热和冷却机构以及按摩机构在机动车辆座椅中越来越常见并且符合人们的期望。因此,为腰靠装置分配的空间在减小以便为这些其它装置提供空间。此外,制造商们希望座椅更窄、更小巧以便增大车辆乘客可获得的乘客区域。有些制造商要求用于腰靠系统的组装空间能小至30mm。这给腰靠装置制造商们带来很大的困难,因为腰靠系统通常远厚于30mm。
另外,汽车制造商们也希望在第二和第三排座椅中设置腰靠装置。由于需要尽量扩大乘客的车内空间和用于存储货物的空间,所以这些座椅常常设计成具有较薄的总体结构。因此,尽管存在狭窄空间的限制以及位于座椅内的其它舒适性装置,在本领域内仍不断要求开发提供腰部支撑的更薄的腰靠机构。
发明内容
本发明根据上述需求和优点作出。本发明是一种用于汽车或其它运输车辆所用座椅的具有极小的包装厚度的腰靠装置。本发明的各种实施例的厚度在15mm至19mm的范围内。
在本发明的一个实施例中,腰靠装置是由横向延伸跨接导轨的金属丝构成的柔性垫(flexmat)。该柔性垫安装在座椅靠背框架内的固定位置处。一掀翘臂(basculating arm)水平延伸横跨柔性垫并安装在腰靠系统内的固定框架上,从而当掀翘臂从其缩进位置移动到其伸展位置时,该掀翘臂在柔性垫上施加压力并在从而该位置处向座椅乘员提供增强的支撑。掀翘臂在固定框架上安装成可沿固定框架垂直移动以便在变化的高度上向座椅乘员提供腰部支撑。
该垂直移动通过使用拉索-有时也称波顿拉索-来实现。波顿拉索具有套管(护套)以及同轴地设置在护套中并在护套内滑动的金属丝。在波顿拉索的一端设有致动器。该致动器可以是手动装置例如手轮或杠杆,或者也可以是动力装置(power device)例如电动机和齿轮组件。在拉索的另一端,套管固定地安装在支架或其它附件上,而出自套管的端部开口的金属丝附装在腰靠系统的活动部件上。该致动器通过将金属丝拉出套管而使金属丝相对于套管移动。在本发明中,致动器在拉索上施加牵引力,由此使掀翘臂沿固定框架垂直移动。在本发明的一个实施例中,不通过波顿拉索使掀翘臂沿垂直方向移动。相反,通过使用螺母和螺杆来完成该任务。在一杆上附装一马达,使得该马达使所述杆旋转,所述杆进而沿特定方向驱动螺杆。掀翘臂经由多个螺母连接至螺杆。当螺杆沿一个方向转动时,螺母在螺杆上垂直向上或向下地被驱动,由此使掀翘臂沿柔性垫垂直移动。
在本发明的另一实施例中,不使用掀翘臂作为产生腰部支撑的机构。相反,通过波顿拉索来实现腰靠装置的从缩进位置通过一系列可选的中间位置到达伸展位置的运动。波顿拉索附装在金属丝阵列的一端,从而当致动器在拉索上施加牵引力时,金属丝阵列弯曲而在该金属丝阵列中形成弓形结构,由此在该处向座椅乘员提供支撑。腰靠系统沿座椅框架的垂直移动通过独立的波顿拉索实现。与前述实施例相反,在该实施例中是金属丝阵列而不是掀翘臂沿固定框架垂直移动。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图,在附图中相同的附图标记表示相同的元件,图1和2示出本发明的腰靠组件的第一实施例。该组件主要包括柔性垫10、固定框架20、上/下致动器30、内/外致动器40、掀翘臂50和双带轮60。
柔性垫组件10是包括导轨12、安装钩14和金属丝阵列16的部件组合。安装钩14用于将腰靠组件钩在座椅框架上的支架中,安装钩14可以是导轨12的弯曲部分,或者是和导轨12装配在一起的附加金属丝。安装钩14适合于各种座椅框架。所示实施例中的金属丝阵列16由装配在导轨12之间的水平金属丝构成。金属丝阵列16还具有稳定用的垂直连接构件18。
柔性垫组件10附装在固定框架20上,使得当通过掀翘臂50施加压力时柔性垫10的上部保持在较稳固的位置而下部可沿远离固定框架20的方向移动。掀翘臂50可滑动地连接在固定框架20上,从而该掀翘臂50可沿固定框架20基本垂直地移动,以便在沿柔性垫10的不同高度处提供支撑。掀翘臂50上还连接有上升杆22和下降杆24。
上/下致动器30为掀翘臂50沿固定框架20的垂直运动提供动力。该上/下致动器30设置成在波顿拉索金属丝上施加牵引力以便使其通过波顿拉索套管沿轴向滑动。在所示实施例中,上/下致动器30包括电动机和齿轮箱,该齿轮箱包含用于施加牵引力的必要部件。在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可将各种已知的动力致动器传动系统与本发明的腰靠装置组装在一起。
上/下致动器30通过上拉索26连接至上升杆22。上拉索26是包括拉索套管和设置成贯穿该套管滑动的金属丝的波顿拉索。上升杆22提供连接点,上拉索26的金属丝端部附装在该连接点处,从而一旦上/下致动器30施加牵引力,掀翘臂就可沿向上的方向移动。上/下致动器30还通过下拉索28连接至下降杆24。下拉索28也是包括拉索套管和设置成贯穿该套管滑动的金属丝的波顿拉索。下降杆24提供连接点,下拉索的金属丝端部附装在该连接点处,从而一旦上/下致动器30沿相反方向施加牵引力,掀翘臂50就可沿向下的方向移动。
在该实施例中,通过由掀翘臂50施加在柔性垫10上的压力而向座椅乘员提供腰部支撑。掀翘臂50连接至双带轮60。双带轮60整体呈具有倒圆的边缘的楔状。倒圆的边缘包含槽62。该双带轮60上附装有两条波顿拉索,即内拉索32和外拉索34。内拉索32的金属丝端部附装在带轮的倒圆边缘的一端,而外拉索的金属丝端部附装在所述倒圆边缘的相对端。这些拉索32和34中的每一个的金属丝都沿槽62移动。当通过内/外致动器40沿一个方向施加牵引力时,内拉索32沿向下的方向拉动带轮60,从而使掀翘臂50沿远离柔性垫10的方向移动。当通过致动器40沿相反方向施加牵引力时,外拉索34沿向上的方向拉动带轮60,从而使掀翘臂50沿朝向柔性垫10的方向移动。当掀翘臂50接触柔性垫10后,任何朝向柔性垫10的进一步移动都使该柔性垫10移离固定框架20并推靠座椅乘员,从而在掀翘臂50所处的高度处提供期望的腰部支撑。
图3示出本发明的可选实施例。腰靠装置的机械方面与上述实施例基本相当。通过臂50的相同的掀翘臂50类型的机构来提供腰部支撑。此外,双带轮60和内/外致动器40也基本与上述实施例相当。但是,在图3所示的实施例中,掀翘臂50不是沿固定框架滑动。相反,掀翘臂50在位于柔性垫10旁边的固定位置处的两个螺杆70上向上和向下移动。马达80和驱动杆82经由两个独立的齿轮箱84连接所述两个螺杆70。在每个螺杆70上设置有至少一个螺母72。所述螺母和螺杆带有螺纹,从而当螺杆70沿一个方向转动时,螺母72沿相同的方向以相同的速率沿螺杆运动。在每个螺杆70的端部设有轴台74。轴台74限制螺母72可移动的距离并防止螺母72移出螺杆70。掀翘臂50附装在各螺母72上,从而掀翘臂50与螺母72本身沿相同的方向移动相同的距离。
图4所示的最终实施例不使用掀翘臂50来产生腰部支撑。相反,该腰靠组件包含弓形压力表面90。该弓形压力表面90包括金属丝阵列92、导轨94和95、上水平安装杆98、下水平安装杆96和升高杆124。用在该实施例中的金属丝阵列92除了包括滑动件99之外基本与其它实施例的金属丝阵列相似。滑动件99大体为由塑料或金属制成的实心件,它附装在水平安装杆98上并强制金属丝阵列92在被压缩时形成弓形。但滑动件99不限于该描述,而是可具有任意形状-包括开槽的、带肋的或空心的,并且可由任意材料制成,只要能使金属丝阵列在被压缩时变成弓形即可。
金属丝阵列92安装在导轨94和95上,从而可相对于导轨94和95移动以形成支撑座椅乘员腰脊柱的弓形结构。该相对移动能以多种方式实现,其都属于本发明的范围。在所示实施例中,金属丝阵列92通过卡扣接合91安装在下水平安装杆96和上水平安装杆98上,从而可在这些位置枢转。上水平安装杆98通过滑动安装件93连接至导轨94和95,从而上水平安装杆98可在导轨94和95上向上和向下滑动。绕枢转安装件91的枢转运动和滑动安装件93沿导轨94、95的滑动运动的结合使得金属丝阵列92可在其上端在由导轨94和95所限定的平面内滑动时弯曲成弓形。
内/外致动器97通过波顿拉索100连接至金属丝阵列92。波顿拉索100包括拉索套管102和设置成贯穿该套管102滑动的金属丝104。内/外致动器97设置成在波顿拉索金属丝104上施加牵引力以使该金属丝贯穿波顿拉索套管102沿轴向滑动。在所示实施例中,内/外致动器97包括电动机106和齿轮箱108,该齿轮箱包含用于施加牵引力的必要部件。在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可将各种已知的动力致动器传动系统与本发明的腰靠装置组装在一起。
波顿拉索套管102安装在下水平安装杆96上。安装件110位于附装在滑动件99上的波顿拉索金属丝端安装件112的相对端。通过由致动器97施加的牵引力而产生的动态张力拉动套管安装件110和金属丝安装件112使它们彼此靠近,从而提供强制金属丝阵列92变成弓形状态并进一步保持该状态以支撑座椅乘员重量所必需的压力和牵引力。
弓形压力表面90可滑动地连接至固定框架114并因此可沿固定框架114垂直移动。该垂直运动允许座椅乘员调节提供腰部支撑的高度。为该运动提供拉力的上/下致动器116连接至下拉索118和上拉索120。上拉索120的波顿拉索套管121安装在固定框架114的顶部122,而金属丝端安装件123位于升高杆124上。由上/下致动器116施加的动态拉力拉动套管安装件122和金属丝安装件123使它们彼此靠近,由此使金属丝阵列92在固定框架114上基本垂直地向上移动。下拉索118的波顿拉索套管125安装在固定框架114的底部126上,而金属丝安装件127位于下水平安装杆96上。由上/下致动器116施加的动态拉力拉动套管安装件126和金属丝安装件127使它们彼此靠近,由此使金属丝阵列92在固定框架114上垂直向下移动,从而形成弓形表面90。

Claims (4)
1.一种用于运输车辆的腰靠装置,包括:
具有滑动件(99)的金属丝阵列(92);
导轨(94,95);
上水平安装杆(98),该上水平安装杆与所述金属丝阵列枢转地接合、固定地附装至所述滑动件(99)并且与所述导轨(94,95)滑动地接合;
固定地附装至所述导轨的升高杆(124);以及
下水平安装杆(96),该下水平安装杆与所述金属丝阵列(92)枢转地接合并固定地附装至所述导轨;
其特征在于,
固定框架(114)适于安装在座椅靠背框架上,并且与所述导轨(94,95)滑动地接合,使得所述金属丝阵列(92)可沿所述固定框架(114)基本垂直地移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腰靠装置,其特征在于,该腰靠装置包括:
拉索(100),该拉索具有套管(102)和设置成在所述套管内沿轴向滑动的金属丝(104),所述套管和所述金属丝均具有第一端部和第二端部;
所述套管(102)和所述金属丝(104)的所述第一端部操作性地接合一致动器(97),以用于向所述拉索(100)施加牵引力;以及
所述金属丝(104)的所述第二端部附装在所述滑动件上,从而由所述致动器(97)施加在所述拉索(100)上的拉力使所述滑动件沿第一方向移动,由此使所述上水平安装杆(98)沿所述导轨(94,95)滑动并将所述金属丝阵列(92)压缩成弓形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的腰靠装置,其特征在于,该腰靠装置还包括:
拉索(120),该拉索具有套管(121)和设置成在所述套管(121)内沿轴向滑动的金属丝,所述套管(121)和所述金属丝均具有第一端部和第二端部;
所述套管(121)和所述金属丝的所述第一端部操作性地接合一致动器(116),以用于向所述拉索(120)施加牵引力;以及
所述金属丝的所述第二端部附装在所述升高杆(124)上,从而由所述致动器(116)施加在所述拉索(120)上的牵引力使所述金属丝阵列(92)沿所述固定框架基本垂直地向上移动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的腰靠装置,其特征在于,该腰靠装置还包括:
拉索(118),该拉索具有套管(125)和设置成在所述套管(125)内沿轴向滑动的金属丝,所述套管(125)和所述金属丝均具有第一端部和第二端部;
所述套管(125)和所述金属丝的所述第一端部操作性地接合一致动器(116),以用于向所述拉索(118)施加牵引力;以及
所述金属丝的所述第二端部附装在所述下水平安装杆(96)上,从而由所述致动器(116)施加在所述拉索上的牵引力使所述金属丝阵列沿所述固定框架(114)基本垂直地向下移动。
