Abstract

技术领域
根据权利要求1的前序部分,本发明涉及一种具有喷射组件的给药装置。
背景技术
从例如US-A-4 260 110已知一种属于这种类型的装置,但该专利主要涉及一种喷射嘴的设计。该专利的说明书仅公开了具有用于单一组分的喷射嘴的给药装置。
但是,对于一定的医学应用,将两种组分物质存贮在双管注射器或双管药筒中,通过静态混合器混合并使用不同的应用仪器给药。对于大面积给药或当不可能通过涂药器来分布混合物质时,必须使用喷射系统。在传统的喷射组件中,两种组分物质仅混合至有限程度或另外需要压缩空气,这在一定操作中将导致不期望的气雾剂形式,并且不能总是保证两种组分在喷射表面上的均匀分配。
发明内容
在这种背景下,本发明的目的是提供一种给药装置,通过该给药装置将两种或更多组分在其进入喷射嘴之前均匀混合。另外,由于组分在混合并被喷射之后硬化,混合喷射组件应当能够以最简单的可能方式替换。这通过如权利要求1所述的给药装置实现。

具体实施方式
根据图1的给药装置1包括双管注射器2和能够附接于该双管注射器2的混合喷射头3。已知,双管注射器包括两个存贮容器4和5,所述存贮容器分别具有相等的容积或相等的截面面积,或者比例异于1:1的截面面积。两种组分通过双柱塞6配给。
混合喷射头3(为简便起见,在下文中称作“头部”)主要包括三部分,即转换壳7以及可通过卡扣装置、焊接、粘合、螺钉连接或者通过卡口式联接与转换壳相连接的混合喷射件8。
基本上,头部可通过例如卡口式联接装置或螺钉连接等不同方式联接至给药器。但是,优选如本发明申请人的瑞士专利申请no.00453/06中所述,将头部通过一种连接简单地插到给药器上并能轻易地从其上拆卸。为此,位于给药器的出口侧的紧固区域9具有出口凸缘10,在所述出口凸缘10上设置有两个单独的出口11和12。所述出口11和12分别具有基本沿径向设置的、指向外侧的、自出口凸缘10向所述出口渐缩的脊部13、14。所述脊部分别具有鞍部15、16,所述鞍部15、16在离开所述出口凸缘一定距离处终止,并在此分别紧接有卡扣鼻部17、18,参见图4,所述卡扣鼻部接合于转换壳7内的凹槽19和20中。
两个鞍部15和16具有相同的设置,但鞍部15在出口侧具有端部21而鞍部16不具有。端部21的有无构成了一种用于确保只能以明确的方位附接头部的标识方式。而且,在两个出口的连接平面的两侧,设置有夹紧导引件22。另外,出口凸缘10具有用作头部的定向辅助的可见的标识鼻部23,所述头部具有相应的定向鼻部24。
图2中图示出了包括两个部件的头部3,其中混合喷射件8紧固于转换壳7,而转换壳7的端部形成混合旋流室的后部底壁44。在转换壳7的出口侧端部具有分配器座25,在所述分配器座25中设置有四个分配器出口26和两个定位槽27。在波纹28的区域内,所述壳可以压缩,以便使卡扣鼻部17和18与凹槽19和20分离,从而允许取下头部。
如图4所示,与横向孔31和32连通的两个纵向孔29和30设置于分配器座中,这些横向孔通向分配器出口26。标识定向鼻部使得能够以纵向孔29和30与给药器的出口11和12共线的方式将头部插到给药器上。
如图2所示,纵向进给通路33自横向孔的端部26延伸。在图4中,示出了混合喷射件8的联接部34具有用于接收转换壳上的相应的凸缘35A的周向槽35。壳部34进一步包括与相应的定位槽27接合的两个定位凸起部36。混合喷射件8的闭合部37具有四个通到环形混合室39的纵向通道38,四个进给通路40自所述混合室39通向同心的旋流室41,喷射出口42自所述旋流室41通向外部。
在图4A中图示出了实施方式的变型,其中,混合喷射件61的端板50上设置有压缩空气入口60,以便在一定情况下实现更好的喷射作用。头部的其它部分是相同的。
在图6中可以看到,进给通路40和进给管道43相对于混合室形成不同的角度并彼此偏移。而且,所述进给通路、进给管道以及旋流室和混合室各自都不必相对于头部的纵轴设置于相同的平面中。
在图7中,显然混合室的底壁44是平面,而在顶部处,即,在闭合部37中设置有产生湍流的锯齿状的混合元件45,以便在两种组分到达旋流室之前将两种组分混合,两种组分通过喷射出口从旋流室喷射。
如导言所述,本发明的基本目标是提供一种位于喷射组件之前,更具体地位于旋流室之前的混合组件,以便在实际的喷射程序之前实现组分的有效混合。代替设置具有锯齿状混合元件的环形同心混合室,还可根据图8至图10设置包括本身已知的静态混合元件在内的混合组件。
根据图8的给药装置46包括与前述示例相同的给药器2和相同的紧固区域。转换壳47的紧固区域与前述示例性实施方式中的相同,但是混合器座48却设置成在其内部接收混合组件49,并在其外部接收紧固装置50和51,以便将混合喷射件58附接到转换壳47,从而形成混合喷射头55。
带有混合元件52的混合组件49紧固于混合喷射件58的闭合部53的内部,并与所述混合喷射件58形成单元。用于将混合喷射件附接至转换壳47的紧固装置50和51可以是卡扣连接、卡口连接或螺钉连接,或者可以通过超声焊接或粘合方式紧固。
如图10所示,头部的闭合部53具有设置于其中的例如三条进给通路54,所述进给通路54以与前述示例相同的方式通向旋流室56,喷射出口57从所述旋流室通向外部。
分别基于混合室或混合组件的两个示例性实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员能够设计出混合组件的其它可能性方案,通过这些混合组件,能将可能两种以上的组分先于经过旋流室和喷射出口喷射而在即将进入旋流室之前高效地混合。

Claims (11)

1.一种具有喷射组件的给药装置,其特征在于,所述喷射组件(41、42;56、57)与用于至少两种液体组分的混合组件(39、45;49)一起设置于混合喷射头(3;55)内,所述喷射组件包括旋流室(41;56),且包括混合元件(45,52)的所述混合组件位于所述旋流室的前面,形成单元的所述混合喷射头以可拆卸方式附接于多组分给药器。
2.如权利要求1所述的给药装置,其特征在于,所述混合喷射头(3、55)由与转换壳(7;47)连接的混合喷射件(8;58;61)形成。
3.如权利要求2所述的给药装置,其特征在于,所述混合组件包括具有锯齿状混合元件(45)的环形的混合室(39)。
4.如权利要求3所述的给药装置,其特征在于,所述混合室(39)具有用于待混合的组分的进给管道(43)以及从所述混合室(39)通向所述旋流室(41)的进给通路(40),在所述混合喷射件(8)的闭合部(37)中,所述混合室在与其底壁(44)相对的侧部具有所述混合元件(45)。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的给药装置,其特征在于,所述旋流室与所述混合室同心设置并向喷射出口(42)内开口。
6.如权利要求2所述的给药装置,其特征在于,所述混合组件(49)设置于所述转换壳(47)的混合器座(48)中,并包括螺旋状混合元件(52),所述螺旋状混合元件(52)的出口侧紧接具有喷射出口(57)的旋流室(56)。
7.如权利要求6所述的给药装置,其特征在于,所述混合组件(49)的出口侧的端部形成所述旋流室(56)的底壁,所述底壁与所述旋流室(56)的所述喷射出口(57)相对。
8.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的给药装置,其特征在于,将所述给药器(2)的紧固区域(9)和所述转换壳(7;47)的紧固区域(9)设置成在没有相对转动的情况下连接或拆卸所述混合喷射头(3、55)。
9.如权利要求8所述的给药装置,其特征在于,所述转换壳(7、47)的紧固区域是能够变形的。
10.如权利要求8所述的给药装置,其特征在于,所述给药器的紧固区域具有接合在形成于所述转换壳内的凹槽(19、20)中的卡扣鼻部(17、18)。
11.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的给药装置,其特征在于,所述混合喷射件(61)的闭合部(59)设置有压缩空气入口(60)。
