Abstract
酮康唑麝香草酚治皮癣溶液，是由酮康唑、麝香草酚溶于二甲基亚砜和乙醇中，组成了性质稳定的混合物溶液，用来治疗各种皮肤癣病，达到见效快，治愈后不复发为目的的复方外用制剂。
Description
所属技术领域
本发明涉及治疗皮肤癣病的一种外用复方制剂。通过溶剂增强药物对人体皮肤的穿透性，充份发挥药物抑菌和杀菌的双重药理作用，在不服用和/或注射药物治疗时，达到治疗和杜绝皮肤癣病复发的目的。
背景技术
目前，公知含有酮康唑的外用治癣制剂有采乐洗发剂与顺峰康王霜剂。酮康唑是一种广谱抗真菌药物，以抑制真菌的生长繁殖来达到治疗的目的。为了提高抗炎效果，常与皮质类固醇药物相配伍。在临床实践中发现：
1、皮肤癣病常反复发作，不容易彻底治愈，分析其原因：
(1)可能与药物不能很好地渗透到皮内：
(2)抗真菌药物不能彻底杀灭真菌。长期反复应用极易产生耐药性，使抗真菌药物疗效降低或失去治疗作用。
2、某些患有皮肤癣病的人，外敷含有皮质类固醇激素药物，可致接触性过敏反应，长期应用会出现皮肤毛细血管扩张，表皮变薄、萎缩纹等不良反应。
综上所述，对治疗皮肤癣病急需研发一种见效快，疗效彻底的药剂。
发明内容
解决皮肤癣病治疗的核心是彻底治愈杜绝复发。为此研究了一种标本兼治，以治本为主的方剂，即抑菌、杀菌并用，同时又止痒消炎。
方剂的构成：本方剂是由酮康唑、麝香草酚、二甲基亚砜和乙醇组成性质稳定的透明混合物溶液。
所采用的技术方案：经过两年多临床实践证明，该复方制剂三种主组分的浓度(质量)范围为：酮康唑0.5-3％、麝香草酚0.5-1％、二甲基亚砜30-70％。其余为乙醇，浓度为26％—69％。三种主组分在其浓度范围内采用任何一种浓度(含量)相互配伍而成的复方制剂，其治疗效果比单独组分应用的治疗效果更显著。
实施方式：将设定浓度的酮康唑、麝香草酚称好重量之后，先溶于设定浓度的二甲基亚砜中，待溶解后，用乙醇稀释到全量，混匀即可应用。在这三种组分浓度范围内，经排列组合可配制十种以上组分浓度(含量)各不相同的有疗效的酮康唑麝香草酚治皮癣溶液。
具体实施例1：将5克酮康唑、5克麝香草酚溶解在300克二甲基亚砜中，待完全溶解后加入690克乙醇，搅匀即可分装备用。
具体实施例2：将5克酮康唑、5克麝香草酚溶解在700克二甲基亚砜中，待完全溶解后加入290克乙醇，搅匀即可分装备用。
具体实施例3：将30克酮康唑、10克麝香草酚溶解在300克二甲基亚砜中，待完全溶解后加入660克乙醇，搅匀即可分装备用。
具体实施例4：将30克酮康唑、10克麝香草酚溶解在700克二甲基亚砜中，待完全溶解后加入260克乙醇，搅匀即可分装备用。
具体实施例5：将10克酮康唑、8克麝香草酚溶解在500克二甲基亚砜中，待完全溶解后加入482克乙醇，搅匀即可分装备用。
本方剂的特点：
1、本方剂各成分的配比是经过多次试验得到的，能取得最佳的治疗效果。
2、溶液中各组分相容性好，而成透明溶液；
3、酮康唑不仅抑制真菌孢子而且有抑制孢子转变为菌丝体的作用。麝香草酚杀菌作用强，尤其对真菌和放线菌的作用更强，并有止痒作用；
4、二甲基亚砜在本方剂中作为溶剂与透皮剂，使酮康唑和麝香草酚不但溶于溶剂中，而且使其穿透表皮，增强在皮内抑菌和杀菌的双重药理作用。此外，二甲基亚砜还有消炎、止痛、抑菌，促进伤口愈合等作用。
5、本方剂不含皮质类固醇药物，对皮肤不会产生接触性过敏和激素依赖性皮炎等不良反应。
本发明有益效果是，在临床实践中应用本方剂治疗皮肤癣病，见效快，治愈后未发现复发。从2006年1月18日至2008年1月18日两年中应用本方剂，在门诊随机治疗各种皮肤癣病病人400余例。单纯小面积皮肤癣病，一般在72小时左右即可达到临床基本治愈。严重的皮肤癣病，一般在三个月内完全可治愈。在400余例中只有3例因患有慢性病的皮肤癣病患者，治愈时间超过三个月，占总例数的0.7％
现举例如下：
例1周××，男35岁，永吉县农民，患花斑糠疹于2006年1月28日就诊治疗三周痊愈，至今未复发。
例2毛××，男，45岁，丰满二道乡农民，患掌跖脓疱型手足癣，合并甲癣、皲裂，得病近两年不能劳动，经多方治疗未愈，于2006年2月5日就诊，用本方剂治疗不足3个月，手足癣、甲癣、皲裂全部治愈，至今已有20个月未复发。
例3徐××，女，32岁，微型汽车厂工人，患体癣多年，于2007年2月26日就诊，患者体癣全身播散，应用此药经37天治疗痊愈，至今未复发。
例4左×，男，29岁，教师，股癣。2007年7月10日就诊时，耻骨上、外阴、双臀部、双大腿上1/3内侧，散在分布豆粒至掌面大小，圆形鲜红至暗红色斑块，边缘围有丘疱疹，疹面有抓痕及血痂，夜不能寐，经两周治疗痊愈至今未复发。
例5李××，男，20岁，工人，头部脓癣，2007年12月8日就诊，全头布满豆粒至一元硬币大小的斑秃，并有3个鸽卵大小的硬块，挤压时有脓血流出，十天后复诊部分斑秃开始长出毛发，硬块缩小，没有新生脓疱出现，经一个月治疗痊愈。
除此之外，本方剂对某些久治不愈的湿疹(外耳、阴囊、肛周等)、外阴瘙痒、口周皮炎等也有很好的疗效。
Claims (1)
1.一种酮康唑麝香草酚治皮癣溶液，由酮康唑、麝香草酚两种药物溶解在二甲基亚砜和乙醇溶剂中，组成治疗皮肤癣病的溶液，其特征在于：各组分浓度为酮康唑0.5-3％、麝香草酚0.5-1％、二甲基亚砜30-70％、乙醇26％—69％。
