Abstract
种子处理装置,含有一大致水平旋转的圆柱形滚筒、种子床、填料或处理剂的分配设施、干燥设施、滚筒运转设施和固定于滚筒内部的定向元件,其特征在于定向元件至少一对对置方向的叶片垂直行构成:a)建立一种子垂直流动的中间过道,b)叶片相对于滚筒回转轴是倾斜的,c)两个毗邻的叶片分别属于两行之一,大致确定了向滚筒顶部开启的一个角度,d)两行之一相对于另一行是偏移一角度交错排列的,e)叶片与圆柱壁具有一定的间距。
Description
本发明的内容是关于种子处理装置。
所谓“种子”系指能导致一种植物再生作用的所有植物器官,它或是通过有性过程(称为结籽)而获得的,或者是通过无性繁殖(称为苗或外植组织)而获得的。
所谓处理系指在种子表面上的所有液态或固态产品的提供。
如果此提供表现在种子形态的改变,例如,借助于涂覆法技术使个体种子的机械播种成为可能,此技术一般包括在第1阶段中在种子上沉积一种粘着性产物,然后,或许经局部干燥后,沉积一种液态填料或粉剂、一种处理剂(农业化学产品、色料)或其它辅助剂(以使肥沃或改善种子的发芽条件)。
如果此提供在不改变种子的形态下进行,例如,为了提供一种保护以及或许是提供一种着色或外观叫做表膜法。此表膜法技术包括把含有无填料处理剂的成膜产品的通常为含水液态组成通过喷雾而沉积于种子上,同时干燥所获得的沉积物。
此涂覆法和表膜法技术特别需要卧式圆筒型回转滚筒,除了滚筒本身外,它还含有运转设施,填料和处理剂的分配设施以及可能有干燥设施。为了保证处理的均匀化,已知在滚筒内部装配搅拌元件。然后,尽量明显地改善了覆盖层的质量,但是工业方面的质量往往是不够的,这是因为例如当处理不规则形状种子时或者当人们力图完成表膜时要求高质量的沉积,即在种子的所有表面上具有优良均匀性的保护层和/或着色层。
上述需要求拥有技术和器械以进行这些种子的保护和改善外
观的处理,从而提高播种时的效率。
本发明的目的是提供一种能在种子的所有表面上提供优良均匀性的保护层和/或着色层的种子处理装置。
申请人现在发现为满足此项要求可借助于配置有搅拌设施的上述类型的装置,从而出现在所有处理期间,能使每个种子在处理剂分配设施前以及次数大致相同。
因此,本发明涉及一项种子处理装置,它具有一台通用型大致水平旋转的圆柱形滚筒,在滚筒下部在待处理的种子床,它还具有填料或处理剂的分配设施以及可能有干燥设施,具有滚筒运转设施和固定于容器即滚筒内部的用于在处理过程中搅拌种子床的定向元件,此设施的特征在于定向元件至少由一对对置方向的叶片垂直行所构成,
a)每一行是位于滚筒空间横向部分的一侧,大致平行于滚筒的横向壁,两行之间构成了一个大致垂直的种子流动的中间过道;
b)叶片相对于滚筒旋转轴而言是倾斜的;
c)两个毗邻的叶片是分别属于两行之一,大致确定了向滚筒顶部开启的一个角度;
d)两行之一相对于另一行而言是在滚筒圆周上偏移一角度交错排列的;
e)用于搅拌的叶片有效部分是远离圆柱壁的。
种子流动的中间过道是根据本发明的装置的一个主要特征,此过道大致是垂直的。其宽度应该是足够的从而对种子不引起铲刮的作用,即为了不使种子被吸向圆柱体顶部以及不使种子以不受控制的方式象雨点般地再落下,不然的话,则种子搅拌太弱,不能确保所述种子覆盖层的均匀性。较可取的中间过道宽度为行宽度的5-45%,特别是10-40%。
按本发明的涵义,每个刚性型叶片具有一表面可将大量种子从
滚筒空间的一点推进到另一点,即具有铲刮的有效作用。此表面可以是平面的,或者还为改善种子从下向上以及从上向下的翻转,稍微翘曲的叶片可避免使种子再上升到滚筒中。
在下文中指定叶片的倾斜度为叶片中间平面的倾角,即与此表面的对称中心表面相切的平面。
如上文所定义的叶片倾斜度,相对于滚筒回转轴而言,确定了种子在流经中间过道的流动速度。
我们观察到,当中间过道的宽度约为1/3的滚筒宽度时,可获得良好的均匀性结果,可取的倾斜度为30-60°,较可取的是40-50°。
此外,根据本发明装置中的叶片是这样的,即两个毗邻的叶片,一个叶片属于一行,而另一叶片属于对置方向的另一行,这两个叶片具有不同的倾斜方向,在它们之间形成一个转向滚筒顶部的角度,以致从种子床顶部离去的种子被重新引向(种子)流动中间过道。此角度一般包括在30和60°之间,较可取的是40和50°之间。
另一方面,一行的叶片不是正对着另一行的叶片,而是在滚筒圆周方向上偏移一角度交错排列的。这是很重要的,既保证种子从上到下流动的一种流动性(在叶片底部之间没有种子堵塞),同时又保证来自一个较高叶片的种子与位于对置的较低叶片上的种子搅拌。最后与许多已知装置相反,搅拌用的叶片有效部分应该限定在靠近滚筒横向壁的一定的间距处。此距离一般是较小的,但必须是足够的以便使旁侧的种子得以滑向底部,并一般在运动循环中向中间部分重新落下。
因此,考虑到投影条件和种子流动中间过道的尺寸,叶片对滚筒轴的正交投影总是低于滚筒宽度的一半,较好地是取约接近于1/3的滚筒宽度。
所有上述参数可根据待处理种子的品种、形状和数量,种子所
寻求效用的应用技术类型。在所有情况下,获得搅拌的平均质量,诸如,种子在处理剂喷射下通过相同次数。
上述叶片可以是实心的,或中空的或钻孔的,是用任何一种只要具有足够耐磨损性的材料制成的,相对于提供种子的填料而言,材料是不粘附的,而就处理剂而言,材料是惰性的。
同样,特别是预先考虑到吸风装置或外部鼓风装置尤其为种子的干燥,滚筒壁可以是实心的或穿孔的。
本发明的优点是能使每颗种子在处理剂分配设施前经过的次数大致相同,这样即使是对于不规则形状的种子来说,也可使种子的所有表面上具有优良均匀性的保护层和/或着色层,从而提高播种效率;由于叶片的合理布置,种子可按一种特别均匀的方式加以搅拌。
上面的叙述和一对叶片行有关,但是很明显的,根据本发明的装置可理解成,为了增加装置的容量和/或流量可串联几对叶片行,即它们与第1行是同轴的,而且其尺寸和倾斜方向与第1行叶片是相同或不同的。利用图1-3以及随后的作为根据本发明装置的实现的一个较可取方式的说明可更详细地解释本发明。

在图1和图2上示出一卧式圆柱滚筒(1),通过传动设施(未图示)使滚筒绕轴(2)旋转,滚筒内装有处理剂分配设施(3),例如成膜产品含水分散液的喷雾喷嘴或粉剂分配器。在滚筒(1)的内部,在靠近各自的横向壁(4)、(5)的每个空间部分借助于紧固件(61,62,63和71,72,73)分别将两行(6)和(7)的叶片(6a,6b,6c,和7a,7b,7c)固定于滚筒(1)的圆柱壁(8)上。
这些叶片相对于滚筒轴而言成倾斜度为45°,且相对于滚筒径面(参看图2)而对称地分布,即在此径面中,同一行一个叶片相对于另一叶片成120°角。行(7)相对于行(6)偏移60°角。此两对叶片行构成了种子流动的中间过道(8),其宽度为滚筒(1)宽度的1/3是合适的。滚筒静止时,种子床由(9)表示之,转动时由(10)表示之。很清楚地看出,鉴于叶片的布置,种子是按一种特别均匀的方式加以搅拌的。
图3以示意图形式表示根据本发明的一台滚筒(11),它含有按图1和图2所述类型的5对叶片(12a,12b,13a,13b,14a,14b,15a,15b,16a,16b,)行(12,13,14,15,16)。
Claims (7)
1、种子处理装置,其中含有一台通用型大致水平旋转的圆柱形滚筒,滚筒下部有待处理的种子床,它还具有填料或处理剂的分配设施,以及可能有干燥设施,滚筒运转设施和固定于滚筒内部的在处理过程中用于种子床搅拌的定向元件,
其特征在于,这些定向元件至少有一对对置方向的叶片垂直行构成,
a)每一行是位于滚筒空间横向部分的一侧,大致平行于横向壁,两叶片之间构成了一个大致垂直的种子流动的中间过道;
b)叶片相对于滚筒旋转轴而言是倾斜的;
c)两个毗邻的叶片是分别属于两行之一,大致确定了向滚筒顶部开启的一个角度;
d)两行之一相对于另一行是在滚筒圆周上偏移一角度交错排列的;
e)用于搅拌的叶片有效部分是远离圆柱壁的。
2、根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于叶片的倾斜角为30-60°。
3、根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于叶片的倾斜角较可取的是40-50°。
4、根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于叶片的倾斜角度为45°。
5、根据权利要求1或4的装置,其特征在于种子流动中间过道具有宽度等于所考虑的叶片行宽度的1/3。
6、根据权利要求1或2或3或4的装置,其特征在于两行之一相对于另一行偏移60°的角。
7、根据权利要求5的装置,其特征在于两行之一相对于另一行偏移60°的角。
