Abstract
本发明公开一种使用压花金属板的船用板材,其包括一对金属板,在每块金属板的两侧具有弯曲部分,以及插入金属板之间空间的填充材料。因此,本发明的船用板材更薄更轻,具有很好的强度或耐用性,并且表现出优异的隔音效果,同时审美价值也很高。此外,由于该船用板材在发生火灾时能够耐高温,并且不容易点燃,因此可以保护生命免受火灾的危险,而且该船用板材安装简便。
Description
技术领域
概括地说,本发明涉及一种使用压花金属板的船用板材(marine panel),更具体地说,涉及一种船用板材,其比传统的板更薄更轻,具有很好的强度或耐用性,并且表现出优异的隔音效果,同时审美价值也很高。
背景技术
传统上,已经制造出大量的板材结构供轮船使用,但其大多数都由又厚又重的钢制成。这些厚厚的钢制板材结构的固有隔音性很差,因此从板材结构一侧发出的声音会直接传到另一侧。
除此之外,由于钢部件的表面一般是扁平的,因此就算喷上漆或涂上涂料,从审美的角度而言,其商业价值很低,原因在于缺少风格。
发明内容
技术问题
鉴于上述问题和缺点,本发明的一个目的是提供一种又薄又轻的船用板材,其具有很好的强度或耐用性,并且表现出优异的隔音效果,同时审美价值也很高。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种船用板材,其能够耐高温,尤其是发生火灾的时候,并且不容易点燃,从而可以保护生命免受火灾的危险。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种安装简便的船用板材。
有利效果
如上所述,并且下文还将说明,本发明的船用板材使用压花金属板,其比传统的平板更薄更轻,具有很好的强度,通过压花表现出优异的隔音效果,能够减少周围的噪音(即消音),并且通过形成于板材上的压花图案,提供了一种立体感,因此这种板材富有美感,并且可以经济的方式制造,同时提高了生产力。另外,由于采用了压花金属板,可以将板材制造成最小的厚度,从而最大程度地扩大了船内的空间。而且,这种板材还有一个额外的优点,就是坚韧,即使不小心或因为疏忽大意与其他物体接触,也不容易裂开。
而且,由于压花金属板之间的空间填充了不易燃的填充材料,能够在火灾期间耐高温,并且具有阻燃性,因此本发明的板材不容易着火,从而能够保护人们的生命免受火灾的危险,特别是符合IMO(国际海事组织)的SOLAS公约(海上生命安全公约)。
而且,通过使用支撑部件和连接部件,可以以便利的方式轻松构造和连接板材。

下面将参照附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
图1是根据本发明的优选实施例的板材和连接部件的透视图,图2是图1中的板材的水平横截面图,而图3是根据本发明的优选实施例的板材中所用的压花金属板的一部分的放大横截面图。
如图所示,根据本发明的船用板材A包括:一对金属板1和1a,每块金属板都切割成预定的尺寸并且在两侧具有弯曲部分2和3,还具有压花表面;支撑部件10和10a,每个支撑部件都大致切割成W形,并且在中心形成互锁凹形部分11和导槽12,与弯曲部分2和3对应,分别附在两侧的弯曲部分2和3的端部,以便将金属板1和1a接合起来;以及填充材料16,其插入该对金属板1和1a以及支撑部件10和10a所限定的内部空间15中。
压花金属板1和1a可以由不锈钢或铝制成,并且由一对压花辊子模压而成(或者在压花辊子与橡胶辊子之间挤压而成)。
因此,金属板经过压花处理之后,它们变得比传统的金属板更薄更轻,提 高了强度,通过压花减少了周围的噪音,从而提供了隔音效果,并且产生了板材的立体感,从而使其更富有美感。
实际上,对金属板上的压花效果进行测试时,屈服强度和抗张强度提高了大约6%到11%,而伸长率减小了大约11%。而且,隔音效果提高了2到3dB,这与隔音板的原理大致相同。
而且,通过电焊或胶粘剂将支撑部件10和10a附上去。
用于填充空间15的填充材料16最好是不易燃的矿棉,从而可以同时获得耐火、隔音和绝热效果。
同时,通过连接部件将如此形成的板材A连接起来,以供安装。图1和4中说明了这一点。
图1所示的连接部件20在其主体22的边缘上具有凸形部分21和21b,各个凸形部分的形状对应于板材A上提供的支撑部件10和10a的互锁凹形部分11。主体22的宽度是支撑部件10和10a的导槽12的长度(或深度)的倍数。这种线性连接部件20用于像线性的(或笔直的)墙那样以连续的方式安装板材A。在这种情况下,首先将主体22边缘上的一个凸形部分21插入板材A的一个支撑部件10的凹形部分11中,然后将另一个凸形部分21a插入下一块相邻板材的相反侧上的一个支撑部件10a的凹形部分11中。
连接部件不限于上述用途,而是可以根据板材A所分割的安装空间的形状或结构而面向各种应用进行制造。例如,在用板材构造多个分隔区的情况下,可以使用如图4所示的十字形连接部件。
如上所述,本发明的船用板材使用压花金属板,其比传统的平板更薄更轻,具有很好的强度,通过压花表现出优异的隔音效果,能够减少周围的噪音(即消音),并且通过形成于板材上的压花图案,提供了一种立体感,因此这种板材富有美感,并且可以经济的方式制造,同时提高了生产力。另外,由于采用了压花金属板,可以将板材制造成最小的厚度,从而最大程度地扩大了船内的空间。而且,这种板材还有一个额外的优点,就是坚韧,即使意外或因为疏忽大意与其他物体接触,也不容易裂开。

虽然本发明已就某些优选实施例(例如,轮船)进行说明,但本领域的技术人员应明白,在不脱离以下权利要求书所限定的本发明的范围的情况下,也可以进行各种修改和变化,例如地上的建筑物的室内装修材料。
Claims (2)
1.一种船用板材,其包括一对金属板(1、1a)以及插入所述金属板之间的填充材料(16),所述船用板材的特征在于:
所述金属板具有由压花辊子压成的压花表面,并且每块金属板的两侧都具有弯曲部分(2、3);
所述船用板材进一步包括支撑部件(10、10a),每个支撑部件的中心均形成有互锁凹形部分(11)和导槽(12),其形状对应于弯曲部分(2、3),分别附着于该对金属板(1、1a)的两侧的端部,每个所述支撑部件大致成W形;
所述船用板材通过十字形连接部件相互连接和互锁以构造多个分隔区,其中,所述十字形连接部件的主体的四端形成有凸形部分,并且每个凸形部分的形状对应于支撑部件(10、10a)的凹形部分(11)。
2.如权利要求1所述的船用板材,其特征在于填充材料(16)由不易燃的矿棉制成。
