Abstract
一种不用冷却的熔渣出口护管。本发明公开了一种在利用尘状或液态燃料的运行进行飞流气化的反应器,其中液态燃料理解为油或含有固体的油以及具有碾成粉末的燃料或无机添加剂的油或水的悬浮物,其中压力处于大气压与8MPa之间、气化温度处于1200与1900℃之间、并且还具有含游离氧的气化剂,该反应器包括反应室(X)、设置在该反应室上部区域内的气化燃烧器、通过未反应气体和熔渣出口(X)与该反应室连接的激冷室(X)、以及保护熔渣出口的导管。该反应器的导管按照发明由钼、含有钼的合金、钽、或者含有钽的合金制成。通过选择这些材料可以通过省略之前所必须的冷却而大大地简化一贯复杂的装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于飞流气化(Flugstromvergasung)的反应器和一种用于飞流气化的反应器的导管。
背景技术
一种已知的飞流气化反应器实施例,具有用于让熔融熔渣与未反应气体进入激冷室的共同的反应器出口(见附图,附图标记5)。在那里,热的未反应气体通过水的喷入而被骤然冷却。与此同时熔融的熔渣被凝固并落入激冷室的集渣槽中。位于反应器出口处的熔渣出口护管(亦称导管)的任务是防止熔渣出口直接与激冷水直接接触,从而避免结成熔渣并因此堵塞反应器出口。护管处于高的热负荷之下并因此具有高的磨损。尤其当短时间熔渣焙烧到1300℃至1800℃所放出的热的未反应气体射流会损伤护管。
熔渣出口护管的热负荷到目前为止利用冷却水的强化冷却抵消。该冷却装置包含双壁式构成的护管、装入激冷室中的冷却水管和在冷却水回路上设置的相应阀门和流量测量装置。
发明内容及具体实施方式
本发明的目的在于,对出渣管进行改型,使得可以放弃一贯所必须的冷却管路。
该目的通过按权利要求1所述的反应器得以解决。
申请主题的优选改型在从属权利要求中有所描述。
通过选择合适的材料、尤其是钼或钽可以通过省略之前所必须的冷却而大大地简化一贯复杂的结构。
由于激冷室中的每种构造都会增加沉积与焙烧的风险,所以它们仅限于必要的时候才使用。将通至导管的冷却水管路省去是简化并提高现有技术可用性的另一步骤。
通过选取钼作为材料可以放弃对出渣护管进行冷却。钼在1800℃之前具有必要的形状稳定性和化学稳定性(在还原气氛下)。
除了钼以外还可以有多种钼合金,它们较为昂贵,但它们相对于纯钼而言具有特定的优点(尤其耐抗玻璃、耐抗熔渣和液态金属)。特别值得一提的是,在玻璃工业中使用的钼-钨合金(MoW70,即70%重量百分比的Mo,30%重量百分比的W;或者MoW50,即50%重量百分比的Mo,50重量百分比的W)。作为其它耐温金属,钽鉴于其较好的冷加工性具有优点。

Claims (6)
1.一种对以尘状或液态燃料进行的运行实施飞流气化的反应器,其中液态燃料理解为油或含有固体的油以及具有碾成粉末的燃料或无机添加剂的油或水的悬浮物,其中压力处于大气压与8MPa之间、气化温度处于1200与1900℃之间,并且还具有含游离氧的气化剂,该反应器包括
-反应室(X),
-设置在反应室的上部区域内的气化燃烧器,
-通过未反应气体和熔渣出口(X)与反应室连接的激冷室(X),
-保护熔渣出口的导管,
其特征在于,所述导管由钼制成。

3.按权利要求1或2的装置,其特征在于,所述导管由其成分主要为钼的合金制成。
