技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗痹症的中药。
背景技术
痹症是由于风、寒、湿、热等外邪侵袭人体，闭阻经络，气血运行不畅所导致的筋骨、肌肉等处发生疼痛、酸楚、重着、麻木或关节屈伸不利、僵硬、肿大、变形等症状的一种疾病。本病包括现代医学的风湿病、风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、骨性关节炎等疾病以中医肢节痹病为临床特征者。本病的治疗原则：以祛风通络、活血止痛为其大法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足，提供一种疗效好、疗程短、治愈率高，它遵循中医的处方用药原则，能有效地治疗痹症的中药。
为实现上述目的，治疗痹症的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量的原料药物配比的组份组成：炙马钱子15-20g，制草乌15-20g，独活15-20g，杜仲15-20g，牛膝15-20g，钻地风15-20g，千年见9-12g，地龙15-20g，甲珠9-12g，木瓜30-40g，桔梗15-20g，威灵仙15-20g。
本发明中药配制简单，成本低、药源广，使用方便，疗效快，治愈率高，无任何毒副作用，且不易复发。
本发明中炙马钱子，苦寒、有毒，归肝、胃经，能通经络，散结肿，止痛，《医学衷中参西录》：“开通经络，透达关节之力，远胜于它药。”；制草乌，辛、苦、热、有大毒，归心、肝、脾经，能祛风湿，散寒止痛，对寒邪所致的痛痹效果最佳；杜仲，甘、温，归肝、肾经，补肝肾，强筋骨；牛膝，辛、苦、平，归肝、胃、膀胱经，功效：活血化瘀，补肝肾，利关节，引血下行；甲珠，咸、寒，归肝、胃经，功效：软坚散结，通经下乳，消痛排脓，《本草纲目》：“除痰疟寒热，风痹强直疼痛，通经脉......”；木瓜，酸、温，归肝、脾经，功效：舒筋活络，和胃化浊，对筋脉拘挛者效果最佳；威灵仙，辛、咸、温，归膀胱经，功效：祛风湿，通经络，止痹痛，它能通十二经，对风邪所致的风痹效果最佳；独活、千年见、钻地风三药苦、温，能祛风湿，强筋骨、止痛；地龙，咸、寒，归肝、肺、膀胱经，能息风清热，活络，平喘，利尿；桔梗，苦、辛、平，归肺经，功效：祛痰排脓，开宣肺气，《别录》：“利五脏肠胃，补气血，除寒热，风痹，温中消谷......”。诸药合用，共奏祛风通络、活血止痛之功效。
本发明制备方法为：按以上用量取各原料，将上述诸药共炒焦研末，装瓶内密封备用。
本发明的服法及用量：每晚服一次，每次约6克，用黄酒冲服，服后发汗。本发明忌辛辣和烟酒，忌寒凉饮食。
本发明临床应用有效率80％，治愈率60％。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1：治疗痹症的中药，是由下列重量的原料药物配比的组份组成：炙马钱子15-20g，制草乌15-20g，独活15-20g，杜仲15-20g，牛膝15-20g，钻地风15-20g，千年见9-12g，地龙15-20g，甲珠9-12g，木瓜30-40g，桔梗15-20g，威灵仙15-20g。按以上用量取各原料，将上述诸药共炒焦研末，装瓶内密封备用。每晚服一次，每次约6克，用黄酒冲服，服后发汗。本发明忌辛辣和烟酒，忌寒凉饮食。
实施例2：治疗痹症的中药，其优选是炙马钱子15g、制草乌15g、独活15g、威灵仙15g、杜仲15g、牛膝15g、钻地风15g、千年见10g、地龙15g、甲珠10g、木瓜30g、桔梗15g。
治疗痹症的中药临床疗效总结：
一、一般资料：本散剂多年来应用临床，治愈数十例患者，疗效可靠，未出现毒性反应。
二、诊断标准：肢体关节疼痛为本病的基本特征，而其中分证不同，临床表现各异，如疼痛游走不定为风痹(行痹)，重着而痛、肿胀、麻木不仁者为湿痹(着痹)，冷痛为主者为寒痹(痛痹)，疼痛剧烈、关节肿大变形者为尫痹。本散剂对各种类型的痹症均有很好的治疗效果。
三、服药方法：每晚服一次，每次6克，约一酒瓶盖，黄酒冲服，服后发汗。
四、疗效：本发明有效率80％，治愈率60％，一般服半剂即可明显见效，一剂基本痊愈。
五、典型病例：
1、孙XX，女，20岁，2001年8月就诊。因长期居住潮湿地方，患风湿性关节炎，每遇寒冷季节即加重，出现双侧膝关节疼痛、肿胀、麻木，给予本方服用一剂诸症大减，继服一剂，诸症消失而痊愈。随访至今，再未复发。
2、谭XX，男，45岁，2003年2月就诊。因上班长期骑摩托车保护不好，致膝关节疼痛，曾多处求治，病情时轻时重，来院就诊，化验血沉及抗“O”均高于正常值。诊为“风湿性关节炎”，给予本方服用半剂，症状明显减轻，继续服一剂，诸症消失，化验血沉、抗“O”均正常。随访至今，再未复发。
3、胡XX，男，40岁，2005年3月就诊。始因秋冬季节，下水捉鱼，因水凉致双下肢关节疼痛、怕冷，遇凉加重，多处求治不见好转，给予本方治疗，服用半剂明显好转，服用一剂，诸症消失痊愈。
