Abstract

本发明为可以提高太阳能电池输出功率的电池板结构。其内部使用的EVA胶不易黄变,对光的吸收率极低,可以大幅度的提高太阳能电池输出功率。其包括玻璃、电池板、底膜,之间用EVA胶封装为一体,其特征在于:所述EVA胶中含有稳定剂,所述的稳定剂为三盐浆。

可以提高太阳能电池输出功率的电池板结构
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池领域,具体为可以提高太阳能电池输出功率的电池板结构。
(二)背景技术
太阳能电池板结构包括玻璃、电池板、底膜,之间用EVA封装为一体。这样可以防止外界的水汽进到电池板从而影响电池板的性能。电池板将太阳能转化为电能,其输出的电能与射到电池板的光能的多少有关。由于采用EVA胶封装,而电池板上的金属离子能使耐侯性较好的EVA在使用和贮存过程中产生黄变,这样EVA胶不透明就容易吸收光,从而减少了电池板吸收的光能,进而减少了电能的输出。
(三)发明内容
针对现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种可以提高太阳能电池输出功率的电池板结构,其内部使用的EVA胶不易黄变,对光的吸收率极低,可以大幅度的提高太阳能电池输出功率。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:其包括玻璃、电池板、底膜,之间用EVA胶封装为一体,其特征在于:所述EVA胶中含有稳定剂,所述的稳定剂为三盐浆。
本发明中所用的稳定剂能保持聚合物结构的稳定,稳定剂具有与游离基作用而终止或改变链锁反应的作用,它实际上是游离基的受体,能捕捉游离基而消除引起降解黄变的因素,这样可以保证EVA胶的透明性,从而使其对光的吸收率大大降低,提高了太阳光电池板可吸收的光能,进而可以提高太阳能电池输出功率。

(五)具体实施方式
见图1,本发明包括玻璃1、电池板3、底膜4,之间用EVA胶2封装为一体,EVA胶2中含有稳定剂,该稳定剂为三盐浆。
