Abstract
本发明提供更换自如地装配于复合加工车床等机床的刀夹。复合加工车床(1)具备:把持工件的主轴(20、30)和围绕(B)轴回转的加工主轴头(50)。在车床的设备内准备有储料器(S1、S2),收纳刀夹(200、300)。刀夹(200)在壳体(210)上具有主轴的锥柄部(230)和围绕主轴的锥柄部(230)的四个拉杆(PS2),并被把持在加工主轴头(50)的弹簧夹头上。主轴的锥柄部(230)的旋转经由齿轮机构传递到轴(250),从而驱动钻刀(252),进行深孔加工。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及装备长条的车削工具或特殊的旋转工具的刀夹(toolholder)和装备该刀夹的复合加工车床等机床。
背景技术
例如,装备加工深孔等的钻杆的结构已在下述专利文献1中公开。
该专利文献中记载的装置具备如下的结构。
(1)能够进行前端工具的ATC,且具备工具支承装置的长钻杆。
(2)具备伴随在主轴轴线方向上能够装卸长钻杆的长钻杆装配部的长钻杆支承装置的刀架。
但是,在以往技术的结构中,例如,不能进行应对深孔的铣削加工。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供装配于机床的主轴头侧的刀夹即具备减轻对机床的主轴的切削阻力的负荷的机构的刀夹及具备该刀夹的机床。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的更换自如地装配于机床的加工主轴头上的刀夹,具备:壳体;具有配置于壳体的中央部的锥柄部的驱动主轴;与驱动主轴平行地配置且由轴承支承的驱动轴;传递驱动主轴和驱动轴的齿轮机构;设置于驱动轴的前端的刀具(tool);配设于壳体的外周部的四个拉杆。并且,由设置于机床的加工主轴头侧的四个弹簧夹头(collet chuck)把持四个拉杆,由此将壳体以高的刚性保持在加工主轴头上,并且,通过将驱动主轴插入机床的加工主轴而使其由加工主轴侧的轴承支承。
另外,本发明的机床的加工主轴头具备:具有锥柄孔的加工主轴和配置于加工主轴的周围的四个弹簧夹头,弹簧夹头通过把持在刀夹上设置的四个拉杆而保持刀夹。
还有,拉杆及弹簧夹头的个数可以适当选择。
发明效果
本发明通过具有以上机构,在将刀夹装配于机床的加工主轴上而进行深孔的加工等重切削时,由刀夹的驱动轴承受切削阻力,能够防止大的负荷作用于机床的加工主轴,能够提高耐久性等。

具体实施方式
图1是表示作为装备本发明的刀夹的机床的一例的复合加工车床的概要的说明图。
整体用符号1表示的复合加工车床具备:配设于头10上且把持工件的第一主轴20和与第一主轴20对置而配设的第二主轴30。
在第一主轴20和第二主轴30之间配设有中心架40和加工主轴头50。
加工主轴头50有选择地装配从未图示的ATC装置供给的车削工具和旋转工具而进行必要的加工。加工主轴头50能够使其主轴从与第一主轴20侧对置的位置越过与第二主轴30对置的位置而回转。
还有,该复合加工车床1具备:在设备内的第一主轴20侧收纳刀夹200的储料器S1和在第二主轴30侧收纳刀夹300的储料器S2。
图2是表示加工主轴头50的概要的说明图。
加工主轴头50具有加工主轴60,加工主轴60具备:收容更换工具的锥柄的锥柄孔62和引入工具柄的牵引杆64。加工主轴60通过轴承66高速旋转自如地支承于头侧。
加工主轴头50被控制成:在X轴、Y轴、Z轴方向上移动,并且,围绕B轴旋转。
另外,加工主轴头50以加工主轴60为中心,具备作为夹紧装置的四个弹簧夹头单元70。各弹簧夹头单元70具有:通过液压操作的活塞74和通过活塞74开闭的弹簧爪72,对更换自如地装配的刀夹100侧设置的四个拉杆PS2进行把持。
图3是表示作为本发明的刀夹的一例的刀夹100的结构的说明图。
刀夹100具有壳体110,在壳体110上装配有具有锥柄部130的驱动主轴132,且该驱动主轴132旋转自如。驱动主轴132具有小齿轮134,与驱动轴140的齿轮142啮合。驱动主轴132以没有被轴承等支承的所谓的浮动状态装配,通过将锥柄部130插入机床侧的加工主轴,与机床侧的加工主轴成一体化而被驱动。驱动轴140经由轴承146支承在通过螺栓122装配于壳体110上的长条的长杆120内。
壳体110具有四个拉杆PS2和定位销112。
刀夹100具备冷却剂用的耦合件或通路,还能够从机床侧接受冷却剂的供给。
在长杆120的前端上能够连结角刀单元(angle tool unit)160。该角刀单元160具备:将驱动轴140的旋转转换为直角来驱动旋转工具162的机构。可以使用该角刀单元160,例如对800mm的深孔的内壁面实施钻孔加工等。
在这样的加工时,对刀夹100作用大的弯曲应力等,不过,弯曲应力由装配角刀单元160的长杆120、壳体110支承。
另外,刀夹100的壳体110通过四个拉杆PS2以高的刚性保持在机床的加工主轴头侧,因此,还防止从驱动主轴132侧朝向机床的加工主轴60侧的弯曲应力等阻力的传递,还防止给加工主轴60侧的支承结构带来负担。
图4是表示图1所示的刀夹200的结构的说明图。
刀夹200具有壳体210,且装配有具有锥柄部230的驱动主轴232,该驱动主轴232旋转自如。在锥柄部230的前端设置有拉杆PS1,且具有齿轮234。与驱动主轴232平行地配置的驱动轴240通过轴承246以高的刚性支承在壳体210内。驱动轴240具有齿轮242,且与驱动主轴232的齿轮234啮合。在驱动轴240的中心形成有冷却剂通路244。
在驱动轴240的前端的孔中插入长条的钻孔工具250。在钻孔工具250的前端安装有钻刀252和定心刀254。根据需要,对钻刀252部分供给冷却剂。
若进行钻孔加工,则轴向的大的力作用于刀夹200,但该力经由轴承246由壳体210支承。
该刀夹200也在壳体210的端面具备四个拉杆PS2,以高的刚性装配于加工主轴头。另外,具有定位销212。
图5是表示本发明的其他刀夹300的结构的说明图。
刀夹300具有壳体310,且装配有具有锥柄部330的驱动主轴332,该驱动主轴332旋转自如。在锥柄部330的前端设置有拉杆PS1,且具有小齿轮334。与驱动主轴332平行地配置的驱动轴340通过轴承346以高的刚性支承在壳体310内。驱动轴340具有齿轮342,且与驱动主轴332的齿轮334啮合。
偏铣刀(side cutter)支承架的壳体350通过螺栓360固定在壳体310上。在偏铣刀支承架的壳体350内设置有与驱动轴340连结的输入轴,输入轴的动力通过齿轮箱370内的齿轮机构转换为直角方向的动力,传递到输出轴372。在输出轴372上安装有偏铣刀380。
该刀夹300也在壳体310的端面具备四个拉杆PS2,以高的刚性装配于加工主轴头侧。另外,具有定位销312。
Claims (2)
1.一种刀夹,是更换自如地装配于机床的加工主轴头上的刀夹,其特征在于,
刀夹具备:壳体;具有配置于壳体的中央部的锥柄部的驱动主轴;与驱动主轴平行地配置且由轴承支承的驱动轴;传递驱动主轴和驱动轴的齿轮机构;设置于驱动轴的前端的刀具;配设于壳体的外周部的四个拉杆,
由设置于机床的加工主轴头侧的四个弹簧夹头把持四个拉杆,由此将壳体以高的刚性保持在加工主轴头上,并且,通过将驱动主轴插入机床的加工主轴而使其由加工主轴侧的轴承支承。
2.一种机床,是更换自如地装配刀夹的机床,其特征在于,
机床的加工主轴头具备:具有锥柄孔的加工主轴和配置于加工主轴的周围的四个弹簧夹头,弹簧夹头通过把持在刀夹上设置的四个拉杆而保持刀夹。
