Abstract
香薷喷雾剂，由香薷油或加其它可以配伍用的植物提取物以及辅料制成的喷雾剂，包括：香薷油、植物油、基底油、调香剂、表面活性剂、纯化水，将各组分充分混匀，制成喷雾剂。各组分的重量配比如下：香薷油1～99份，植物油10～50份，基底油10～40份，调香剂10～30份，表面活性剂2～15份，加纯化水至100～1000份。本发明制品的喷雾剂可将药物直接喷洒于鼻腔或咽部，喷雾剂可以不经过胃肠道吸收，直达病所，作用于黏膜，使药物在局部直接发挥作用，使用安全，携带方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种精油提取物的制剂，具体地说是指香薷喷雾剂。
背景技术
香薷挥发油具有较强的广谱抗菌作用，其有效抗菌成分为百里香酚、香荆芥酚和对聚伞花素等。香薷挥发油中含有大量活性抑菌成分，对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌的生长具有明显抑制作用。香薷挥发油中这类抑菌成分含量高达83.20％。香薷油复合物1∶2000的比例同用75％酒精处理污水杀菌时有相近似的灭菌能力，6min灭菌率分别是99.2％、99.36％。此外，香薷挥发油或水煎剂对大肠杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、乙型链球菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌、鼠伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、白喉杆菌、肺炎杆菌、变形杆菌、炭疽杆菌、绿脓杆菌及脑膜炎球菌等均有显著抗菌作用。
香薷油浓度大于4.9mg/L时能有效抑制流感A3病毒所致Vero细胞CPE。在9日龄鸡胚中浓度为500mg/L，250mg/L和50mg/L的香薷油能使流感A3病毒血凝效价由1∶1280分别下降到1∶20，1∶40和1∶16。.给药剂量在100μg/(g*d)以上时，对小鼠流感病毒性肺炎有明显的治疗作用。结果表明，香薷油具有抗流感A3病毒作用。
香薷油复合物在体外对亚洲甲型流感病毒和孤儿病毒有显著抑制作用。在体内，在孤儿病毒(E-CHO11)感染的同时或感染后给药能延缓病变出现72～96h。并发现香薷油复合物具有抗流感A3型病毒的作用，每千克体重给药100mg以上对小鼠流感病毒性肺炎有明显的治疗作用。
通过用香薷油复合物封入犬牙根管内对感染和非感染根尖周组织及家兔骨组织药物埋藏刺激试验证实，该药对感染根尖周组织有良好的消炎作用，对非感染根尖周组织及家兔骨组织无刺激性，生物相容性好，抗感染能力良好。
现有的香薷及香薷油制品中，以口服的居多，如香薷油滴丸、香薷油颗粒、香薷饮料等，这些香薷及香薷油制品往往成分单一，预防和治疗流行性感冒、鼻炎等效果不明显，且口服也不便于直达病灶，影响其有效作用的发挥。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术中香薷及香薷油制品的不足，提供一种用于预防和治疗流行性感冒、鼻炎等且具有较佳的预防和治疗效果的香薷喷雾剂。
本发明采用如下技术方案：香薷喷雾剂，由香薷油或加其它可以配伍用的植物提取物以及辅料制成的喷雾剂。
所述其它可以配伍用的植物提取物选自桉叶油、茶树油等其他植物油。
所述辅料包括基底油、调香剂、表面活性剂、纯化水。
前述的香薷喷雾剂，各组分的重量配比如下：香薷油1～99份，植物油10～50份，基底油10～40份，调香剂10～30份，表面活性剂2～15份，加纯化水至100～1000份，将各组分充分混匀，制成喷雾剂。
前述的香薷喷雾剂，各组分优选的重量配比如下：香薷油8～10份，植物油10～20份，基底油15～20份，调香剂18～22份，表面活性剂8～10份，加纯化水至100～1000份，将各组分充分混匀，制成喷雾剂。
所述基底油选自橄榄油等。
所述调香剂选自冰片、薄荷脑等芳香剂。
所述表面活性剂为吐温～80。
由上述对本发明的描述可知，和现有技术相比，本发明具有如下优点：
1)本发明制品的喷雾剂可将药物直接喷洒于鼻腔或咽部，作用于黏膜，使药物在局部直接发挥作用，不经过胃肠道吸收，避免了首过效应，提高药物的生物利用度。本品使用安全，携带方便。经临床使用证明对预防和治疗流感、鼻炎有很好的疗效，没有副作用。
2)本发明组分中添加其他植物油、基底油可以缓解香薷油的刺激性，同时也可以起到协同抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、增强免疫作用；
3)本发明组分中添加调香剂冰片、薄荷脑等有清凉感、并增强鼻腔黏膜的吸收作用；
4)本发明添加吐温～80起到助溶剂的作用，使本发明的有效成分乳化，变成微细的乳滴，更易于吸收。
具体实施方式
实施例一：
将江香薷或石香薷原料采用水蒸汽蒸馏提取、超临界流体萃取等技术制得香薷油，按如下重量份配比：香薷油8份，桉叶油10份，茶树油10份，橄榄油10份，冰片10份，薄荷脑10份，吐温-80 10份，加水至1000份，将各组分充分混匀，制成喷雾剂。
本发明经对病毒性感冒伴有头痛、鼻塞、咽痛的临床试验396病例表明：用本发明的喷雾剂治疗285例，其中临床痊愈92例(32.28％)，显效139例(48.77％)，有效35例(12.28％)，总显效率81.05％；总有效率93.33％。对照组用含香薷的口服制剂治疗101例，临床痊愈20例(19.8％)，显效24例(23.76％)，有效41例(40.59％)，总显效率43.56％，总有效率84.15％。两组显效以上病例对比，P＜0.01，有显著性差异。
本发明在鼻塞、咽痛方面具效果好、治愈时间短，特别对过敏性鼻炎更具独特的治疗作用。研究数据显示：疏通鼻塞例数明显多于对照组(P＜0.01)，解除咽痛起效时间和治愈时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.01)，对过敏性鼻炎显效，而对照组无效。
实施例二：
将江香薷或石香薷原料采用水蒸汽蒸馏提取、超临界流体萃取等技术制得香薷油，按如下重量份配比：香薷油10份，桉叶油10份，茶树油10份，橄榄油5份，冰片10份，薄荷脑8份，吐温～80 8份，加水至200份，将各组分充分混匀，制成喷雾剂。
实施例三：
将江香薷或石香薷原料采用水蒸汽蒸馏提取、超临界流体萃取等技术制得香薷油，按如下重量份配比：香薷油5份，橄榄油10份，冰片10份，吐温～80 5份，加水至100份，将各组分充分混匀，制成喷雾剂。
实施例四：
将江香薷或石香薷原料采用有机溶剂提取、超临界流体萃取等技术制得香薷油，按如下重量份配比：香薷油30份，桉叶油30份，橄榄油25份，薄荷脑20份，吐温-80 10份，加水至500份，将各组分充分混匀，制成喷雾剂。
实施例五：
将江香薷或石香薷原料采用有机溶剂提取、超临界流体萃取等技术制得香薷油，按如下重量份配比：香薷油60份，桉叶油20份，茶树油20份，橄榄油30份，冰片15份，薄荷脑15份，吐温-80 15份，加水至1000份，将各组分充分混匀，制成喷雾剂。
实施例六：
将江香薷或石香薷原料采用有机溶剂提取、超临界流体萃取等技术制得香薷油，按如下重量份配比：香薷油80份，桉叶油10份，茶树油10份，橄榄油10份，冰片10份，薄荷脑10份，吐温-80 10份，加水至800份，将各组分充分混匀，制成喷雾剂。
上述仅为本发明的几个具体实施方式，但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此，凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动，均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
Claims (2)
1.香薷喷雾剂，其特征在于各组分的重量配比如下：香薷油1～99份，桉叶油和/或茶树油10～50份，橄榄油10～40份，冰片和/或薄荷脑10～30份，吐温-802～15份，加纯化水至100～1000份，将各组分充分混匀，制成喷雾剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的香薷喷雾剂，其特征在于各组分优选的重量配比如下：香薷油8～10份，桉叶油和/或茶树油10～20份，橄榄油15～20份，冰片和/或薄荷脑18～22份，吐温-808～10份，加纯化水至100～1000份，将各组分充分混匀，制成喷雾剂。
