Abstract

一种新的独柱结构及其安装方法，是由吸力桩+打入桩8、中央立柱9和小平台10组成，其特征在于采用吸力式+打入式的联合基础，小平台10与中央立柱9焊接为一体结构。中心导向筒3位于筒体1中央，上端高出顶盖2，成喇叭口形状，下端与筒体1底端齐平。在中心导向筒3的下肋板5中间处设有清泥喷冲环7；在中心导向筒3的中间处设有灌浆喷冲环6。顶盖2设有泵口12，用来安装潜水泵13或气力泵。本发明的优越性在于新的独柱结构改变了表层土壤的P－Y曲线，有利于减小水平力作用下的位移，同时也提高了桩的结构强度。在施工中，新的独柱结构联合基础可以分体吊装，减小吊装重量，同时吸力桩对打入桩起扶正定位作用。

一种新的独柱结构及其安装方法
技术领域
本发明属于海洋工程领域海上独柱结构型式及其安装方法的创新。
背景技术
目前在海洋工程中广泛应用的有两类独柱结构，一类是打入桩柱结构，另一类是吸力桩柱结构。根据土抗力的特性，表层土壤的承载力很弱，而打入桩柱结构又呈细长形，因此它在受自然环境力作用时在泥面处会产生较大水平位移，容易导致打入桩柱结构疲劳使其损坏，同时打入桩在海上进行施工时还需要扶正装置辅助作业，但这类结构的特点是海上施工技术成熟；而吸力桩柱则通过自身结构提高了表层土壤的承载能力，但由于吸力桩柱结构呈短粗形，在受自然环境力作用时会导致结构发生倾覆，但这类结构的特点是海上施工工期短并可重复利用。另外，吸力桩柱结构形式与特殊的海上吸力沉放法相适应。在上述两类独柱结构在自身受外力作用时都存在不足之处。
发明内容
为优化结构并弥补两类独柱结构的各自缺陷，有效降低对海上施工资源的使用，本发明提供一种新的独柱结构及其安装方法。这种独柱结构兼有吸力桩柱和打入桩柱两类结构的型式，通过钢缆将吸力桩和打入桩连接成一体或分体吊装入水下放。这种独柱结构由于本身所具有的结构型式，相应的海上安装方法也特殊——即吸力沉放法与打入法的联合，结构靠自重入泥形成吸力密封条件，并可在吸力桩吸力沉放贯入过程中完成调平与清泥，贯入到位后，用打桩锤使打入桩贯入海底土壤预定深度，然后灌浆使打入桩和吸力桩固结成一体，改善打入桩和吸力桩各自的不足，提高独柱结构承受环境力的能力，并达到了降低对海上施工资源的使用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：新的独柱结构由筒体、顶盖、中心导向筒、上肋板、下肋板、灌浆喷冲环、清泥喷冲环、打入桩、中央立柱和小平台组成，其特征在于采用吸力式+打入式的联合基础，筒体与中心导向筒之间通过顶盖、上肋板和下肋板连接为一体结构(简称吸力桩)。中心导向筒位于筒体中央，上端高出顶盖，成喇叭口形状，用于打入桩的插桩导向，下端与筒体底端齐平。在中心导向筒的下肋板中间处设有清泥喷冲环，上端在吸力桩贯入时与高压泵连接；在中心导向筒的中间处设有灌浆喷冲环，上端与施工支持船上的注浆泵连接。顶盖设有泵口，用来安装抽取吸力桩内水的泵，如潜水泵或气力泵。新的独柱结构在海上安装时，可由驳船装载运输，起重船吊装入水，依靠自重使吸力桩入泥达到初始密封条件，启动清泥喷冲环的高压泵，清除中心导向筒内的土塞，并通过潜水泵抽取吸力桩内的水，使吸力桩在贯入海底土壤过程中完成中心导向筒内的清泥。该过程可通过控制吸力桩顶部泵阀系统使潜水泵抽水或注水，来调整吸力桩的入泥深度与水平度。吸力桩到位后，进行打桩作业，打入桩达到预定要求后，即可进行吸力桩和打入桩之间的灌浆作业，最后将中央立柱连同小平台一起安装于打入桩上。本发明的有益效果是新的独柱结构在泥面处P-Y曲线的土反力P大，有利于减小水平力作用下的位移，同时也提高了桩的结构强度。在施工中，新的独柱结构可以将吸力桩与打入桩柱分别吊装，减小吊装重量，降低了对起重船的要求，同时吸力桩对打入桩起扶正定位作用，无需打入桩的扶正装置。

具体实施方式
新的独柱结构见图1，由筒体1、顶盖2、中心导向筒3、上肋板4、下肋板5、灌浆喷冲环6、清泥喷冲环7、打入桩8、中央立柱9、小平台10和泵口12组成，打入桩8位于中心导向筒3内，中央立柱9和小平台10与打入桩8连接；顶盖2顶面设有泵口12，其上方安装潜水泵13或气力泵。
新的独柱结构一体吊装入水下放见图2，此时由浮吊14吊起吸力桩、打入桩8以及送桩11和潜水泵13下放至海底泥面，并靠自重使吸力桩和打入桩8基础初始入泥达到密封条件。
新的独柱结构通过抽取吸力桩内的水，使吸力桩贯入海底土壤16中，在贯入土壤16过程中，通过控制吸力桩顶部泵阀系统使潜水泵13抽水或注水，来调整吸力桩入泥深度和水平度，同时高压水通过清泥喷冲环7对中心导向筒3内的土塞进行清除。吸力桩贯入到位后，用打桩锤击打送桩11使打入桩8也贯入到土壤16预定深度，然后通过灌浆喷冲环6往中心导向筒3内壁与打入桩8外壁之间的环形空间灌浆，最后将中央立柱9连同小平台10安装至打入桩8上，见图3。

Claims (6)

1.一种新的独柱结构及其安装方法，由吸力桩+打入桩基础、中央立柱和小平台组成，其特征采用吸力式+打入式的联合基础，小平台与中央立柱焊接为一体结构。
2.根据权利要求1的新的独柱结构及其安装方法，其特征在于所说的吸力桩的中心导向筒内壁与打入桩外壁之间的环形空间通过灌浆固结为一体。
3.根据权利要求1的新的独柱结构及其安装方法，其特征在于所说的吸力桩顶部设有泵口，用来安装抽取吸力桩内水的泵。
4.根据权利要求1的新的独柱结构及其安装方法，其特征在于所说的吸力桩的中心导向筒外壁装有喷冲环，用来清除土塞和灌浆。
5.根据权利要求1的新的独柱结构及其安装方法，其特征在于所说的吸力式+打入式的联合基础，改变了表层土壤的P-Y曲线。
6.根据权利要求1的新的独柱结构及其安装方法，其特征在于所说的采用吸力式+打入式的联合基础集海上桩基工程安装的两种施工方法，即吸力沉放法与打入法的联合安装。
