Abstract
一种盐酸加巴喷丁制备方法,将1,5-二氰基-2,4-二氧代-3-氮杂螺[5,5]十一烷在65~85℃强酸条件下生成1,5-二氨甲酰基-2,4-二氧代-3-氮杂螺[5,5]十一烷,然后在碱性条件下进行霍夫曼重排;该方法原料易得、制备过程简单,可以减少对于中间体的提纯、生产成本较低、所得产品纯度较高。
