Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于具有滑转调节的液压车辆制动器的液压成套设备。
背景技术
公知这种液压成套设备,它们具有液压集成块,在其上安置并旋紧电机,它通过端面贴靠在液压集成块的平侧面上。该电机用于驱动液压泵,它们安装在液压集成块里面。该液压集成块通常是六面体形金属部件,大多由铝合金制成,在其中设置用于安装液压结构部件如电磁阀、液压泵和液压蓄能器的孔。通过安置在液压集成块里面的管道孔使安装在液压集成块里面的液压结构部件相互接通。通过液压结构部件能够实现滑转调节,即防抱死制动调节、驱动滑转调节和/或行驶动态调节,它们也称为ABS、ASR和FDR调节。
发明内容
本发明提出一种液压成套设备,用于具有滑转调节的液压车辆制动器,它具有液压集成块,在其上安置有用于驱动液压泵的电机,其中该电机通过端面设置在液压集成块的平侧面上并具有轴向台肩,它密封地嵌接到液压集成块的沉降部里面,其中电机轴承嵌入到液压集成块的偏心室里面,并使电机定心在液压集成块的偏心室里面,其中,所述电机通过环绕的、变形的接合过程与液压集成块连接,所述电机的嵌接到液压集成块的沉降部里面的轴向台肩处在与液压集成块的环绕的连接部位之内,所述轴向台肩是径向弹性的,并且通过径向预应力贴靠在液压集成块的沉降部的圆周面上,所述轴向台肩具有轴向槽,它引起轴向台肩的径向弹性。该接合过程例如可以是敛缝。上述环绕在此不必一定理解为接合过程的工作方向,而是与此相反,使完成的接合在电机的圆周上延伸。电机与液压集成块的接合最好起到在电机外壳与液压集成块之间密封的作用。
本发明的优点是,它可以简单、快速并经济地加工并且适合于自动化并由此适合于批量生产。按照本发明的连接能够无需密封材料地实现电机在液压集成块上的密封。省去固定部件如螺栓或螺母并且无需在液压集成块中切割螺纹。

下面借助于附图所示的实施例详细描述本发明。唯一的附图示出按照本发明的液压成套设备的轴向截面图。该视图以局部简化的视图用于解释本发明。
具体实施方式
在附图中所示的液压成套设备1具有液压集成块2和电机3。该电机3通过端面安置在液压集成块2的平侧面上。该液压集成块2是扁平的、在俯视图中矩形的、六面体形的由例如铝合金制成的块体。在液压集成块2中安置两个活塞泵作为液压泵,以及在附图中不可见的电磁阀、液压蓄能器、止回阀作为液压结构部件并且液压地连接。所述液压成套设备1用于其余部分未示出的液压车辆制动器的滑转调节。在附图中为了简化,对于以对置结构设置在液压集成块2里面的两个液压泵只示出泵活塞4的端部以及台阶形的泵孔5,它们同轴地安置在液压集成块2里面。所述泵孔5径向通到偏心室6,它同样由液压集成块2中的台阶形孔构成,并且通到液压集成块2的平侧面上,在该平侧面上安置电机3。公知这种液压集成块2或液压成套设备1并因此在此不再详细描述。
所述电机3具有罐状的电机外壳7,其敞开的端面通过孔板形的外壳盖8封闭。该外壳盖8形成电机轴承9的轴承盖。电机轴10通过上述的电机轴承9可旋转地支承在形成轴承盖的外壳盖8里面并且通过另一电机轴承11可旋转地支承在电机外壳7的端壁上。在电机轴10上安置转子12和整流子13。在电机外壳7里面安置定子14。
安装在外壳盖8里面的电机轴承9轴向从外壳盖8中突出来并且嵌入到液压集成块2的偏心室6里面。通过这种方式使电机3定心在液压集成块2的偏心室6里面。
所述电机3的外壳盖8具有轴向台肩15,它同心地包围电机轴承9。该电机3的轴向台肩15嵌入到液压集成块2中的环形台阶里面,通过该台阶使偏心室6在其面对电机3的入口部位处得到扩展。为了进行密封,所述轴向台肩15具有径向向外突出的、环绕的突缘16,它密封地贴靠在偏心室6入口上的环形台阶的圆周壁上,在该入口中嵌入轴向台肩15。在轴向台肩16的端面中设置有槽缝的、环绕的槽17,通过该槽使轴向台肩15的径向外侧的带有环绕突缘16的部位在径向上是弹性的。该突缘16弹性地在预应力下贴靠在环形台阶的圆周壁上。
所述电机轴10一直接近底面地伸进偏心室6里面。在电机轴端部上压配偏心体18,它按照径向球轴承的形式通过内圈19和外圈20构成,在其间滚动轴承球21。为了实现偏心,内圈19的通过其将内圈19压配在电机轴10上的孔具有相对于内圈19外圆周的偏心。在附图中可以看到,通过偏心体18的内圈19在电机轴10左侧和右侧上不同厚度实现偏心。在电机轴10和内圈19旋转时偏心体18的外圈20在假想的圆轨迹上围绕假想的电机轴10旋转轴线运动,而本身不旋转。由此使其余部分未示出的液压泵的泵活塞4被驱动在泵孔5中进行往复的行程运动。
在通过外壳盖8封闭的端面上,电机外壳7的边缘变形成向外突出的径向法兰22。该径向法兰22配合精确地位于液压集成块2的圆形槽23里面。该槽23安置在液压集成块2的平侧面内,在该平侧面上固定有电机3。所述槽23在本实施例中具有矩形的横截面并且同心地包围偏心室6。在槽23的外边缘上无中断且环绕地构成突缘24,它搭接电机3径向法兰22径向向内变形,例如被敛缝。在敛缝前所述突缘24具有通过虚线表示的形状。例如通过未示出的环绕的工具实现突缘24的敛缝。通过突缘24敛缝是变形的接合过程,通过该接合过程使电机3与液压集成块2连接。通过接合过程使电机3无需附加密封材料地密封在液压集成块2上。通过使电机外壳7的径向法兰22贴靠在液压集成块2的槽23底部上、贴靠在径向法兰22的外圆周上和/或内圆周上实现密封,该径向法兰密封地在外部和/或内部贴靠在槽23的圆周面上,以及附加地通过贴靠在电机外壳7的径向法兰22上的、径向向内变形的液压集成块2的突缘24实现密封,该突缘使电机外壳7的径向法兰22顶压在液压集成块2的槽23底部。所述槽23形成液压集成块2中的沉降部,在其中配合精确地嵌入电机外壳7的径向法兰22。
除了直接连接在突缘24上所述液压集成块2还具有另一槽25。这个槽25环绕地构成并且包围突缘24。该槽防止在突缘24敛缝时形成切屑或者其它从液压集成块2的切除材料。由此避免在使电机3与液压集成块2连接时材料颗粒进入到电机3与液压集成块2之间或者在其它位置上进入到液压成套设备1里面。
Claims (5)
1.液压成套设备,用于具有滑转调节的液压车辆制动器,它具有液压集成块(2),在其上安置有用于驱动液压泵的电机(3),其中该电机(3)通过端面设置在液压集成块(2)的平侧面上并具有轴向台肩(15),它密封地嵌接到液压集成块(2)的沉降部里面,其中电机轴承(9)嵌入到液压集成块(2)的偏心室(6)里面,并使电机(3)定心在液压集成块(2)的偏心室(6)里面,其特征在于,所述电机(3)通过环绕的、变形的接合过程与液压集成块(2)连接,所述电机(3)的嵌接到液压集成块(2)的沉降部里面的轴向台肩(15)处在与液压集成块(2)的环绕的连接部位(22,24)之内,所述轴向台肩(15)是径向弹性的,并且通过径向预应力贴靠在液压集成块(2)的沉降部的圆周面上,所述轴向台肩(15)具有轴向槽(17),它引起轴向台肩(15)的径向弹性。
2.如权利要求1所述的液压成套设备,其特征在于,所述电机(3)通过接合过程密封地与液压集成块(2)连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的液压成套设备,其特征在于,所述液压集成块(2)具有配合精确的用于电机(3)的沉降部(23)。
4.如权利要求1所述的液压成套设备,其特征在于,所述电机(3)在其端面上具有环绕的径向法兰(22);并且所述液压集成块(2)具有环绕的、突缘形的凸起(24),该凸起搭接着电机(3)的径向法兰(22)径向向内变形。
5.如权利要求4所述的液压成套设备,其特征在于,所述液压集成块(2)具有环绕的槽(25),该槽包围着上述环绕的、突缘形的凸起(24)。
