Abstract

背景技术
图1是示出根据现有技术的建筑物管理系统的结构的示意图。
如图1所示,现有技术中的建筑物管理系统包括:中央控制系统10,其连接到网络并且集中控制子系统,例如建筑物中安装的电源管理或者照明设备;复式空调系统20,其包括室外单元和一个或者多个室内单元;以及BAC网络(建筑物自动化和控制网络)网关30,其用作中央控制系统和复式空调系统之间的连接通道,以允许中央控制系统10集中控制复式空调系统20。
BAC网络网关30的基本功能是连接复式空调系统20和中央控制系统10。但是,最近的趋势是,BAC网络网关30除了用作单一网关之外还执行多种补充功能,例如,自我诊断功能,以及正在开发可以帮助人们安装复式空调系统20的各种其它功能。

因此,为了解决上述问题,构思了这里描述的多种特征。示例性实施例的一个方案在于提供了一种能够通过远程综合管理服务器来管理详细信息的建筑物管理系统和方法,由此提高了用户的便利,这是现有建筑物管理系统无法做到的。
本说明书提供了一种建筑物管理系统,包括:中央控制系统,其与网络连接并且集中控制安装在建筑物中的至少一个子系统;复式空调系统,其包括室外单元和连接室外单元的一个或多个室内单元;BAC网络网关,其用作所述中央控制系统和所述复式空调系统的连接通道,以允许所述中央控制系统集中控制所述复式空调系统;以及远程综合管理服务器,其通过与BAC网络网关相互配合来控制所述复式空调系统。

本说明书还提供了一种建筑物管理方法,包括:周期性地接收和更新复式空调系统的第一信息数据;生成所接收的第一信息数据作为适用于用户定义的标签并存储标签;以及发送所生成的标签到远程综合管理系统。
所述第一信息数据可以包括关于室内单元和通风设备的信息数据。
使用具有良好扩展性的XML协议可生成所述标签。

如图2和图3所示,根据本发明示例性实施例的建筑物管理系统包括:中央控制系统100,其用于集中控制建筑物的至少一个子系统,例如电源管理和照明设备;复式空调系统200;BAC网络网关300,其连接中央控制系统100和复式空调系统200,使得中央控制系统100能够集中控制复式空调系统200;以及远程综合管理服务器400,其通过与BAC网络系统300相互配合(interworking,或称互配)来控制复式空调系统200。
互配模块500配置在BAC网络网关300和远程综合管理服务器400之间,使得BAC网络网关300和远程综合管理服务器400能够彼此相互配合。
互配模块500包括数据更新单元510,其周期性地更新数据;数据发送单元520,其发送所更新的数据到远程综合管理服务器400;以及协议单元530,其连接数据更新单元510和数据发送单元520。
数据更新单元510与中央控制系统100和BAC网络网关300连接。数据发送单元520与远程综合管理服务器400连接。协议单元530配置在数据更新单元510和数据发送单元520之间,使其能够将已发送的数据生成为新标签并且发送已生成的标签到数据更新单元510。
协议单元530使用XML协议促进变量扩展。XML协议能够允许生成关于室内和通风设备的每个信息及其传输,XML协议与其它Web协议相比具有最佳的扩展性,而不受信息多样化的限制。另外,协议单元530相互配合使得可以通过特定的(技术的或专业的)服务来管理细小并详细的信息,所述信息是大型中央控制系统100没有进行管理的信息,从而提高了使用复式空调系统200的用户的便利。
利用这种结构,如下操作根据本发明示例性实施例的建筑物管理系统。
即,在BAC网络网关300和远程综合管理服务器400之间配置互配模块500,以便允许BAC网络网关300和远程综合管理服务器400彼此相互配合,所述BAC网络网关300用作中央控制系统100和复式空调系统200之间的连接通道,并且互配模块500周期性地从复式空调系统200接收关于室内单元和通风设备的数据。
互配模块500读取关于室内单元和通风设备的数据,其存储用于包含每个信息的XML标签以及缓冲器中的各个信息,连接到远程综合管理服务器400,并且周期性地发送该数据到远程综合管理服务器400。
以这种方式,在通过互配模块500接收关于室内单元和通风设备的详细数据时,远程综合管理服务器400可以管理细小并详细的信息,这在现有技术中是不可能的。
就目前所述,根据本发明的建筑物管理系统和方法具有这样的优点,即,由于可以通过远程综合管理服务器来管理详细的信息,从而提高了用户的便利,这在现有的建筑物管理系统中是不可能的。
本发明可以在不脱离本发明特征的情况下以多种方式实现,还应该理解的是除非特别说明,否则上述实施例不限于前述说明书的任何细节,本发明应该广泛构建在所述权利要求所定义的范围内,因此,所有变化和修改都落在权利要求的边界和范围内,或者这种边界和范围的等价物内的全部变化和修改都包含在所属权利要求内。
Claims (11)
1、一种建筑物管理系统,包括:
中央控制系统,其集中控制建筑物的至少一个子系统;
复式空调系统;
BAC网络网关,其连接所述中央控制系统和所述复式空调系统,以允许所述中央控制系统集中控制所述复式空调系统;以及
远程综合管理服务器,其通过与所述BAC网络网关相互配合来控制所述复式空调系统。
2、如权利要求1所述的系统,还包括:
互配模块,其连接在所述BAC网络网关和所述远程综合管理服务器之间,允许所述BAC网络网关和所述远程综合管理服务器彼此相互配合。
3、如权利要求2所述的系统,其中所述互配模块包括:
数据更新单元,其周期性地更新数据;
数据发送单元,其发送所更新的数据到所述远程综合管理服务器;以及
协议单元,其连接所述数据更新单元和所述数据发送单元。
4、如权利要求3所述的系统,其中所述协议单元使用XML协议促进变量扩展。
5、一种建筑物管理系统,包括:
互配模块,其连接在BAC网络网关和远程综合管理服务器之间,并且允许所述BAC网络网关和所述远程综合管理服务器彼此相互配合,所述BAC网络网关连接建筑物管理系统的中央控制系统和复式空调系统,
其中所述互配模块从所述复式空调系统周期性地接收第一信息数据,存储所述第一信息数据,并且发送所述第一信息数据到所述远程综合管理服务器。
6、如权利要求5所述的系统,其中所述第一信息数据包括与所述复式空调系统的室内单元和通风设备中的至少一个相关的信息数据。
7、如权利要求5所述的系统,其中所述互配模块包括:
数据更新单元,其周期性地更新数据;
数据发送单元,其发送所更新的数据到所述远程综合管理服务器;以及
协议单元,其连接所述数据更新单元和所述数据发送单元。
8、如权利要求7所述的系统,其中所述协议单元使用XML协议促进变量扩展。
9、一种建筑物管理方法,包括:
周期性地接收和更新复式空调系统的第一信息数据;
根据所接收的第一信息数据生成标签并且存储所生成的标签;以及
发送所生成的标签到远程综合管理系统。
10、如权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述第一信息数据包括与所述复式空调系统的室内单元和通风设备中的至少一个相关的信息数据。
11、如权利要求9所述的方法,其中使用XML协议生成所述标签。
