Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保节能无机活性墙体保温材料,所述材料由不同重量的植物蛋白纤维、珍珠岩、纤维水镁石,硅藻土,凹棒土,石膏,水泥,甲基纤维素,柠檬酸,十二烷基磺酸钠、活性无机填充料混合搅拌而成。该材料运到施工现场加入适量水后搅拌成膏状,按工程施工要求分遍涂抹到墙体的基面上,干燥后即可起到保温作用。该种材料便于运输,施工工艺简单,单位面积成本低,无毒环保,具有质轻,防火,隔音,隔热,导热系数低,固化快,强度高,收缩低,粘结性好,使用寿命长等特点,经检测各项性能指标达到并超过国家相关标准要求。可适用外墙、楼顶、阳台、楼梯间及各种型面的保温,还可以适用于锅炉、管道的保温。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种墙保温材料,具体地说是一种环保节能无机活性墙体保温材料。
二、背景技术
目前通用的墙体保温材料珍珠岩、硅钙板、聚胺脂等,这些保温材料不同程度地存在诸如抗压强度低、耐水性差、不耐高温,使用工艺复杂等缺点,但最大的缺点是造价普遍较高,特别是聚胺脂和硅钙板的价格更是高得惊人。个别保温材料在制造过程中还产生污染。也有采取聚苯颗粒做墙面保温层的,其工艺是将一定量的聚苯颗粒加水泥加粘结剂加水,搅拌均匀后分两遍抹到墙上,再涂胶粘玻璃纤维网格布增强,然后再抹两遍水泥沙浆。此法虽然单位面积成本有所降低,但仍施工工艺复杂,粘接不牢固,易起层,强度低。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种施工工艺简单、造价成本低、各项性能指标达到施工要求的环保节能无机活性墙体保温材料和该材料的制造方法。以克服目前使用的各种墙体保温材料及其制造方法上存在的缺点。
解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:环保节能无机活性墙体保温材料的成分和配比是植物蛋白纤维5公斤,珍珠岩40公斤,纤维水镁石20公斤,硅藻土20公斤,凹棒土15公斤,石膏50公斤,水泥10公斤,甲基纤维素5公斤,柠檬酸0.5公斤,十二烷基磺酸钠0.5公斤,活性无机填充料5公斤。加工方法是先把纤维水镁石和植物蛋白纤维加入搅拌罐内再加入石膏、水泥,搅拌3分钟后;再分别加入其它物料到罐内,开机搅拌3分钟后得到混合的环保节能无机活性墙体保温材料。将保温材料运到施工现场加入适量水后搅拌成膏状,按工程施工要求分遍涂抹到墙体的基面上,干燥后即可起到保温作用。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本墙体保温材料为粉状,便于运输;运到施工现场加入适量水搅拌后可直接涂抹到墙本的基面上,干燥后可直接粉刷涂料或粘贴瓷砖,所以,单位面积成本低。该种材料是由多种天然无机材料和添加剂复合而成的,特别是加入了植物蛋白纤维和活性无机填充料,无毒环保;具有质轻,防火,隔音,隔热,导热系数低,固化快,强度高,收缩低,粘结性好,使用寿命长等特点;经检测各项性能指标达到并超过国家相关标准要求。可适用外墙、楼顶、阳台、楼梯间及各种异型面的保温,还可适用于锅炉、管道的保温。
四、具体实施方式
本发明环保节能无机活性墙体保温材料是由植物蛋白纤维5公斤,珍珠岩40公斤,纤维水镁石20公斤,硅藻土20公斤,凹棒土15公斤,石膏50公斤,水泥10公斤,甲基纤维素5公斤,柠檬酸0.5公斤,十二烷基磺酸钠0.5公斤,活性无机填充料5公斤混合复合而成的。其具体加工方法是先把纤维水镁石和植物蛋白纤维加入搅拌罐内再加入石膏、水泥,搅拌3分钟后;再分别加入其它物料到罐内,开机搅拌3分钟后得到混合的环保节能无机活性墙体保温材料。将保温材料运到施工现场,施工时加入适量水后搅拌成膏状,直接涂抹到墙本的基面上。每次涂抹厚度为10-15毫米,2小时后可再涂抹第2遍,干燥后形成微孔网状结构的封闭整体,起到良好的保温作用。具体厚度按施工技术要求决定。24小时后可涂抹表面抗击保护层或直接粉刷各种涂料或粘贴瓷砖。该墙体保温材料造价低,比苯板、硅钙板每平方米可节省30%的费用。导热系数低料达0.056(22℃),保温效果好,节约能源达50%以上。
Claims (2)
1. 环保节能无机活性墙体保温材料,其特征在于它成分和配比是:植物蛋白纤维5公斤,珍珠岩40公斤,纤维水镁石20公斤,硅藻土20公斤,凹棒土15公斤,石膏50公斤,水泥10公斤,甲基纤维素5公斤,柠檬酸0.5公斤,十二烷基磺酸钠0.5公斤,活性无机填充料5公斤。
2. 一种加工环保节能无机活性墙体保温材料的方法,其特征在于:先把纤维水镁石和植物蛋白纤维加入搅拌罐内再加入石膏、水泥,搅拌3分钟后,再分别加入其它物料到罐内,开机搅拌3分钟后得到混合的环保节能无机活性墙体保温材料,装袋入库。
