本发明是关于一种节能一次性卫生竹筷及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前，我国木材资源越来越匮乏，而在餐饮业较为普遍使用的木筷子由于耗费了大量木材且生产加工工艺复杂，生产工序使用设备多，生产成本较高。木筷子生产已不符合我国产业发展政策。国家已对木筷生产与销售在政策上进行了严格限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用成材周期短、繁衍速度快的楠竹作为筷子的原料。并提供制作这种筷子的方法。。
解决其技术问题的方案是：
这种节能一次性卫生竹筷，由天然楠竹制成。制作方法为：选竹、锯材、冲坯、熏蒸、浸泡清洗、烘烤、回潮、成型、削尖、抛光、挑选整理、包装。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明制作的筷子是选择生长成材周期短、繁衍速度快的楠竹制作。
制作这种节能一次性卫生竹筷，方法简单，所需生产设备少，综合利用率高。有利于保护环境。制作的这种筷子韧性好，颜色自然，成本较低，使用方便，清洁卫生且节约资源。有利于保护环境。
