Abstract

本发明公开了一种轻质保温墙体加强筋结构,由土工格栅经过弯折形成一个个凸起1,凸起的高度与墙体的厚度尺寸相适应,在凸起的上下两面焊接有土工格栅制成的拉筋2,土工格栅为PET聚酯焊接而成的双向格栅,本发明能与灌入的墙体材料紧密结合形成相互嵌锁的稳定结构,有效的保证了墙体刚度,同时满足了其轻质保温的工艺要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种土工格栅在轻质保温墙体的应用,尤其是一种轻质保温墙体加强筋结构。
背景技术
传统轻质保温墙体一般是采用内置钢筋或通过外部夹板来提高墙体刚性,但由于金属材料的导热性能会降低保温效果,同时增加墙体重量,而夹板材料与墙体材料材质的不一致会导致其贴合度较差,易发生剥落,从而影响甚至破坏轻质保温墙体的整体性能和安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种新型轻质保温墙体加强筋结构。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:一种轻质保温墙体加强筋结构,由土工格栅经过弯折形成一个个凸起,凸起的高度与墙体的厚度尺寸相适应,一根由土工格栅制成的拉筋焊接在凸起的上表面,另一根由土工格栅制成的拉筋焊接在土工格栅的下表面。
上述轻质保温墙体加强筋结构,所述的土工格栅为PET聚酯焊接而成的双向格栅。
由于采用上述结构,将本发明转入墙体成型模具中,再进行灌注和干冷成型,由于格栅形成的结构能与灌入的墙体材料紧密结合形成相互嵌锁的稳定结构,所以本发明有效的保证了墙体刚度,同时满足了其轻质保温的工艺要求。

具体实施方式
一种轻质保温墙体加强筋结构,由土工格栅经过弯折形成一个个凸起1,凸起的高度与墙体的厚度尺寸相适应,在凸起的上下两面焊接有土工格栅制成的拉筋2。上述土工格栅为PET聚酯焊接而成的双向格栅。 
根据墙体的外形厚薄尺寸将土工格栅经过弯折制备成适合墙体形状且具有长宽高长方三维立体结构(厚度略小于墙体厚度),然后置入墙体成型模具中,再进行灌注和干冷成型时,由于格栅形成的格权钱能与灌入的墙体材料紧密结合形成相互嵌锁的稳定结构,从而有效地保证了墙体刚度,同时满足了其轻质保温的工艺要求。

1.一种轻质保温墙体加强筋结构,其特征在于:由土工格栅经过弯折形成一个个凸起(1),凸起(1)的高度与墙体的厚度尺寸相适应,一根由土工格栅制成的拉筋(2)焊接在凸起的上表面,另一根由土工格栅制成的拉筋(2)焊接在土工格栅的下表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质保温墙体加强筋结构,其特征在于:所述的土工格栅为PET聚酯焊接而成的双向格栅。
