本发明针对市场占有率大于50%的LCD显示器,开发一套可快速拆解LCD面板模块的方法及其设备,以回收利用大量的废LCD显示器。此方法采用物理性破坏方式,将配有细小螺丝及卡榫的LCD面板模块予以解离,以回收面板内的不同材料。根据上述方法,建置一套拆解设备主体,并依此设备建立一套处理流程。故凡本领域的技术人员,得以任施匠思而为诸般修饰,然皆不脱离所附权利要求所欲保护的范围。Aiming at LCD displays with a market share greater than 50%, the invention develops a method and equipment for quickly dismantling LCD panel modules to recycle a large number of waste LCD displays. This method uses physical destruction to dissociate the LCD panel module equipped with small screws and tenons to recover different materials in the panel. According to the above method, build a set of dismantling equipment main body, and establish a set of processing flow based on this equipment.
