本发明涉及一种复方三七通络片。本发明的药物组成包括和重量份为：三七180－250，全虫100－150，黄芪120－180，枸杞80－120，当归80－100，熟地150－200，杜仲120－150，桃仁80－120，水蛭100－150，川芎80－100，丹参150－200，冰片3－5。制备方法：将三七洗净，晒干灭菌，研为细粉，过100目筛，其余十一味药加水煮三次，每次滤过，合并浓缩滤液至流浸膏状，将三七粉与流浸膏混合制粒，60℃干燥，干燥颗粒过20目筛，再加硬脂酸镁适量，混匀压片，菌检合格即可。本发明的药物经685例临床使用，总有效率97.2％，治愈率89.6％，且副作用小，对改善心脑血管具有很好的治疗和调理作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药制剂领域，特别涉及一种治疗脑动脉硬化、心脑供血不足、中风先兆、脑血栓、高血压等见头痛眩晕、视物不清、胸部憋闷、心痛心悸、四肢麻木者的复方三七通络片。
背景技术
脑动脉硬化、心脑供血不足、中风先兆、脑血栓、高血压等是一种典型的中老年综合症，由于其不同的表现形式，造成治疗起来非常困难。目前单一治疗病症治疗的药物还是以西药为主，中药治疗主要以丹参为主要药物。而这几种病症往往是相互关联和影响，给治疗带来很多的实际困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种综合治疗、治疗和调理兼顾的复方三七通络片。
本发明的药物组成包括和重量份为：三七180-250，全虫100-150，黄芪120-180，枸杞80-120，当归80-100，熟地150-200，杜仲120-150，桃仁80-120，水蛭100-150，川芎80-100，丹参150-200，冰片3-5。
制备方法：将三七洗净，晒干灭菌，研为细粉，过100目筛，其余十一味药加水煮三次，每次滤过，合并浓缩滤液至流浸膏状，将三七粉与流浸膏混合制粒，60℃干燥，干燥颗粒过20目筛，再加硬脂酸镁适量，混匀压片，菌检合格即可。
上述诸病多因肝肾亏虚，气虚血瘀所致。瘀血留滞，血脉不畅，头窍失养及肝阳上攻可致头痛眩晕、视物昏花；心血瘀阻，心气亏虚可见心悸心痛；气血不畅，脉络瘀阻可致肢体麻木。方中三七味苦，性温，入肝经，气血双补，有消散瘀血，止血不留瘀的特点，又能消肿止痛；全虫甘平，入肝经，熄风止痉，攻毒散结，通络止痛，能扩张血管，因而有持久的降压作用，与三七同用，为君药。黄芪甘温，入脾、肺经，益气升阳，使阳升阴长，气旺血生，有良好的补气升血作用；枸杞甘平，入肝、肾、肺经，配合熟地养肝润肺，补肝肾，益精血，虽为补肾之药，实属补阴阳之品；桃仁苦平，入心、肝经及血分，能泄降导下破瘀，和畅气血以生新，有治血祛瘀生新之效；水蛭甘咸，为破血逐瘀消症之品，与桃仁合用，治跌打瘀血、心腹疼痛，为臣药；杜仲甘温，入肝、肾经，补肝肾，强筋骨；川芎味辛性温，入肝、胆、心、心包经，《本经》中言其主中风入脑头痛、寒痹、筋挛缓急等；丹参味苦，微寒，入心、肝经，活血祛瘀，凉血消肿，清心安神，与川芎、当归同用，治瘀血痹阻心脉所致的胸痹绞痛，为佐药；冰片苦而微寒，入心、脾、肺经，辛散苦泄，微寒清热，芳香走窜，能散上焦郁火而开窍提神，为使药。此方益肾固本，养肝生血，祛瘀生新，气血双补，标本兼治。因而，对脑动脉硬化、心脑供血不足、中风先兆、脑血栓、高血压等见头痛眩晕、视物不清、胸部憋闷、心痛心悸、四肢麻木者，疗效显著。
本发明的药物经685例临床使用，总有效率97.2％，治愈率89.6％，且副作用小，对改善心脑血管具有很好的治疗和调理作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1：组成：三七200g，全虫130g，黄芪150g，枸杞100g，杜仲130g，桃仁100g，当归80g，熟地150g，水蛭130g，川芎100g，丹参150g，冰片3g。
实施例2：组成：三七220g，全虫150g，黄芪180g，枸杞100g，杜仲150g，桃仁120g，当归100g，熟地180g，水蛭150g，川芎100g，丹参150g，冰片5g。
制备方法：将三七洗净，晒干灭菌，研为细粉，过100目筛，其余十一味药加水煮三次，每次滤过，合并浓缩滤液至流浸膏状，将三七粉与流浸膏混合制粒，60℃干燥，干燥颗粒过20目筛，再加硬脂酸镁适量，混匀压片，菌检合格即可。规格为每片0.25g，口服，每次6片，每日3次。

1.复方三七通络片，其特征是药物组成包括和重量份为：三七180-250，全虫100-150，黄芪120-180，枸杞80-120，当归80-100，熟地150-200，杜仲120-150，桃仁80-120，水蛭100-150，川芎80-100，丹参150-200，冰片3-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复方三七通络片，其制备方法是：将三七洗净，晒干灭菌，研为细粉，过100目筛，其余十一味药加水煮三次，每次滤过，合并浓缩滤液至流浸膏状，将三七粉与流浸膏混合制粒，60℃干燥，干燥颗粒过20目筛，再加硬脂酸镁适量，混匀压片。
