发明领域
本发明涉及用于清洁皮肤的高含水量的条皂组合物。
发明背景
条皂仍然是用于清洁皮肤的普遍产品形式。本领域的技术人员使用术语皂来命名羧酸与碱(典型为金属氢氧化物或碳酸盐)的反应产物。所得盐具有极性亲水端和非极性亲脂端,这有利于在水的存在下从皮肤或其它表面上除去油和其它非极性物质。
通常,可通过框铸/模铸或通过轧制/压制来制备条皂。框铸或模铸皂典型如下制备:在水的存在下使适宜的脂肪、油或羧酸与碱反应来形成皂,将包含约30%水的熔融皂灌注到框架或模具中,使皂冷却和硬化,并取出含有按重量计约20%至25%水的条形皂。脂肪酸可得自脂肪如牛油或猪油,得自油如椰油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油或橄榄油,或得自脂肪和油的组合。脂肪和油的基本部分是由具有不同链长的甘油酯组成的,所述甘油酯是甘油(丙三醇)和脂肪酸的酯。在碱性条件和加热条件下,构成脂肪和油的甘油酯分解形成脂肪酸盐(还被称为皂)和甘油。
通过使中性皂经历各种加工步骤来制备轧制/压制条皂,所述加工步骤可将皂的结晶基质从框铸/模铸条皂所形成的Ω相转变为β相。更详细的论述可见于Bailey的Industrial Oil And Fat Products第4版第1卷第558页以及后续页(1979)中。在转变之前,首先将皂的含水量从约30%干燥至约10%至约14%的范围内。接着,通常将干燥过的皂送至普通的桨叶式搅拌器中,其中可加入多种添加剂。然后,将皂从此搅拌器直接送至精炼器中,或者任选地先送至三辊磨,然后再送至精炼器中。精炼器和磨均使皂经受轧压和强剪切作用,这趋于使皂晶体定向,并将皂主要转变为β相。精炼后,在压制操作中将皂轧压成致密凝聚的形式,这形成适于压印到条皂中的固体部分。
干燥步骤典型需要除去较高含水量下典型存在的皂体“胶粘”结构和过度的柔韧性。在轧制/压制条皂的制备过程中,为使皂体能够通过加工设备来处理,需要干燥至具有约10%至约14%的水分。可通过若干不同的方法来实现商业化干燥。一种方法使用冷水辊与第二给料辊的组合,以将熔融的中性皂铺展成均匀的薄层,然后将冷却的皂从辊上刮下来以形成薄片,并在隧道式干燥器中干燥至特定的水含量。通过在上述被称为磨制的步骤中,使薄片反复经受紧密式水冷钢辊(即三辊磨)作用,将已具有低含水量(约10%至11%)的皂片进一步干燥。用于干燥皂的相对现代化技术被称为喷雾干燥。此方法通过喷雾嘴,将熔融皂径直送至塔顶。雾化的皂硬化,然后在热气流的存在下干燥。可施加真空,以有利于水的去除。
希望制备具有高含水量的条皂组合物来获得制剂和制程效益。然而,高含水量条皂组合物所带来的问题是难以保持成品条皂组合物中的高含水量。因此,仍需要研发一种高含水量的条皂组合物,其中不仅可保持成品条皂组合物中的较高含水量,而且条皂组合物是稳定的并且适于供消费者使用。
发明概述
本发明涉及条皂组合物,所述组合物包含:(a)按所述组合物的重量计至少约15%的水;(b)按所述组合物的重量计约40%至约84%的皂;和(c)按所述组合物的重量计约1%至约15%的无机盐。所述无机盐有助于保持条皂组合物中的较高含水量。优选的无机盐包括三聚磷酸钠、镁盐和/或焦磷酸四钠。所述条皂组合物还优选包含碳水化合物结构剂,如生淀粉或预胶凝化淀粉,其趋于进一步有助于保持条皂组合物中的较高含水量。游离的脂肪酸可任选地包括在条皂组合物中以提供增强的皮肤感觉有益效果。合成表面活性剂可任选加入到所述条皂组合物中以提供增强的组合物起泡特性。本发明的条皂组合物优选具有小于约0.95,优选小于约0.90,更优选小于约0.85的水活度(“Aw”)。水活度(“Aw”)是反映成品条皂组合物中水含量保持程度的量度。
优选通过轧制方法来制备条皂组合物。因此,本发明还涉及依照轧制方法来制备包含高含量水的条皂组合物的方法。
发明详述
水
本发明的条皂组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计至少约15%,更优选至少约20%,更优选至少约25%的水。水含量按所述条皂组合物的重量计还可以更高,例如为30%、35%、或甚至40%,但典型不大于约60%,优选不大于约55%,更优选不大于约50%。
应当理解,在制备条皂组合物的过程中,水量将会由于蒸发而损失。而且,一旦制备出成品,由于水分蒸发、周围包装(如纸板盒)吸水等,水可进一步从条皂组合物中流失。
将趋于和水结合的物质掺入到条皂组合物中以将水保留在条皂组合物中是重要的。上述物质包括本文所述的无机盐和/或碳水化合物结构剂。上述物质可影响条皂组合物中的“水活度”。水活度(“Aw”)以及测量它的方法更详细地描述于下文中。由下文所述的“水活度测定方法”测得,本发明的条皂组合物优选显示小于约0.95,优选小于约0.9,更优选小于约0.85,更优选小于约0.80的水活度(“Aw”)。
皂
本发明的条皂组合物典型包含按所述组合物的重量计约40%至约84%,优选约45%至约75%,更优选约50%至约65%的皂。本文所用术语“皂”为其一般含义,即烷烃或烯烃一羧酸的碱金属盐或链烷醇铵盐。适用于本发明目的的是钠阳离子、镁阳离子、钾阳离子、钙阳离子、一乙醇铵阳离子、二乙醇铵阳离子、以及三乙醇铵阳离子、或它们的组合。通常,钠皂可用于此发明组合物中,但约1%至约25%的皂可以为铵皂、钾皂、镁皂、钙皂、或这些皂的混合物。可用于本发明的皂是熟知的具有约12至22个碳原子,优选约12至约18个碳原子的链烷酸或链烯酸的碱金属盐。它们还可被描述为具有约12至约22个碳原子的烷烃或烯烃的碱金属羧酸盐。
分配有椰油脂肪酸的皂可提供广泛分子量范围的下端。分配有花生油或油菜籽油脂肪酸或它们氢化衍生物的那些皂可提供广泛分子量范围的上端。
优选使用分配有牛油和植物油脂肪酸的皂。更优选地,植物油选自由下列物质组成的组:棕榈油、椰油、棕榈仁油、棕榈油硬脂酸和氢化米糠油、或它们的混合物,因为这些存在于更易得的脂肪中。尤其优选棕榈油硬脂酸、棕榈仁油和/或椰油。具有至少12个碳原子的脂肪酸在椰油皂中的比例为约85%。当使用椰油和脂肪(如牛油、棕榈油或非热带坚果油或脂肪,其中主链长为C16以及更高)的混合物时,此比例将更大。
优选的皂是钠皂,其具有约50%牛油、30%棕榈油硬脂酸和20%棕榈仁油或椰油的混合物。
根据市场可接受的标准,所述皂可包含不饱和度。通常避免过度的不饱和度。
可通过经典的锅煮方法或现代连续制皂方法来制备皂,其中使用本领域技术人员熟知的方法,使天然脂肪和油如牛油或椰油或它们的等价物与碱金属氢氧化物皂化。作为另外一种选择,可通过用碱金属氢氧化物或碳酸盐中和脂肪酸如月桂酸(C12)、肉豆蔻酸(C14)、棕榈酸(C16)或硬脂酸(C18)来制备皂。
在一个实施方案中,条皂组合物将包含由连续制皂方法制得的皂。然后,经由真空闪速干燥方法,将包含约30%水的皂加工成皂条。所述皂条优选包含约85%的无水皂(50%牛油/30%棕榈油硬脂酸/20%棕榈仁油(或20%椰油))、约0.2%的游离柠檬酸、约0.2%的柠檬酸钠、约0.05%的DPTA四钠、约0.05%的HEDP四钠、约0.6%的氯化钠、约1%的甘油、和约12%至约18%的水,余量是不能皂化的物质。这些百分比含量是按所述皂条的重量计的。然后,在轧制过程中使用皂条来制备如下所述的成品条皂组合物。
无机盐
可在本发明条皂组合物中使用无机盐以有助于保持本发明组合物中较高的水含量。无机盐有助于结合条皂组合物中的水,从而防止水通过蒸发或其它途径流失。本发明的条皂组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计约1%至约15%,优选约2%至约12%,并且更优选约2.5%至约10.5%的无机盐。通常优选较高含量的无机盐,因为较高含量的无机盐趋于降低本发明组合物中水的水活度(“Aw”)。适宜的无机盐包括硝酸镁、磷酸三镁、氯化钙、碳酸钠、硫酸铝钠、磷酸二钠、聚偏磷酸钠、琥珀酸镁钠、三聚磷酸钠、硫酸铝、氯化铝、水合氯化铝、水合三氯化铝锆、水合三氯化铝锆甘氨酸配合物、硫酸锌、氯化铵、磷酸铵、乙酸钙、硝酸钙、磷酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸根铁、氯化镁、硫酸镁等。优选的无机盐包括三聚磷酸钠、镁盐(如硫酸镁)和/或焦磷酸四钠。当用作包含皂的本发明条皂组合物中的成分时,镁盐趋于在成品中转变为镁皂。三聚磷酸钠、镁盐(且最终为镁皂)和/或焦磷酸四钠在本发明组合物中是优选的,因为据信它们有助于降低本发明组合物中水的水活度(“Aw”)。此外,由于当消费者使用条皂组合物来清洁皮肤时,三聚磷酸钠趋于促进泡沫的生成,因此三聚磷酸钠是优选的。
碳水化合物结构剂
任选但优选包含碳水化合物结构剂作为本发明条皂组合物中的成分。碳水化合物结构剂趋于帮助保持本发明组合物中较高的水含量。适于作为本发明组合物中成分的碳水化合物结构剂包括生淀粉(玉米、稻米、马铃薯、小麦等)、预胶凝化淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、丙烯酸酯/乙烯基异癸酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸聚合物、角叉菜胶、黄原胶、聚乙二醇、聚环氧乙烷等。优选的碳水化合物结构剂包括生淀粉和/或预胶凝化淀粉。
优选掺入到条皂组合物中的碳水化合物结构剂是淀粉。所述淀粉为生淀粉或预胶凝化淀粉。作为另外一种选择,可使用生淀粉并在制备条皂组合物期间改性,以使所述淀粉成胶凝化或部分或完全胶凝化。预胶凝化淀粉是在作为本发明条皂组合物成分被加入之前已被胶凝化的淀粉。优选胶凝化淀粉,无论是部分还是完全胶凝化的淀粉,因为其可提供增强的皮肤感觉有益效果,如提供柔软和光滑的皮肤感觉。优选用作本发明组合物成分的预胶凝化淀粉是可从中国天津的天津顶峰淀粉开发有限公司商购获得的PREGEL-A M 0300。
碳水化合物结构剂在本发明组合物中的含量按所述组合物的重量计通常为约1%至约20%,优选约2%至约15%,更优选约4%至约13%。
游离的脂肪酸
任选将游离脂肪酸加入到本发明条皂组合物中,其含量按所述组合物的重量计通常为约0.01%至约10%。可将游离脂肪酸掺入到本发明组合物中以提供增强的皮肤感觉有益效果,如更加柔软和更加光滑的皮肤感觉。适宜的游离脂肪酸包括牛油脂肪酸、椰油脂肪酸、棕榈油脂肪酸和棕榈仁油脂肪酸。优选作为本发明条皂组合物成分加入的游离脂肪酸是棕榈仁油脂肪酸。也可使用其它脂肪酸,然而由于易于处理性,优选低熔点脂肪酸如月桂酸。加入到本发明条皂组合物中的游离脂肪酸的优选含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.5%至约2%,最优选约0.75%至约1.5%。
合成表面活性剂
任选在本发明条皂组合物中使用合成表面活性剂以进一步改善使用期间条皂的起泡特性。可用于此本发明中的合成表面活性剂包括阴离子、两性、非离子、两性离子和阳离子表面活性剂。典型将合成表面活性剂掺入到本发明组合物中,其含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.1%至约20%,优选约0.5%至约10%,并且更优选约0.75%至约5%。
阴离子表面活性剂的实例包括但不限于烷基硫酸盐、阴离子酰基肌氨酸盐、甲基酰基牛磺酸盐、N-酰基谷氨酸盐、酰基羟乙基磺酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸盐、烷基磷酸酯、乙氧基化烷基磷酸酯、聚氧乙烯十三烷基醚硫酸盐、蛋白质缩合物、乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐的混合物等。这些表面活性剂的烷基链为C8-22烷基,优选C10-18烷基,更优选C12-14烷基。
两性离子表面活性剂可由被广泛描述为脂族季铵衍生物、鏻鎓和锍化合物的那些来举例说明,其中脂族基团可以为直链或支链,并且其中一个脂族取代基包含约8至约18个碳原子,并且一个脂族取代基包含阴离子水溶性基团,如羧基、磺酸根、硫酸根、磷酸根或膦酸根。实施例包括:4-[N,N-二(2-羟乙基)-N-十八烷基铵]-丁-1-羧酸盐;5-[S-3-羟丙基-S-十六烷基锍基]-3羟基戊烷-1-硫酸盐;3-[P,P-P-二乙基-P 3,6,9三氧杂十四烷基磷鎓基]-2-羟基丙烷-1-磷酸盐;3-[N,N-二丙基-N-3-十二烷氧基-2-羟丙基铵基]-丙烷-1-膦酸盐;3-(N,N-二甲基-N-十六烷基铵基)丙烷-1-磺酸盐;3-(N,N-二甲基-N-十六烷基铵基)-2-羟基丙烷-1-磺酸盐;4-(N,N-二(2-羟乙基)-N-(2羟基月桂基)铵基]-丁-1-羧酸盐;3-[S-乙基-S-(3-十二烷氧基-2-羟丙基)磺酸]-丙烷-1-磷酸盐;3-(P,P-二甲基-P-十二烷基磷鎓基)-丙烷-1-膦酸盐;和5-[N,N-二(3-羟丙基)-N-十六烷基铵基]-2-羟基戊烷-1-硫酸盐。
可用于本发明组合物中的两性表面活性剂的实例是被广泛描述为脂族仲胺和叔胺衍生物的那些,其中脂族基团可以为直链或支链,并且其中一个脂族取代基包含约8至约18个碳原子,并且一个脂族取代基包含阴离子水溶性基团,如羧基、磺酸根、硫酸根、磷酸根或膦酸根。属于此定义的化合物的实例是:3-十二烷基氨基丙酸钠、3-十二烷基氨基丙烷磺酸钠;N-烷基牛磺酸,如依照美国专利2,658,072中所提出的由十二烷基胺与羟乙基磺酸钠进行反应而制得的那些;N-高级烷基天冬氨酸,如依照美国专利2,438,091中的教导而制得的那些,以及以商品名“Miranol”出售并描述于美国专利2,528,378中的那些产品。其它两性表面活性剂如甜菜碱也可用于本发明组合物中。可用于本发明的甜菜碱的实例包括高级烷基甜菜碱,如椰油二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱、月桂基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱、月桂基二甲基α-羧乙基甜菜碱、鲸蜡基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱、月桂基二-(2-羟乙基)羧甲基甜菜碱、硬脂基二-(2-羟丙基)羧甲基甜菜碱、油基二甲基γ-羧丙基甜菜碱、月桂基二-(2-羟丙基)α-羧乙基甜菜碱等。磺基甜菜碱可由椰油二甲基磺基丙基甜菜碱、硬脂基二甲基磺基丙基甜菜碱、酰氨基甜菜碱、氨基磺基甜菜碱等来代表。
适宜阳离子表面活性剂的实例包括硬脂基二薄荷基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、壬基苄基乙基二甲基硝酸铵、溴化十四烷基吡啶鎓、氯化月桂基吡啶鎓、氯化十六烷基吡啶鎓、氯化月桂基吡啶鎓、溴化月桂基异喹啉鎓、二牛油基(氢化的)二甲基氯化铵、二月桂基二甲基氯化铵、和硬脂基二甲基苄基氯化铵;以及本领域已知的其它阳离子表面活性剂。
可用于此发明中的非离子表面活性剂可被广义地定义为由氧烯化氧基团(本身亲水)与本身为脂族或烷芳族的有机疏水化合物缩合而产生的化合物。
优选用于本发明组合物中的合成表面活性剂是月桂基聚氧乙烯醚-3硫酸钠。月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠趋于提供极好的起泡特性,当与作为本发明组合物中无机盐的三聚磷酸钠组合时尤其如此。
阳离子聚合物
本发明的条皂组合物还可任选地包含阳离子聚合物以改善所述组合物的起泡和皮肤感觉有益效果。当存在时,本发明的条皂组合物将包含按所述组合物的重量计约0.001%至约10%,优选约0.01%至约5%,更优选约0.05%至约1%的阳离子聚合物。优选的实施方案包含按所述组合物的重量计小于约0.2%,优选小于约0.1%含量的阳离子聚合物。如果阳离子聚合物的含量过高,则所得条皂组合物将显示胶粘的皮肤感觉。
适用于本发明条皂组合物中的阳离子聚合物包括但不限于阳离子多糖、糖与合成阳离子单体的阳离子共聚物、阳离子聚亚烷基亚胺、阳离子乙氧基聚亚烷基亚胺、阳离子聚[N-[3-(二甲基铵基)丙基]-N′[3-(乙烯氧基乙烯基二甲基铵基)丙基]脲二氯化物]。适宜的阳离子聚合物通常包括具有季铵或取代的铵离子的聚合物。
适用于本文的阳离子聚合物的非限制性实例包括阳离子羟乙基纤维素(以商品名Ucare Polymer JR-400、Ucare Polymer JR-125或UcarePolymer LR-400得自Amerchol);阳离子淀粉(以商品名STALOK100、200、300和400得自Staley,Inc.);基于瓜耳胶的阳离子半乳甘露聚糖(以商品名Galactasol800系列得自Henkel,Inc.,以及以商品名JAGUAR得自Meyhall Chemicals,Ltd.)。优选的阳离子聚合物是以商品名JAGUARC13S得自Meyhall Chemicals,Ltd.的瓜耳羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。适宜的阳离子聚合物更详细地描述于2006年6月6日由C.R.Salvador等人提交的标题为“CLEANSING BARCOMPOSITIONS COMPRISING A HIGH LEVEL OF WATER”的共同未决的美国临时申请序列号__/___,___(P&G Case 10436P)中。
增白剂
本发明组合物中可包含增白剂作为任选成分,其含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.001%至约1%,优选约0.005%至约0.5%,更优选约0.01%至约0.1%。本发明组合物中适宜增白剂的实例包括4,4′-二-(2-磺基苯乙烯基)-联苯二钠(可以商品名Brightener-49从CibaSpecialty Chemicals商购获得);4,4′-二-[(4,6-二苯氨基-s-三嗪-2-基)-氨基]-2,2′二苯乙烯二磺酸二钠(可以商品名Brightener 36从Ciba Specialty Chemicals商购获得);4,4′-二-[(4-苯氨基-6-吗啉代-s-三嗪-2-基)-氨基]-2,2′-二苯乙烯二磺酸盐(可以商品名Brightener 15从Ciba Specialty Chemicals商购获得);和4,4′-二-[(4-苯氨基-6-二-2(2-羟乙基)-氨基-s-三嗪-2-基)-氨基]-2,2′-二苯乙烯二磺酸盐(可以商品名Brightener 3从Ciba SpecialtyChemicals商购获得);以及它们的混合物。
二氧化硅
任选在本发明条皂组合物中掺入硅石或二氧化硅,其含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.1%至约15%,优选约1%至约10%,并且更优选约3%至约7%。二氧化硅可以多种不同的形式获得,包括晶状二氧化硅、非晶状二氧化硅、热解法二氧化硅、沉淀二氧化硅、凝胶状二氧化硅和胶态二氧化硅。本文优选的形式是热解法二氧化硅和/或沉淀二氧化硅。
与标准研磨二氧化硅相比,增稠二氧化硅典型具有较小的粒度并在本文中是优选的。增稠二氧化硅的平均粒度优选为约9μm至约13μm,其与平均粒度为约20μm至约50μm的标准研磨二氧化硅形成对比。由于优选的增稠二氧化硅表面具有较大量的硅烷醇基团,因此它可集结水并构成适用于本发明条皂组合物的结构。硅烷醇基团趋于形成氢键,其中构成三维网络结构,在皂相中起到类似弹簧的作用,以提供良好的起泡性和良好的结构。增稠二氧化硅优选具有高吸油值(DBP),其通常指示多孔性和大表面积,并且优选大于约250(g/100g),更优选大于约300(g/100g)。
适宜增稠二氧化硅的非限制性实例包括:可从Degussa商购获得的SIDENT 22S;可从J.M.Huber Corp.商购获得的ZEODENT 165;可从Ineos Silicas商购获得的SORBOSIL TC15;可从Rhodia商购获得的TIXOSIL 43;以及可从W.R.Grace Davidson商购获得的SYLOX15X。
本发明条皂组合物中的其它任选成分包括:香料;多价螯合剂,如乙二胺四乙酸四钠(EDTA)、EHDP或它们的混合物,其含量按所述组合物的重量计典型为0.01%至1%,优选0.01%至0.05%;以及染色剂、遮光剂和珠光剂如二氧化钛;所有这些均用于增强产品的外观或美观性。
溶解于水中的本发明条皂组合物的1%溶液的pH通常为约7至约12,优选约8至约11,更优选约9至约10。
如本发明所述的条皂组合物的外观可以是透明的、半透明的或不透明的。在一个实施方案中,所述条皂组合物是不透明的。
虽然可将硼酸盐化合物,如US 6,440,908中所述的那些掺入到本发明组合物中,但是本发明条皂组合物优选不包含硼酸盐化合物。在一个实施方案中,本发明的条皂组合物不含硼酸盐化合物。
消费者可在沐浴或洗涤期间使用本发明的清洁条皂组合物来清洁皮肤。
制造方法
本发明的条皂组合物可经由本领域已知的多种不同方法来制得。优选地,本发明组合物可经由轧制方法制得,从而获得轧制条皂组合物。
制备条皂组合物的典型轧制过程包括:(a)支撑步骤,其中制得皂,(b)真空干燥步骤,其中将皂制成皂条,(c)混和步骤,其中将皂条与条皂组合物的其它成分混和,(d)轧制步骤,其中获得较均匀的混合物,(e)压制步骤,其中将皂混合物挤压成皂段,然后切成皂块,和(f)压印步骤,其中压印皂块,以获得成品条皂组合物。
水活度测试方法
水活度(“Aw”)是体系中水能态的量度。它表示组合物中的水在结构或化学上的结合紧密度。水活度(“Aw”)定义为样本上方水蒸汽压力(P)与纯水上方水蒸汽压力(P0)的比率:

可使用冷镜式露点技术来测定样本的Aw。使样本与密闭室顶部空间达到平衡,所述顶部空间包含镜子和测定镜子上冷凝物的部件。平衡时,室内空气的相对湿度与样本的水活度相同。将一束光径直照到镜子上并反射到光电探测器检测池中。当镜子上出现冷凝物时,光电探测器可自动检测到反射率的变化。将热电偶连接到镜子上,然后记录出现冷凝物时的温度。

1.检查水活度计的盛样容器,确保其在测试前是洁净且干燥的;
2.用不锈钢刀将条皂样本切成厚0.2至0.4cm的片;
3.将样本放入到水活度计容器中至0.85cm(1/3″)至1.27cm(1/2″)深。
4.用戴着手套的手指轻压样本,以确保容器底部被样本覆盖;
5.将盛样容器放回到水活度计的样品柜中,并将其上盖,并且拨动刻度盘,以启动水活度计;
6.等待平衡,直至绿色的LED闪动和/或发出嘟嘟声;和
7.记录测试温度和样本的水活度。

a用于这些实施例中的皂条具有以下近似组成:约85%的无水皂(50%牛油/30%棕榈油硬脂酸/20%棕榈仁油(或20%椰油));约0.2%的游离柠檬酸;约0.2%的柠檬酸钠;约0.05%的DPTA四钠;约0.05%的HEDP四钠;约0.6%的氯化钠;约1%的甘油;和约12%至约18%的水,余量是不能皂化的物质。这些百分比含量是按所述皂条的重量计的。
b预胶凝化淀粉可以商品名PREGEL-A M 0300得自中国天津的天津顶峰淀粉开发有限公司。
在这些实施例中,皂条可经由涉及支撑步骤和真空干燥步骤的常规方法制得。然后将皂条加入到混合机中。然后将香料、增白剂和二氧化钛成分加入到混合机中并混和约10至15秒。然后,将水、无机盐(如三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸四钠和/或硫酸镁)、游离脂肪酸(如棕榈仁油脂肪酸)、碳水化合物结构剂(如生淀粉或预胶凝化淀粉)成分加入到混合机中并混和约30至45秒。然后使此皂混合物经由常规的轧制、压制和压印步骤处理,以获得成品条皂组合物。

Claims (18)
1.一种清洁条皂组合物,所述组合物包含:
(a)按所述组合物的重量计至少15%的水;
(b)按所述组合物的重量计40%至84%的皂;
(c)按所述组合物的重量计1%至15%的无机盐;和
(d)选自由下列物质组成的组的组分:
(i)碳水化合物结构剂;
(ii)游离脂肪酸;
(iii)合成表面活性剂;和
(iv)它们的混合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述无机盐的含量按所述组合物的重量计为2%至12%。
3.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述无机盐选自由下列物质组成的组:三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸四钠、镁盐、以及它们的混合物。
4.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述无机盐包括(i)三聚磷酸钠与(ii)焦磷酸四钠或硫酸镁的混合物。
5.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述清洁条皂组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计至少20%的水。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述组分为碳水化合物结构剂,其选自由下列物质组成的组:生淀粉、预胶凝化淀粉、以及它们的混合物。
7.如权利要求6所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述碳水化合物结构剂的含量按所述组合物的重量计为1%至20%。
8.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述组分为游离脂肪酸,其选自由下列物质组成的组:牛油脂肪酸、椰油脂肪酸、棕榈油脂肪酸和棕榈仁油脂肪酸。
9.如权利要求8所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述游离脂肪酸的含量按所述组合物的重量计为0.01%至10%。
10.如权利要求8所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述游离脂肪酸为棕榈仁油脂肪酸。
11.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述组分为合成表面活性剂,其选自由下列物质组成的组:阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、以及它们的混合物。
12.如权利要求11所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述合成表面活性剂的含量按所述组合物的重量计为0.1%至20%。
13.如权利要求11所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述合成表面活性剂为月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
14.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述清洁条皂组合物为轧制条皂。
15.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述清洁条皂组合物具有小于0.95,优选小于0.90,更优选小于0.85的水活度(Aw)。
16.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述清洁条皂组合物是不透明的。
17.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述清洁条皂还包含二氧化钛。
18.一种清洁皮肤的方法,所述方法包括用如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物接触所述皮肤的步骤。
