本发明公开了一种治疗顽固性头痛、偏头痛的中药，属于中药；旨在提供一种治疗头痛的中药。它是由包含有下列重量比的原料按常规方法制成的药剂：川芎30－45份，郁金30－40份，全蝎30－50份，芒硝30－40份，樟脑3－8份。本发明具有疗程短、止痛快、疗效好、用药方便等优点；可治疗偏头痛、血管神经性头痛、三叉神经痛、眉棱骨痛、眼眶痛等多种头痛疾病。
Description
技术领域：本发明涉及一种口服中药，尤其涉及一种治疗头痛的中药。
背景技术：偏头痛又称血管性头痛、神经性头痛，它是一种反复性发作的头痛疾病，发病常有季节性，有遗传倾向；主症为头部疼痛，局限于一侧或两侧，多位于额颞、眼眶部，呈强烈跳痛、钻痛、胀裂痛，持续数小时或数天，间隔数天或数月反复发作，常伴有恶心、呕吐、流泪、多汗等症状。西医认为偏头痛的病因比较复杂，目前尚无定论；西医一般采用阿司匹林、消炎痛、西比林、脑复康等进行治疗，但西药只能缓解病痛，无法根治病情，而且西药的副作用较大。
发明内容：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本发明旨在提供一种治疗顽固性头痛、偏头痛的中药，它能够有效消除病痛、彻底根治病情。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案，它是由包括下列重量比的原料按常规方法制成的药剂：川芎30-45份，郁金30-40份，全蝎30-50份，芒硝30-40份，樟脑3-8份。
祖国医学认为，偏头痛属于偏头风、脑风、首风等范畴，其病因多由风、寒、湿三气引起，外感六淫之邪或肝阳上亢、肝肾气血亏虚，气滞、血瘀、痰灼上扰等因素所致；治宜清热，散风、化浊，滋补肝肾，活血化瘀等法。
在该技术方案中，川芎除了对动物的中枢神经有镇静作用以外还有降压和刺激平滑肌的作用，具有行气开郁，祛风燥湿，活血止痛，搜肝气，补肝血，润肝燥，补风虚等功效；主治风冷头痛旋晕，寒痹痉挛，血虚头痛等。郁金能够减轻动物主动脉及冠状动脉内膜斑块的形成及脂质沉积，可降低血胆甾醇的含量以及主动脉的重量；具有行气解郁，凉血解瘀的功效；主治胸腹血肋诸痛，失心癫狂，热病神昏，痫疾，风痰，衄血等。全蝎有抗惊厥、扩充心血管、抑制肾上腺素上升的作用，具有祛风，止痉，通络，解毒等功效；主治惊风抽搐，癫痫，中风，半身不遂，偏头痛，风湿痹痛等。芒硝有泻下等作用，具有泻热，润燥，通经络的功效；主治实热积滞，腹胀便秘，停痰积瘀，痈肿等。樟脑有兴奋中枢神经的作用，对循环系统也有作用；它具有通窍，杀虫，止痛，避秽等功效；主治心腹胀痛，跌打损伤等。
在上述组分中还可以加入下列重量比的原料而构成本发明的优选技术方案：乳香10-20份，没药10-20份，薄荷叶6-12份。
其中，乳香具有调气活血，定痛，追毒的作用；主治气血凝滞、心腹疼痛，痈疮肿毒，耳聋，中风口禁等。没药有抗菌作用，能降低血胆甾醇的含量，并能防止斑块形成；具有散血去瘀，消肿定痛的功效；主治跌损，金疮，筋骨，心腹诸痛，痈疽肿痛，心胆虚，肝血不足等。薄荷叶中含有可治头痛、神经痛的薄荷醇，具有疏风，散热，避秽，解毒，去愤气，发毒汗，破血止痢等功效；主治外感风热，头痛，目赤，咽喉肿痛，食滞气胀，中风失音，癫痫等。
在上述组分中还可以加入下列重量比的原料而构成本发明的最佳技术方案：荆芥穗40-80份，柴胡30-60份，白勺药30-90份。
其中，荆芥穗有抗结核杆菌的作用，具有发表，祛风，理血，止血的功效；主治感冒发热，头痛，头风，咽喉肿痛，中风口禁，吐血，衄血等。柴胡不仅具有解热，镇静、镇痛，抗炎、抗病原体的作用，而且还有降低血压、减慢心率的作用；有和解表里，疏肝，升阳的功效；主治寒热往来，胸满胁痛，口苦耳聋，头痛目眩，疟疾等。白勺药有抗菌作用，具有养血柔肝，缓中止痛，敛阴收汗，强五脏，补肾气等功效；主治胸腹胁肋疼痛，泻痢腹痛，自汗盗汗，血气积聚，通宣脏腑拥气，邪痛败血等。
本发明的上述三个技术方案均可制成胶囊剂，其制备方法是：将各技术方案中的诸药研为细粉，混合均匀，装入1号胶囊，每粒胶囊含药粉量约为0.4克。另外，上述三个技术方案还可按常规的工艺方法制成片剂、丸剂或散剂。
与现有技术比较，本发明为纯中药制作而成；它以具有行气开郁、祛风燥湿、活血止痛，止痉、通络、解毒，泻热、润燥，通窍、避秽等功能的川芎、郁金、全蝎、芒硝、以及樟脑五味中药作为主药；辅以具有调气活血、定痛追毒，散血去瘀、消肿定痛，疏风散热、避秽解毒等功效的乳香、没药、薄荷三味中药；并以具有祛风理血，镇静镇痛、疏肝升阳，养血柔肝、缓中止痛，强五脏、补肾气等功效的荆芥穗、柴胡以及白勺药为引君药，因此本发明不仅能够改善血管功能、郁制不良介质释放、改善脑部血液循环，而且还具有祛风散寒、清热除湿、柔肝补肾的功效，对脑神经也有较好的镇痛、镇静效果；本发明通过以上各味中药的配伍，能够达到散风化浊、泻热润燥、解痉镇痛的目的，对治疗偏头痛、血管神经性头痛、三叉神经痛、眉棱骨痛、眼眶痛等有显著疗效；经近300例临床实践，总有效率达90％以上。
服用方法(以胶囊剂为例)：日服两次，每次3粒；十天为一疗程，服2-3个疗程。
以下是本发明的典型病例：
1.白亮，男，38岁，贵州金沙县人；5年前无明显诱因出现头痛，以左侧、头顶为甚，并伴有恶心呕吐症状，夜间睡眠差；曾作脑电图及CT检查，未发现异常，近日头痛加剧前来就诊。根据患者的病症经分析属于脑风范畴，即偏头痛；给予服用本发明的胶囊剂5天的剂量，3天后复诊，患者自诉服药后2小时疼痛即消失，现已无头痛症状。嘱其再服药三日，以之巩固。
2.林秀凤，女，52岁，温州人；患长期头痛，尤以天气变化时加重，疼痛甚者如刀劈，尤以双眉弓为甚，生活已难自理；贵阳脑科医院诊断为“血管神经性头痛”，给予“西比林”、“脑复康”等治疗，但疗效不明显。三天前因天气变化头痛加重前来就诊，给予服用本发明的胶囊剂一周的剂量，一周后复诊，患者自诉疼痛明显减轻，生活已能自理。嘱其再服药一周，以之巩固；一周后再复诊，病愈。
3.赵昌群，女，33岁，贵阳人；自诉患头痛五年有余，尤以睡眠不足时或生气后加重，经常自服“头痛粉”、“散利痛”等药物，现已引起药物性胃溃疡，曾就诊于省人民医院，诊断为“血管神经性头痛”，给予“西比林”、“脑灵素”等治疗，但无明显疗效。近日病情加重前来就诊，给予服用本发明的胶囊剂一周的剂量，一周后复诊，疼痛基本消除；嘱其再服药一周，一周后再复诊，病已愈；嘱其以后头痛病再复发时服用本的胶囊剂即可。
具体实施方式：下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明：

4.根据权利要求1～3中任意一项所述的治疗顽固性头痛、偏头痛的中药，其特征在于：它是胶囊剂。
5.根据权利要求1～3中任意一项所述的治疗顽固性头痛、偏头痛的中药，其特征在于：它是片剂。
6.根据权利要求1～3中任意一项所述的治疗顽固性头痛、偏头痛的中药，其特征在于：它是丸剂。
7.根据权利要求1～3中任意一项所述的治疗顽固性头痛、偏头痛的中药，其特征在于：它是散剂。
