Abstract
本发明涉及一种轧制装置,用于在线轧制特别是通过双辊带钢连铸制造的带钢,具有至少两个轧制单元(20、30),其包括轧制带钢(11)的工作辊(21、31)和支承这些工作辊的支承辊(22、32)。工作辊和支承辊可转动地保持在轴承壳体(23、24、33、34)上。至少两个轧制单元(20、30)直接连续设置在一个单体或者多体的框式结构(15)内。因此轧制单元之间的轧制温度仅有略微差别并因此产生一种简单和低成本的结构。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轧制装置,用于在线轧制特别是通过双辊带钢连铸制造的带钢,该装置具有至少两个轧制单元,其包括轧制带钢的工作辊和支承该工作辊的支承辊,这些辊由轴承壳体可转动保持。
背景技术
采用公知的带钢连铸,特别是双辊带钢连铸或者带钢连铸,与传统的薄板坯连铸相比可以简单地连铸0.5毫米至几毫米厚度范围内的更薄带钢。因此不再需要借助热轧机或者单独的冷轧机例如像制造几个十分之一毫米厚度的薄板那样反复轧制连铸的带钢。
通过带钢连铸可以使用这种在线轧制方法,其中连铸的带钢在连铸后尚在约900℃-1200℃的热状态下就可以进行轧制,这是一种非常合理的方法。
以往的热轧机架结构非常笨重,并因此在该单元之间产生直至数米的相当大距离。由此产生的困难是,单元之间出现过高的温度损耗。
与传统的轧机相比,带钢连铸在线轧制时的带钢速度一再减少,从约20m/s降至约0.5-2.0m/s。如在传统的轧制机架上那样,轧制力非常高,从而轧制装置必须相应稳定构成。
发明内容
本发明的目的因此在于,提供一种轧制装置,该装置结构简单和成本低廉和借助该装置在最佳的时间点上轧制连铸的带钢。
该目的依据本发明由此得以实现,即至少两个轧制单元直接连续设置在一个单体或者多体的框式结构上。
利用轧制装置依据本发明的这种构成,保证轧制单元之间的轧制温度仅有略微差别并因此带钢无需为轧制进行加热,而且工作辊在高负荷下也能在要求的公差内持续进行均匀的减薄轧制。这一点在本发明的意义上通过一种简单和低成本的结构得以实现。
此外,依据本发明更换工作辊而无需中断轧制,也就是说,工作辊几乎可以在运行中进行更换。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出一个轧制装置10,用于在线轧制特别是通过双辊带钢连铸制造的带钢11,这一点如从图3也能看出的那样。该轧制装置10与产生带钢11的浇铸辊41、42以这种距离设置,使带钢11得到足够的冷却。带钢11也可以通过未详细示出的冷却壁在进入轧制装置10之前附加冷却。这种冷却壁可以这样进行控制,利用其可以将带钢的进料温度根据一种可选择的、在宽度上尽可能恒定的温度进行调整。
具有两个轧制单元20、30,它们各自具有一个处于带钢11上面和下面的工作辊21、31和各一个与该工作辊转动连接的支承辊22、32。这些工作辊21、31和支承辊22、32利用其旋转轴具有优点地处于一个与带钢11的延伸垂直分布的平面20′、30′上。工作辊21、31可与一个传动机构的所示传动辊21′、31′连接。原则上支承辊或者工作辊和支承辊二者也可以传动。
依据本发明,两个轧制单元20、30直接相继地设置在一个框式结构15上。这样做产生的优点是,一方面带钢11从一个到下个工作辊21、31仅有略微降温。此外,采用轧制装置的这种设置与传统的轧机相比需要非常少的占地面积并因此实际节省成本。
框式结构15由四个彼此相距垂直设置的立柱16、17、18和连接这些立柱的横梁14、19组成。但该框式结构也可以作为外壳或者类似外壳的框架构成,在此方面,这些辊由其环绕。这一点在将带钢保持在一个在框式外壳内部具有惰性气体室内的情况下特别适用。
各自一个支承辊22、32共同和与其转动连接的工作辊21、31从两侧转动支承在各一个轴承壳体23、24、33、34上。在这种情况下,上部和下部具有各两个轴承壳体23、33,它们通过传动立柱37与一个固定在框式结构15的上部横梁14上的传动装置36,例如电动机械或者液压调节的主轴传动装置可在与带钢11的延伸垂直分布的平面20′、30′上进行高度调节。
下部辊21、22、31、32同样两侧转动支承在各一个轴承壳体33、34上,其中,该轴承壳体33、34再连接在一个固定在框式结构15的横梁19上的一个传动装置39的传动立柱37上。
上部或下部轴承壳体23、24、33、34内侧彼此直接和外侧在各一个立柱17、18上引导。在这些轴承壳体23、33或24、34之间,具有优点地存在未详细示出的测量系统,该系统这样测量和分析处理这些轴承壳体之间在带钢11方向上作用的水平力,在超过预先规定的水平力情况下使工作辊21、31的转速一个与另一个轧制单元20、30相匹配,以便将该水平力降到零或者预先规定的水平力上。
通过借助传动装置36、39可提升或下降构成上部或下部工作辊22、32或21、31,后者可在连铸期间,也就是不中断连铸的情况下进行更换。这一点这样进行,首先将前轧制单元20和随后将后轧制单元30更换,其中,然后具有优点地在更换一个工作辊对21、31期间另外的辊对31、21以两个辊对轧制时的总量缩小连铸带钢11。
此外,具有一个轧制单元20、30附加前置的进料辊对12、13,其同样支承在框式结构15上。该进料辊对12、13用于特别是在更换工作辊时正常引导带钢11。
工作辊21、31在本发明的框架内,出于均匀磨损的目的在其轴向上可移动设置,这一点未详细示出。两个工作辊21、31优选在同一方向上可移动设置。
图3以示意图示出连铸时可转动的浇铸辊41、42、处于其间的熔池44和所生产的带钢11,该带钢形成一个环从垂直位置导入水平位置并通过导向辊12′、13′、进料辊12、13以及通过工作辊21、31引导。作为轧制单元20与带钢11产生接触的第一传动工作辊21的转速取决于浇铸辊41、42的转速,在此期间后续的传动工作辊31的转速取决于前置工作辊21的转速。因此可以取得转速的确定控制并因此轧制带钢11,而带钢11在工作辊对21、31之间不会牵伸过度或者松弛。
本发明利用上述实施例进行了足够阐述。原则上取代如图所示的框式结构,也可以使用壳式结构或者类似外壳的框架。
在一个框式结构上也可以并排设置两个以上的轧制单元。在轴承壳体之间原则上也可以具有属于框式结构的导轨。
此外,本发明不排除也可以安置两个或多个这种前后设置的轧制装置。
一个轧制单元的工作辊和支承辊的设置可以从所谓的4-Hi(如图所示)、6-Hi或者Z-Hi中选择。
Claims (12)
1.轧制装置,用于在线轧制制造的带钢,该装置具有至少两个轧制单元(20、30),其包括轧制带钢(11)的工作辊(21、31)和支承该工作辊的支承辊(22、32),这些辊可转动地保持在轴承壳体(23、24、33、34)上,由此,为各自的轧制单元(20、30)分配一个处于带钢(11)上面和下面的工作辊(21、31)和各一个与该工作辊转动连接的支承辊(22、32),其中工作辊和支承辊各通过其旋转轴处于一个与带钢(11)的延伸部垂直分布的平面(20′、30′)上;其特征在于,
至少两个轧制单元(20、30)直接地相继设置在一个单体或者多体的框式结构(15)内;
由此,各自的支承辊(22、32)与转动连接的工作辊(21、31)一起从两侧转动地支承在各一个轴承壳体(23、24、33、34)上,其中,各自的轴承壳体(23、24、33、34)通过一个传动装置,可在与带钢(11)的延伸部垂直分布的平面(20′、30′)上进行高度调节。
2.按权利要求1所述的轧制装置,其特征在于,用于高度可调节壳体的传动装置由液压控制的主轴传动装置制成。
3.按权利要求1所述的轧制装置,其特征在于,轧制单元(20、30)的上部或下部轴承壳体(23、24、33、34)彼此引导并在其之间设有测量系统,该测量系统这样测量和分析处理这些轴承壳体(23、24、33、34)之间在带钢方向上作用的水平力,在超过预先规定的水平力情况下使工作辊(22、32)的转速从一个轧制单元(20、30)与另一个轧制单元进行调节,以便将该水平力降到零或者预先规定的水平力上。
4.按前述权利要求1所述的轧制装置,其特征在于,框式结构(15)由四个彼此相距垂直设置的立柱(16、17、18)和连接这些立柱的横梁(14、19)组成,其中,轴承壳体(23、24、33、34)成对地在两个立柱(16、17、18)之间垂直引导。
5.按权利要求1所述的轧制装置,其特征在于,附加具有一个在轧制单元(20、30)前置的进料辊对(12、13),其支承在框式结构(15)上。
6.按权利要求1所述的轧制装置,其特征在于,穿过轧制单元(20、30)的带钢(11)可通过惰性化的保护气体屏蔽。
7.按权利要求1所述的轧制装置,其特征在于,轧制单元(20、30)的前面具有至少一个通过带钢(11)的总宽度作用的冷却壁,其可这样控制,由此使带钢(11)的进料温度可以调整到轧制单元(20、30)内。
8.按权利要求1所述的轧制装置,其特征在于,两个轧制单元(20、30)之一的工作辊(21、31)在连铸期间可以更换。
9.按权利要求1所述的轧制装置,其特征在于,工作辊(21、31)出于达到均匀磨损的目的在其轴向上可移动地设置,其中,两个工作辊在同一方向上可移动地设置。
10.按权利要求1所述的轧制装置,其特征在于,框式结构(15)设计为一个外壳。
11.按权利要求1所述的轧制装置,其特征在于,作为与带钢(11)产生接触的第一工作辊对(21)的转速取决于浇铸辊的转速和后续工作辊对(31)的转速取决于前置工作辊对(21)的转速。
12.按权利要求1所述的轧制装置,其特征在于,具有各自至少两个轧制单元(20、30)的多个这种框式结构(15)前后设置。
