Description
本发明涉及液体/凝胶形式的清洁用组合物。更具体地讲,本发明涉及个人洗涤用的液体清洁用组合物,使用便宜且广泛可得的组分增稠,同时提供消费者所需的实用性能。
在一些应用包括洗衣、个人洗涤应用(例如洗面和洗浴)以及清洁硬表面(如厨房瓷砖和器具)中,许多消费者优选液体/凝胶状态的清洁用组合物。根据具体的应用,现有技术已提出多种配方。
除了配方需提供良好清洁的基本要求以外,消费者还优选具有足够稠度的组合物。增稠的液体清洁用组合物使得消费者感觉清洁效果强。重要的是,较高的粘度使得易从包装中分配,而不会溢出、渗漏以及困扰消费者的其他问题。
以前通过掺入较高含量的表面活性剂来增稠液体清洁用组合物,所述表面活性剂可例如为皂类或非皂类活性剂。或者使用聚合物使所述组合物结构化。为液体清洁用组合物提供稠度的这类方法需要使用昂贵的原料,如聚合物和额外的表面活性剂,增加了配方的成本。
本发明者意外地发现,包含两种类型的表面活性剂(即阴离子型和两性/两性离子型表面活性剂)的特定组合的组合物可使用含硼化合物和多元醇的混合物结构化。但是,当仅存在这些表面活性剂中的一种,或者存在任何其他类型的表面活性剂的组合时,未观察到这种行为。
US 5468414(P&G,1995)描述了一种包含以下物质的液体洗涤剂组合物:硼酸-多元醇(boric-polyol)络合物;活性蛋白水解酶;选自脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶及其混合物的第二种酶;选自阴离子和非离子及其混合物的表面活性剂以及α-羟基酸助洗剂,其中所述多元醇为连位多元醇。硼酸-多元醇络合物用于增加酶体系的功效,确保蛋白水解酶不会不利地影响其他酶的作用。但是,本公开未教导向包含阴离子和两性/两性离子表面活性剂的表面活性剂体系中掺入硼-多元醇(boron-polyol)络合物以诱导结构化的优势。
EP 0080223(Unilever,1982)描述了一种包含洗涤剂活性物质、包含特定量和比例的(a)硼酸和碱金属硼酸盐与(b)多元醇或多官能的氨基化合物的混合物的酶稳定体系的含水酶液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述酶稳定体系还包含还原碱金属盐。该公开还描述了一种改进的酶稳定体系,但没有教导在特定的阴离子-两性/两性离子表面活性剂混合物中使用硼-多元醇络合物结构化。
因此,本发明的一个目标为能提供一种液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,所述组合物可使用易得到的材料增稠,成本较低,因此制备更经济。
本发明的另一个目标为能提供一种液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,盖组合物除了被增稠以外,还能提供消费者所需的其他感觉特征,例如使用时的手感、泡沫及温和性。
本发明的第一方面提供了一种液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,所述组合物包含:
(a)0.5%-50%的阴离子表面活性剂和两性/两性离子表面活性剂的混合物;
(b)1%-65%的至少一种多元醇和含硼化合物的混合物;和
(c)水。
本发明的一个优选的方面提供了一种液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,所述组合物包含:
(a)0.5%-50%的阴离子表面活性剂和两性/两性离子表面活性剂的混合物;
(b)1%-65%的至少一种多元醇和含硼化合物的混合物;
(c)0.1%-20%的选自具有氧化硫阴离子的还原碱金属盐的抗氧化剂;和
(d)水。
特别优选所述多元醇包含多于两个羟基。
本发明的另一方面提供了一种制备液体/凝胶清洁用组合物的方法,所述组合物包含:
(a)0.5%-50%的阴离子表面活性剂和两性/两性离子表面活性剂的混合物;
(b)1%-65%的至少一种多元醇和含硼化合物的混合物;和
(c)水;
所述方法包括将表面活性剂的水溶液与多元醇和含硼化合物混合的步骤。
本发明提供了一种包含表面活性剂的混合物的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物。所述表面活性剂的混合物包含一种或多种阴离子表面活性剂和一种或多种两性或两性离子表面活性剂。所述表面活性剂的混合物使用多元醇和含硼化合物的混合物增稠。虽然本发明可用于制备用于任何应用的液体/凝胶组合物,例如洗衣、硬表面清洁或个人清洁,但特别优选用于个人洗涤用途,例如洗面或洗浴。
通过将含硼化合物(例如硼砂或硼酸)与多元醇混合制备硼-多元醇混合物,优选所述多元醇具有多于两个羟基,优选选自甘油、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、甘露醇、单糖、二糖或具有活性羟基或氨基(给电子基团)的任何其他多元醇。优选含硼化合物与多元醇的混合比率为1∶12-1∶1,更优选为1∶5-1∶2,更优选为1∶5至1∶大于2。优选该混合物的总量为所述组合物重量的1%-60%,更优选为3%-20%,还更优选为5%-15%。
用于所述组合物的表面活性剂包含一种或多种阴离子表面活性剂和一种或多种两性/两性离子表面活性剂。表面活性剂存在的量为所述组合物重量的0.5%-50%,更优选为1%-30%,还更优选为3%-20%。优选阴离子表面活性剂存在的量为所述组合物重量的0.25%-40%,更优选为0.5%-20%,还更优选为2%-15%。优选两性/两性离子表面活性剂存在的量为所述组合物重量的0.2%-20%,更优选为0.3%-15%,还更优选为0.5%-10%。
优选组合物中阴离子表面活性剂与(两性/两性离子)表面活性剂的重量比率为160∶1-1∶3,更优选为60∶1-1∶2。
阴离子表面活性剂可为皂类或非皂类。术语“皂”是指羧酸脂肪酸的盐。所述皂可衍生自常用于皂类生产的任何甘油三酯,因此皂中的羧酸根阴离子通常可包含8-22个碳原子。术语“总脂肪物质”通常缩写为TFM,用于表示存在于皂中的脂肪酸和甘油三酯残基的重量百分比,不计及伴随的阳离子。
对于具有18个碳原子的皂,伴随的钠阳离子通常总计约8%重量。如果需要,可使用其他阳离子,例如锌、钾、镁、烷基铵和铝。
可通过皂化脂肪和/或脂肪酸来制得皂。通常用于皂类生产的脂肪或油脂可例如为牛油、牛油硬脂精、棕榈油、棕榈硬脂精、豆油、鱼油、蓖麻油、米糠油、向日葵油、椰子油、巴巴苏油、棕榈仁油等。在上述方法中,脂肪酸衍生自选自椰子、米糠、花生、牛油、棕榈、棕榈仁、棉子、大豆、蓖麻等的油脂/脂肪。脂肪酸皂还可通过合成制备(例如通过氧化石油或通过费-托法氢化一氧化碳)。可使用树脂酸,例如那些存在于妥尔油中的树脂酸。环烷酸也是合适的。
牛油脂肪酸可衍生自各种动物来源,且通常包含约1%-8%的肉豆蔻酸、约21%-32%的棕榈酸、约14%-31%的硬脂酸、约0-4%的棕榈油酸、约36%-50%的油酸和约0-5%的亚油酸。通常的分布是2.5%的肉豆蔻酸、29%的棕榈酸、23%的硬脂酸、2%的棕榈油酸、41.5%的油酸和3%的亚油酸。还可包括其他类似的混合物,例如衍生自棕榈油的那些物质和衍生自各种动物牛油和猪油的那些物质。
椰子油是指碳链长度分布大致如下的脂肪酸混合物:8%的C8、7%的C10、48%的C12、17%的C14、8%的C16、2%的C18、7%的油酸和2%的亚油酸(前六种所列的脂肪酸为饱和的)。具有类似碳链长度分布的其他来源(例如棕榈仁油和巴巴苏仁油)也包括在术语椰子油中。
典型的脂肪酸共混物由5%-30%的椰子脂肪酸和70%-95%的脂肪酸例如硬化米糠油组成。衍生自其他合适的油脂/脂肪(例如花生、大豆、牛油、棕榈、棕榈仁等)的脂肪酸也可以其他所需的比例使用。
一类合适的阴离子合成表面活性剂为在分子结构中具有包含8-22个碳原子的支链或直链烷基或在烷基部分包含6-20个碳原子的烷基芳基的有机硫酸单酯和磺酸的水溶性盐。
此类阴离子表面活性剂的实例有以下水溶性盐:
-长链(即8-22个碳原子)醇硫酸盐(下文中称为PAS),特别是那些得自硫酸化由牛油或椰子油制备的脂肪醇或衍生自石油的合成醇得到的硫酸盐;
-烷基苯磺酸盐,例如那些其中烷基包含6-20个碳原子的烷基苯磺酸盐;
-仲烷基磺酸盐。
同样合适的还有以下盐:
-烷基甘油基醚硫酸盐,特别是衍生自牛油和椰子油的脂肪醇的醚的硫酸盐;
-脂肪酸单甘油酯硫酸盐;
-包含1-12个氧乙烯基的乙氧基化的脂族醇的硫酸盐;
-每分子中含有1-8个乙烯氧基单元的烷基酚氧乙烯基醚硫酸盐,其中烷基包含4-14个碳原子;
-用羟乙磺酸酯化脂肪酸,并用碱中和的反应产物。
可用的合适的两性表面活性剂化合物为包含具有8-18个碳原子的烷基和被阴离子水增溶基团取代的脂族基团的脂族仲和叔胺的衍生物,例如3-十二烷基氨基丙酸钠、3-十二烷基氨基丙磺酸钠和N-2-羟基十二烷基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠。特别优选的两性表面活性剂包括烷基甜菜碱和烷基酰氨基丙基甜菜碱。

任选抗氧化剂包含在本发明的组合物中。如果包含抗氧化剂,则优选抗氧化剂选自具有氧化硫阴离子的还原碱金属盐。优选的抗氧化剂包括碱金属亚硫酸盐、碱金属亚硫酸氢盐、碱金属焦亚硫酸盐和碱金属硫代硫酸盐,优选的碱金属为钠和钾。特别优选的抗氧化剂为焦亚硫酸钠。优选抗氧化剂存在的量为所述组合物重量的0.1%-20%,更优选为0.2%-10%。
如果配制所述组合物用于个人洗涤,可掺入有益剂,例如湿润剂、增湿剂、润肤剂、防晒剂或防老化合物。合适的湿润剂的实例有多元醇、甘油、十六烷醇、卡巴普、乙氧基化的蓖麻油、石蜡油、羊毛脂及其衍生物。还可包含聚硅氧烷化合物,例如聚硅氧烷表面活性剂如DC3225C(Dow Corning)和/或聚硅氧烷润肤剂、硅油(DC-200,购自Dow Corning)。合适的防晒剂包括4-叔丁基-4′-甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷(商品名PARSOL 1789,购自Givaudan)和/或甲氧基肉桂酸2-乙基己酯(商品名PARSOL MCX,购自Givaudan)或其他UV-A和UV-B防晒剂。还可使用水溶性二元醇,例如丙二醇、乙二醇或甘油,含量最高达10%。
无机颗粒相不是配方的基本组分,但可掺入无机颗粒相,特别是对于硬表面清洁用组合物和出于成本效益方面考虑。优选颗粒相包含不溶于水的颗粒结构化剂和/或研磨剂。
可掺入其他添加剂,例如一种或多种水不溶性颗粒物质,例如多糖,例如淀粉或改性淀粉或纤维素。类似地,可掺入0-5%含量的酶和漂白剂。但是,在非常优选的实施方案中,所述组合物不含(例如包含少于约0.001%的)酶。
根据所需的最终应用,可任选掺入最高达10%重量的常规的少量添加剂组分,优选所述添加剂选自酶、抗再沉积剂、荧光增白剂、着色剂、防腐剂和香料以及漂白剂、漂白前体、漂白稳定剂、螯合剂、去污剂(通常为聚合物)和其他聚合物。
本发明的另一方面提供了一种制备本发明的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物的方法,所述方法包括将表面活性剂的水溶液与多元醇和含硼化合物的含水混合物混合。
或者可将表面活性剂的水溶液与多元醇混合,随后加入含硼化合物。当抗氧化剂包含在组合物中时,优选将抗氧化剂与多元醇和含硼化合物的混合物混合,随后与表面活性剂溶液混合。虽然可在各组分热稳定的任何温度下进行混合操作,但优选在25-90℃,更优选为50-80℃下进行混合。
借助于本发明的典型的非限制性的实施例,以及借助于在本发明范围之外制备的组合物的比较结果来说明本发明。
实施例
使用以下方法制备清洁用组合物。
在烧杯中,取待使用的各表面活性剂的量,并与待使用的总水量的50%混合。将混合物在水浴中加热至70℃。在一个单独的烧杯中,将含硼化合物和多元醇与剩余的水混合,并加热至70℃。当存在抗氧化剂时,将抗氧化剂加至盛有含硼化合物和多元醇的烧杯中。将两个烧杯中的内含物混合在一起约15分钟,随后将混合物保持在70℃下。随后将混合物冷却至25℃,适当补充因蒸发而损耗的水。随后将该组合物于25℃下保持24小时。随后使用DV II布鲁克菲尔德粘度计,使用RV4转子在4rpm下测定组合物的粘度。
使用本发明所选的表面活性剂制备的各种组合物概述于表1。使用焦亚硫酸钠再结构化的本发明的组合物及相应的粘度数据概述于表2。其中表面活性剂的混合物为本发明范围之外的组合的各种组合物及其粘度数据说明并概述于表3。

Claims (14)
1.一种液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,所述组合物包含:
(a)0.5%-50%的阴离子表面活性剂和两性/两性离子表面活性剂的混合物;
(b)1%-65%的至少一种多元醇和含硼化合物的混合物;和
(c)水。
2.权利要求1的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,其中所述多元醇包含多于两个羟基。
3.权利要求1或权利要求2的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,其中所述多元醇选自甘油、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、甘露醇、单糖和二糖。
4.上述权利要求中任一项的液体/凝胶清洁周组合物,其中所述含硼化合物为硼酸或硼砂。
5.上述权利要求中任一项的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,其中所述含硼化合物与所述多元醇存在的比率为1∶12-1∶1。
6.权利要求5的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,其中所述比率为1∶5至1∶大于2。
7.上述权利要求中任一项的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,其中所述含硼化合物和所述多元醇存在的量为所述组合物重量的3%-20%。
8.权利要求7的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,其中所述含硼化合物和所述多元醇存在的量为5%-15%。
9.上述权利要求中任一项的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,其中所述表面活性剂存在的量为所述组合物重量的1%-30%。
10.上述权利要求中任一项的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,其中所述阴离子和所述两性/两性离子表面活性剂存在的比率为60∶1-1∶2。
11.上述权利要求中任一项的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,其中所述组合物包含0.1%-20%的选自具有氧化硫阴离子的还原碱金属盐的抗氧化剂。
12.权利要求11的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,其中所述抗氧化剂为焦亚硫酸钠。
13.上述权利要求中任一项的液体/凝胶清洁用组合物,其中所述组合物不含酶。
14.一种制备液体/凝胶清洁用组合物的方法,所述组合物包含:
(a)0.5%-50%的阴离子表面活性剂和两性/两性离子表面活性剂的混合物;
(b)1%-65%的至少一种多元醇和含硼化合物的混合物;和
(c)水;
所述方法包括将表面活性剂的水溶液与多元醇和含硼化合物混合的步骤。
