Abstract

静态混合器
技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于两种成分的静态混合器,其包括入口部分和内部设置有混合元件的壳体。
背景技术
很长时间以来就已经知道通过静态混合器来混合两种物质,大部分静态混合器包括如在本发明申请人的US-A-5 609 271中所述的螺旋混合元件。在这种原理中,两种物质通过重复的移动而彼此混合。为了实现高质量的混合,混合器的不同参数以多种方式来确定,例如混合元件的几何形状、混合元件的数目和混合器直径。在静态类型的混合器中,层流通常用于具有中粘性到高粘性的介质。这同样适用于具有例如1-2mm的非常小直径的混合器以及具有低粘性的成分。
特别地,如果待混合量非常小,例如在逐滴分配的情形中,使用具有传统混合元件的混合器是有问题的,因为特别是对于具有不同粘性及相应的表面张力的成分而言,不再能够获得足够彻底的混合效果。特别是在医药领域,这可能会导致严重的问题。
而且,在现有技术中已知的是具有带一个或多个孔的盘状混合元件的混合器。
GB-A-1 188 516公开了一种具有一叠盘的混合器,这些盘设置在混合器壳体中并具有相应的孔,这些盘设置为使得这些孔互相之间转动偏移了180°。
US-A-2 125 245公开了一种具有板的乳剂装置,这些板设置在壳体中并且每个板具有多个小开口或者一个较大开口。
US-A-5 968 018公开了一种具有一叠盘的细胞分离设备,这些盘每个具有一个孔,这些盘设置为使得这些孔互相之间转动偏移180°。
US-A1-2003/0179648公开了一种具有混合室的混合器,在混合室之间可设置传统的混合螺旋等。
US-A-4 068 830公开了一种带有混合螺旋的传统的混合器,在混合螺旋之间设置有穿孔板。
这些混合器中没有一个针对小分配体积。
发明内容
在现有技术的基础上,本发明的目的是提供一种具有混合元件的混合器,该混合器在非常小分配体积时同样确保两种物质彻底混合。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的混合器1的纵向剖视面,该混合器紧固到两成分筒2并且具有带有入口部分4的壳体3。在圆筒形的壳体部分5中设置有不同类型的混合元件。在混合元件的中间部分,设置有传统的混合螺旋6,该混合螺旋的两侧是新型的混合元件7,还参见图2和3。
新型混合元件7设计为剪切板并包括盘8,该盘紧固到轴毂9并具有通道10。特别如图2所示,通道10设置在使得每个通道相对于相邻通道转动偏离例如180°。通道的形状选择为使得液体分别承受高速度或者剪切应力,从而形成后续的涡流并确保即使最小量也会有较好的混合。然而,具体形状不限制于所示出的形状并可与其不同。
在由多个剪切板施加的剪切和回旋作用后,在下面的传统混合螺旋中开始通过移动进行混合的过程,以便实现各成分在整个横截面上可能的最佳扩散。
在根据图1的示例性实施方式中,如从入口处观察,四个剪切板后是五个传统的混合螺旋,随后又是四个剪切板。在图5中,示出另一顺序,其中例如五个螺旋后是四个剪切板,接着又是五个混合螺旋。这两种示例性实施方式的意思是表示混合螺旋和剪切板可按需组合,使得混合器能够最优地适用于待混合的材料并适用于几何形状条件。
在混合器的入口部分4中,混合器包括两个入口11和12,所述两个入口在该示例性实施方式中被推入到筒2的出口13和14中。混合器入口部分4还包括筒上的锁定元件15和混合器入口部分上相应的锁定元件16。锁定元件还可具有卡口类型。
在图4中,在立体图中示出不同的混合元件,其中可以看出带通道10的剪切板7和传统的螺旋6。在图4中,可看到在该实施例中,第一剪切板7A的板通道10A与入口11和12的排出口对准。从而,剪切板通道10的纵轴线基本上与两个入口的排出口的连接线一致。然而,剪切板通道的纵轴线相对于出口的指向也可以不同,例如与其垂直。
还示出混合器入口部分由连接构件20连接到混合元件,并可与其一体地形成为单件。
来自筒2的两个存储容器17和18的两种物质在压力下传送到混合器入口。在连接构件20和第一剪切板之间的空间19内,两种物质相遇并一起受压而通过剪切板7A的通道10A。剪切板通道的形状影响剪切应力以及涡流的形成,并且可提供两种物质更好的混合。
正如引言中所指出的那样,能够合适地使用具有合适通道的混合板用于具有不同粘性的混合介质,特别是非常小的量需要逐滴分配时。更具体地,混合元件的直径可以是约1mm的量级。
本发明,即剪切板的设置,不限制于示例性的圆柱形状。混合器壳体及其容纳混合元件的中空部分,还有混合元件和剪切板都可具有其它形状和横截面,例如矩形或正方形。而且,剪切板可包括一个以上的剪切板通道,并且通道的形状例如可为圆形、椭圆形或者楔形、矩形、或三角形。

Claims (5)

1.用于两种成分的静态混合器,包括具有入口部分的壳体和设置在所述壳体中的混合元件,其中至少一个混合元件是混合螺旋,其特征在于,额外地设置有至少一组包括至少两个盘形剪切板(7、7A)形式的混合元件,所述剪切板的每个盘(8)具有至少一个通道(10、10A)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的静态混合器,其特征在于,所述混合器壳体包括一组剪切板(7),相继的剪切板的通道(10、10A)相互转动偏移一个角度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的静态混合器,其特征在于,所述角度为180°。
4.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的静态混合器,其特征在于,剪切板的组和混合螺旋的组彼此交替地设置。
5.根据权利要求1到4中任一项所述的静态混合器,其特征在于,入口侧上的第一剪切板(7A)的通道(10A)与混合器入口(11、12)的排出口对准,所述剪切板通道(10A)的纵轴线基本上与这两个入口的排出口之间的连接线一致或者与其垂直。
