Description

Personal integrated network service and information system facing mobile terminal user
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless mobile communication and internet communication, and more particularly, to a personal integrated network service and information system for mobile terminal users.
Background
At present, the popularity of mobile phones has been high. Taking china as an example, the number of mobile phones in china (excluding hong kong and taiwan) has reached 4.4 billion households by 2006, and this number is still growing rapidly. Mobile phones have unknowingly changed people's lifestyle and become an indispensable tool for people's daily life and work.
The increasing number of huge mobile users brings great market opportunities and great profits to mobile operators and mobile value-added service providers. In order to meet market demand, new mobile services are continuously being launched. In addition to the conventional voice service, currently, the most representative service among data services should belong to a short message service. In fact, the short message service has become one of 2.5G mace services. Following the traditional text short message service, people have also introduced multimedia message (multimedia message) services. After the business is released, its traffic volume is increasing. It is expected that multimedia information services will soon become a new last resort service as 3G is deployed and the rate of wireless access is increasing. In addition to telephone, short message and multimedia message, the traffic volume of mobile e-mail, mobile blog, etc. is also rapidly increasing.
The continuous increase of the terminal media information volume puts increasingly higher demands on the processing capability, display function, storage space, and the like of the mobile terminal (also referred to as a mobile phone in this specification). In order to meet the requirements of mobile users for multimedia access and multimedia information browsing, mobile terminal developers are continuously pushing new powerful mobile phones to the market. While mobile terminal developers are willing to continually push new handsets to profit, it is impractical for most ordinary users to change mobile terminals frequently. In order to solve these problems, people have started to look at network storage and network browsing of mobile phone information, and there are several published patents. For example, regarding the short message service, the application No. 200510002484 of Beijing post and telecommunications university discloses a system and method for automatically saving and inquiring the short message of the user through a short message transceiving system. The short messages sent and received by the user can be recorded on the server of the system. The user can manage the short message of the user by a Web browsing mode or logging in the system by a mobile phone. The system provides classification and download services, and is convenient for users to store short message diaries into a computer. Application No. 02134697 of Tencent science and technology Limited discloses a method for realizing instant intercommunication of multimedia short messages with a mobile terminal through the Internet. LG electronic corporation's application No. 01115953 discloses a method of generating multimedia events using short message services. Regarding short message search, application No. 200410074537 of beijing communications technologies limited discloses a method for internet information search using short message service. Regarding mobile phone e-mail, application No. 03119473 of limited company of Beijing unlimited communication technology discloses a method for completing real-time mobile e-mail delivery by using mobile phone short message and mobile IP network. With the increasing amount of information sent and received by the mobile phone, the defects that the functions of terminal storage, processing and display are not strong enough can be relieved to a certain extent through network storage and browsing the information stored on the network by using a computer on the internet.
With the rapid development of the internet access service of the mobile phone, the continuous enhancement of the functions of the mobile terminal and the continuous improvement of the mobile access speed, the behavior of people directly accessing the internet by using the mobile phone becomes very common. In addition, with the development of multimedia information services, users are increasingly using mobile terminals to transmit and receive multimedia information. However, due to the limitations of cost, size, etc., even considering the increasing enhancement of the functions of mobile phones and the rapid progress of memory technology, it is very difficult to satisfy the increasing demands of people for the functions and memory capacity of mobile phones. With the existing technology, although mobile users can store short messages or e-mails to a network server and access the information through the internet, such a single service is far from satisfying the user's needs. For example, after a user accesses the internet through a mobile phone, downloaded files need to be stored as data, the downloaded data often has a large capacity and needs to be stored for a long time, and the data occupies a limited storage space quickly when being stored by a mobile phone. For another example, a user may take a large number of pictures of scenery or videos with a mobile phone or a digital camera having a shooting function during a tour and a sightseeing, and the information needs to be stored, and few people will carry a notebook computer during the tour, so that the user can only worry about deleting some pictures or videos, or recording and taking some pictures less because the carried memory is limited. For another example, due to a specific requirement, a user may need to automatically record all voice or video calls of his terminal for a certain period of time (e.g., within a month or more), and existing mobile phones or proposed technologies cannot meet these requirements.
Therefore, there is a need for a mobile end-user oriented personal integrated network service and information system that can meet the above-mentioned functional and storage needs of the end-user.

In the integrated service and information system, the integrated information and service platform server adopts server-side software to provide integrated service and information network-side service for users; and client software is adopted at the client, binds the terminal user with the personal access area, and provides the terminal user with a function of safely accessing the personal access area of the integrated service and information platform. Providers of integrated information and services provide users with secure storage and secure access to private data. The user will obtain the digital certificate and the client software for the service provider to access the service after registering with the service provider, and the use of the digital certificate and the client software can ensure the user to safely access the server
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating secure access to an integrated services information platform server via the Internet using client software provided by the integrated services and information platform service provider. The integrated services and information platform client 205 is connected to the integrated services information platform server 201 via the digital certificate and security module 204, the internet 203, and the digital certificate and security module 202. The integrated service and information platform client 205 is typically a terminal device, such as a personal PC, a PDA, a portable terminal, etc., which can be connected to and access the internet. The integrated services and information platform server 201 is a server having the integrated services and information platform 107 described above. The integrated services and information platform client 205 may log into the integrated services and information platform server 201 via authentication of the digital certificate and security modules 204, 202, thereby enabling secure access to a personal access area therein, enabling personalized private services, or accessing a public access area such as a personal home page or a mobile blog. When the user accesses the public access area, the requirement of security can be reduced properly, for example, the user can access the public access area through the Web by using the user name and the password of the user.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a mobile terminal accessing an integrated service and information platform through a mobile network. As shown in fig. 3, the mobile terminal 305 is connected to the integrated service platform server 301 through the digital certificate & security module 304, the internet 303, and the digital certificate & security module 302. The integrated service and information platform server 301 is a server provided with the integrated service and information platform 107. The mobile terminal 305 can log in to the integrated service and information platform server 301 through the authentication of the digital certificate and security modules 304 and 302, so as to perform secure access to a personal access area therein, complete personalized private services, or access to a public access area such as a personal homepage or a mobile blog. When the user accesses the public access area, the requirement of security can be reduced properly, for example, the user can access the public access area through the Web by using the user name and the password of the user.
In addition, the user can use the mobile terminal to access the integrated service and information platform server in a direct internet access mode, and can also use the short message instruction defined by the user to access the data on the integrated service and information platform server relatively simply. Meanwhile, the comprehensive service and information platform can also send an instruction to the mobile terminal in a short message mode to control the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal and the integrated service and information platform perform mutual access through short messages as shown in fig. 4. The user first defines his own short message command using the command definition system provided by the integrated service and information platform, the command related to the mobile station will be transmitted to the mobile terminal through the mobile access switching network 403 to inform the short message command interpreter 404 at the mobile terminal side, and the mobile terminal 405 will store the related command set. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that these instructions may be sent to the user, but may not be displayed to the user. The short message instruction interpreter 404 at the mobile terminal side stores the short message instruction and is responsible for generating an instruction menu for the convenience of the user (the mobile terminal may need to use a password to access the menu to secure the instruction set). All the instructions defined by the user are stored in a short message instruction interpreter of the integrated service and information platform, and the short message interpreter is responsible for interpreting and executing the short message instructions. When the mobile terminal accesses the integrated service and information platform using a short message command, the mobile terminal 405 transmits a menu command, which is translated into a command through a short message command interpreter 404 at the mobile terminal side, and transmitted to a short message command interpreter 402 at the server side through a mobile access switching network 403, and the interpreter 402 interprets and executes the corresponding command. Such as fetching a specified piece of multimedia information from the server side to the terminal. The user can also send a short message instruction to the mobile terminal from the server side to instruct the mobile terminal to complete a specified action, such as terminal disabling (the function can be used when the mobile phone is lost). The short message instruction is sent to the mobile terminal from the server side, which is the reverse process of the process that the mobile terminal accesses the integrated service and the information platform by using the short message instruction.
The integrated services and information platform 107 runs on an integrated services and information platform server 201, 301 or 401 to which users can connect using mobile terminals through a mobile access switching network or using any computer on the Internet. The integrated services and information platform provides integrated services for each mobile user authorized to use the platform. Referring to FIG. 5, the integrated services and information platform 107 provides two areas of access for individuals, a personal access area 501 and a public access area 502. The personal access area 501, which implements user personalized services and stores private data, includes three main modules: a terminal service module 5010, a terminal control module 5011, and a platform resource management module 5012. The public access area 502 contains data that an individual would like to disclose to the general public, such as an individual's home page and an individual's mobile blog 5020.
Basic functions and services provided by integrated services and information platform
Since the server is powerful, the mobile terminal actually has a powerful background computer when the integrated service and information platform 107 is used, so that various services can be conveniently provided to the user. At the same time, it is easier to add new functions and services.
A description will now be given of the structure of the integrated service and information platform and its functions and services. The integrated services and information platform 107 integrates services and information as shown in FIG. 5. The following describes each of the modules:
personal access area module 501
The personal access area 501 is bound with the mobile terminal for storing user's personal important information and private information and providing personalized services. The integrated services and information platform provides users with secure access to the regional data. Wherein:
A. and the terminal service module is used for providing comprehensive service for the mobile terminal. The system comprises the following modules:
1. file storage module
The file storage function provided by the system is a basic function of the integrated service and information system. The user can store files in any format suitable for text, audio and video stored by the computer, including application software capable of running on the platform, in a personal access area, and the files can be accessed by the user at any time and any place through a mobile terminal or the internet. The system provides two storage modes of ordinary safety and advanced safety for users. The user can save the file data on the server by mixing and using the two storage modes or by using one mode of the two storage modes or all the two storage modes according to the requirement of the user. And using common safe storage, storing the plaintext information of the user by the server, and ensuring the storage and access safety of the user information by the service provider. With advanced security storage, in addition to the storage and access security guaranteed by the service provider, the following security safeguards are provided: when the user stores information to the server, the client module converts the user file into a ciphertext by using the user key, and then transmits and stores the ciphertext to the server; when the user reads the information, the server security module reads and transmits the ciphertext to the client, and the client security module recovers the ciphertext into a plaintext by using the user key. Ciphertext stored using the advanced security per storage approach can only be interpreted by the key holder, and thus this approach provides users with exceptional security storage and access.
2. Search information storage module
By using the module, the information searched by the user by using the mobile terminal can be saved on the server. Therefore, the data can be preserved for a long time. This function can be seen as a sub-function of file storage. But this function is listed separately considering that users have a greater chance of using a search engine.
3. Short message storage module
The short message storage function provided by the short message storage device can also be regarded as a sub-function of the file storage function. Since the user may use the short message service very frequently, a special short message storage function is developed to facilitate management of the short message.
4. Multimedia information storage module
The multimedia information storage function provided by the system can also be regarded as a sub-function of the file storage function. Since a user may have many special requirements for multimedia information, for example, the user may wish to be able to easily produce and manage multimedia information. Thus, the system provides specialized multimedia information management for the user.
After the user receives a piece of multimedia information, the network stores the multimedia information to the server preferentially, and sends a text message to the mobile terminal to prompt the user (of course, the user can change the priority order of the system to make the information preferentially transmitted to the mobile terminal). If the user is using the common computer to surf the internet at the moment, the user can browse the multimedia information by directly accessing the integrated service and information system, so that the information does not need to be transmitted to the mobile terminal, and the wireless channel resource is saved. Similarly, when the mobile user sends the multimedia information, if the information has backup in the server, the mobile terminal can send an instruction to the server to send the multimedia information from the server. Thus, the transmitting end saves radio channel resources.
5. Self-manufacture information influence factor recording module
The integrated service and information platform provides a multimedia production tool for a user, can provide a copyright label and author unique identification information for the user in a digital signature mode, and can register multimedia information of the user. When a piece of registered multimedia information is forwarded in the network, the network can recognize the author information of the information and count the number of times of forwarding. The number of times a registered message is forwarded in the network within a specified time (e.g., half a year) is defined as the impact factor of the message. The network may provide the impact factor information to the information producer. If the service provider applies the influence factor information properly, a large number of idle mobile users can be stimulated to make multimedia information, and the multimedia short message service volume is increased. Meanwhile, the service provider may design a large number of value-added services using the impact factor information.
6. Electronic mail module
The integrated service and information platform provides email services for users.
7. Charging and call recording module
For the convenience of the user, the service provider may provide the user with the communication record of the mobile terminal and the billing information record in the integrated service and information platform.
8. Voice recording module
Due to certain special needs (e.g. as forensic evidence) the user may need to automatically record all voice calls of his mobile terminal for a certain period of time, such as a month or more. The user may apply to enable and disable the functionality using the integrated services and information platform. The recording file is stored on the server and can be downloaded and used by the user. The platform operator retains a digital signature of the sound recording file and may provide the digital signature to the user to ensure the authenticity of the file.
9. And the voice response and message leaving module is used for providing voice response and message leaving service for the user.
10. And the call transfer module is used for providing a call transfer service for the user.
11. Video telephone recording module
Due to certain special needs (e.g. as forensic evidence) the user may need to automatically record all video calls of his mobile terminal for a certain period of time, e.g. within a month or more. The user may apply to enable and disable the functionality using the integrated services and information platform. The video files are stored on the server and can be downloaded and used by the user. The platform operator retains the digital signature of the video file and can provide the digital signature to the user to ensure the authenticity of the file.
12. Virtual answering/calling module
If the mobile terminal is powered off and the integrated service platform is set to virtual answering, the personal service platform can 'answer' the user call. At this time, the voice or video phone is connected to the terminal designated by the user through a voice or video communication means of the internet. In addition, the user can also initiate a call to the public telephone network user through the virtual call function simulation mobile terminal of the personal service area of the integrated information platform through voice and video tools on the Internet.
13. Secret telephone module
This function provides a high quality secure communication service for the user's telephone. Before using the function, the user needs to install the secure telephone software provided by the personal information platform provider on the own mobile terminal. The connection between the terminal and the server may be made using a conventional telephone channel of the mobile access network or directly using a data communication channel. After the user starts the private telephone function of the personal integrated service platform, all calling and called telephones of the user are transferred to the private telephone module of the personal integrated service platform, and the private telephone module uses the digital certificate and the secure communication module to communicate with the mobile terminal. Ordinary mobile phones use a unified standard encryption technology, once the password is deciphered, due to the broadcast nature of the wireless channel, a hacker of the mobile phone can listen to any given phone with the deciphering equipment once and for all, stealing the user's secret. The personal integrated information platform uses a non-standard encryption technology, and a used password system can be frequently replaced, so that even if the standard password is decoded by mobile black content, the telephone of a user cannot be eavesdropped from an air interface. This undoubtedly greatly improves the security quality of the user's phone. If the parties participating in the communication support and enable the secure telephone function, the integrated service platform can also use a public key cryptosystem to provide end-to-end complete secure communication for the user by storing and providing a public key for the user.
B. Terminal control module
And the terminal control module is used for basic control and management of the mobile terminal.
1. Terminal enable/disable
When the mobile terminal is lost, the user can forbid the communication function of the mobile terminal through the terminal disabling function. After the terminal is disabled, most communication functions of the mobile phone are disabled (the terminal can directly implement the disabling or can be matched with the mobile network to complete the functions), but a terminal enabling instruction sent by the comprehensive information platform can be received and responded. If the terminal is lost, the user can restore the communication function of the mobile terminal through the terminal enable instruction.
2. Terminal binding/unbinding
When changing the mobile phone number, the user can bind his personal information platform to a new mobile terminal through the terminal binding/unbinding service.
C. Platform resource management module
The platform resource management module is responsible for managing resources such as calculation, storage and the like of the service platform and providing basic tools for users to use the platform. Since the resource manager operates on the server side, mobile terminal side functions can be simplified. For example, files in certain formats may not be viewable using a cell phone terminal. This problem can be avoided if the handset terminal uses a resource manager on the server. Meanwhile, by applying the running function of the resource manager, the mobile terminal user can also use the powerful computing function of the server computer.
1. Storage management
The server provides management functions for files and data materials stored by the individual.
2. Operation management
The server provides an operation function for the executable program on the premise of ensuring the system safety. This functionality, in conjunction with storage management, may provide a virtual computer for mobile users.
3. Short message instruction interpreter
A short message instruction is shown in fig. 6 a. An instruction comprises an instruction length, an instruction code, instruction data, a check code and a security code. The security code can be a simple password or a digital signature with high security level. At the server side, the instruction interpreter receives the short message instruction from the mobile terminal and completes specified operations according to the instruction, such as transmitting a certain specified information to the terminal. The mobile terminal also has a similar short message interpreter to complete the terminal control instruction sent by the server platform. The flow of the short message instruction interpreter executing an instruction is shown in fig. 6. The concrete description is as follows. Upon receipt of an instruction, the interpreter reads the instruction at step 601 and then calculates a check value at step 602. In step 603, the obtained check value is compared with the check code in the instruction, if the two are the same, the step 605 is performed to check the security code, otherwise, the step 604 is performed to perform error processing. If the step 605 security code check is passed, then go to step 607 to execute the associated operation of instruction encoding, otherwise go to step 606 to perform illegal instruction processing. After the instruction operation is completed, step 608 is executed to end the operation.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the reference herein is only an exemplary processing method of the short message instruction interpreter, and those skilled in the art may also adopt any other schemes to accomplish the operation of the short message instruction interpreter.
4. Platform tool box
The platform tool box provides a short message instruction editor, a media information making tool and a digital signature tool, and is convenient for a user to use the service of the comprehensive information platform. Wherein,
(1) the short message instruction editor has the function of binding the executive program corresponding to the instruction code specified by the user. The length field, the check code and the security code are automatically generated by the instruction editor. The data field of the instruction contains the bound input parameters and some other necessary data needed to execute the program. For example, the user defines an instruction to delete a file in the personal area, and uses the editor, the instruction code and the executive program corresponding to the code are required to specify the operation, and the length of the data field is reserved. When the actual use instruction is given, a user gives a file path needing to be deleted, and the transmitting end instruction interpreter converts the information into a file deletion instruction and transmits the file deletion instruction to a destination. And the receiving end instruction interpreter interprets and executes the file deleting program bound by the instruction to complete the deletion of the specified file. The executive program bound by a short message instruction is recorded by the instruction interpreter and is not reflected in the short message instruction.
(2) The media information making tool has the function of assisting a user in making and processing multimedia information. For example, the user himself records a short film with a camera, and the media production tool can complete editing, adding and the like, and convert the short film into a proper file format and the like. As another example, a user may also create a multimedia animation using an animation tool.
(3) The digital signature tool provides a digital signature for the user's multimedia information. The stamp can be used to uniquely identify the author information, protecting the author's copyright. By using the unique information of the works, if the network has the function of recording the number of times that the user works are forwarded, the popularity index (the number of times that the works are forwarded, quoted and downloaded) and the influence factor of the works in a specified time range can be obtained. These data can be used to generate new value added services, such as virtual magazine services. And publishing the virtual magazine by the comprehensive information platform. An individual user may submit a contribution to a virtual magazine, the contribution being a multimedia information work suitable for dissemination over a mobile network. Virtual magazine editors and editors audit the works (legitimacy, interest, knowledge, etc.). And (4) publishing the approved works in the virtual magazine after the digital signature stamp is added. An interesting work may be forwarded by a large number of users. Magazine publishers may encourage the author in some suitable way to encourage the free creation of multimedia information based on the number of times a work is forwarded within the mobile network (virtual sales volume) within a given time.
(II) public access area
This area can be accessed by any user on the internet and provides a personal homepage or a mobile blog service to the user of the mobile terminal using a personal homepage/mobile blog module.
D. Page/moblog module
The integrated service and information platform provides a personal homepage or a mobile blog service to a user of the mobile terminal. The function does not need to be bound with the mobile terminal, and the user can log in the account of the user to use the service through the user name and the password of the user by using any mobile terminal or any computer on the Internet.
The following advantages, for example, are achieved with the integrated services and information platform of the present invention.
The user using the integrated service and information platform can access the files on the personal integrated service and information platform at any time and any place. This greatly facilitates users who are on business occasionally. Frequently-on-business users may have experience with which most commonly used documents are stored in a laptop computer. And the users who are on business trip are likely to copy a few important files when they are on business trip because the materials are mostly stored in the office desktop computer during normal work. By using the integrated service and information platform, the user can pay attention to backup important files in the personal information area by using the file storage function at ordinary times. Therefore, the user does not worry about incomplete files influencing the work no matter where the user walks.
In addition, for the users of the integrated service and information platform, if the storage capacity of the initial application is 10G, the 10G capacity is basically used up after one year of use due to the frequent downloading and storage of files on the internet. At this time, the user applies for adding 40G through the integrated service and the information platform. After the application is successful, the storage capacity of the user is increased from 10G to 50G. The storage capacity of the mobile terminal of the user is greatly improved without changing the mobile terminal.
In addition, for a common black-and-white mobile phone user, the terminal can only send common text short messages and cannot directly send and receive multimedia information. By using the comprehensive service and information platform and using the short message instruction set defined by the user, the user can send multimedia information by using a black and white mobile phone of the user. Multimedia messages sent by other users to the user are stored in a personal access area of the server, and the information platform server informs the user in a text message mode. Therefore, the mobile terminal does not need to be changed, and the black and white mobile phone is added with the multimedia message receiving and sending function. When the user changes the mobile phone into the multimedia mobile phone, if the number is not changed, the user can directly use the new mobile phone and the original integrated service and information platform. If the number is changed, the user can continue to use the original personal information account by binding/unbinding the terminal.
In addition, using the integrated services and information platform, the user can also store the telephone directory in the personal access area, so that the user has an always 'online' telephone directory. The user does not need to worry about losing the telephone directory of the user. When the user changes the mobile phone, the user does not need to modify the telephone directory.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that other changes and modifications may be made in the above-described exemplary embodiments without departing from the scope of the invention herein, and it is intended that all matter contained in the above description shall be interpreted as illustrative and not in a limiting sense.
