Abstract

本发明涉及的是一种快速充电公交电车受电弓起升装置,主要包括:支架外板1、支架筋板2、支架底座3、绝缘子4、触线联接板5、触线筋板6、触线头7、触线缓冲器8等,其作用是将电源触线平行悬挂在空中,从而保证公交电车受电弓与公交电车候车站充电装置的电源触线有效接触,保证公交电车充电过程可靠、快速地进行。

一种公交电车候车站充电装置
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种快速充电公交电车候车站充电装置,使公交电车上的受电弓有效地与候车站充电装置的电源触线对接,进而实现公交电车在候车站上的快速充电,属运输工具领域。
背景技术
快速充电公交电车是一种在公交电车停靠站、乘客上下车时,可伸缩受电弓在公交电车上伸出与候车站充电装置的电源触线对接,以大电流向公交电车上的超级电容组(或蓄电池组)充电、补充电能,充电结束后可伸缩受电弓收回,从而保持公交电车在整个运行线路中持续进行。中国专利申请号02150779.1公开的一种公交电车候车站快速充电系统,是将无轨电车的直流电源引至公交电车候车站上空的电源触线上,或者将公交电车候车站附近的交流电源通过变压器及直流整流器整流成直流电源引至公交电车候车站上空的电源触线上。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足和缺陷,提供一种公交电车候车站充电装置,将电源触线平行悬挂在空中,从而保证公交电车受电弓与公交电车候车站充电装置的电源触线有效接触,保证公交电车充电过程可靠、快速地进行。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。本发明主要包括:支架外板、支架筋板、支架底座、绝缘子、触线联接板、触线筋板、触线头、触线缓冲器等,其连接方式为:支架外板、支架筋板及支架底座焊接在一起做为电源触线的支架;触线联接板、触线筋板、触线头压锻在一起做为电源触线;绝缘子的一端联接触线缓冲器,另一端联接支架外板,用于固定电源触线,保证电源触线与支架之间绝缘;触线缓冲器一端与绝缘子联接,另一端与触线联接板联接,起固定电源触线的作用。
触线头为平行的两条,分别与充电电源的正板及负极联接。触线头的长度根据候车站的实际需求确定,可为5-50米。触线头材料可以是铜、铝或钢。
支架外板与支架筋板为板型钢材,也可用管型钢材。
支架底座固定在地面的地基上。
本发明具有实质性特点和显著进步。本发明提供一种公交电车候车站充电装置,将电源触线平行悬挂在空中,从而保证公交电车受电弓与公交电车候车站充电装置的电源触线有效接触,保证公交电车充电过程可靠、快速地进行。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,本发明主要包括:支架外板1、支架筋板2、支架底座3、绝缘子4、触线联接板5、触线筋板6、触线头7、触线缓冲器8等,其连接方式为:支架外板1、支架筋板2及支架底座3焊接在一起做为电源触线的支架,触线联接板5、触线筋板6、触线头7压锻在一起做为电源触线,绝缘子4的一端联接触线缓冲器8,绝缘子4的另一端联接支架外板1,触线缓冲器8的一端与绝缘子4联接,触线缓冲器8的另一端与触线联接板5联接。
触线头7为平行的两条,分别与充电电源的正板及负极联接。触线头7的长度根据候车站的实际需求确定,可为5-50米。触线头7的材料可以是铜、铝或钢。
支架外板1与支架筋板2可用板型钢材,也可用管型钢材。

1、一种公交电车候车站充电装置,其特征在于主要包括:支架外板(1)、支架筋板(2)、支架底座(3)、绝缘子(4)、触线联接板(5)、触线筋板(6)、触线头(7)、触线缓冲器(8)等,其连接方式为:支架外板(1)、支架筋板(2)及支架底座(3)焊接在一起做为电源触线的支架,触线联接板(5)、触线筋板(6)、触线头(7)压锻在一起做为电源触线,绝缘子(4)的一端联接触线缓冲器(8),绝缘子(4)的另一端联接支架外板(1),触线缓冲器(8)的一端与绝缘子(4)联接,触线缓冲器(8)的另一端与触线联接板(5)联接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种公交电车候车站充电装置,其特征在于:触线头(7)为平行的两条,分别与充电电源的正板及负极联接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种公交电车候车站充电装置,其特征在于:触线头(7)的长度根据候车站实际需求确定,可为5-50米。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种公交电车候车站充电装置,其特征在于:触线头(7)的材料是铜。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种公交电车候车站充电装置,其特征在于:触线头(7)材料是铝。
6、根据权利要求1所述的一种公交电车候车站充电装置,其特征在于:触线头(7)材料是钢。
