Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于载货车的可气动和/或电动机械地操作的盘式制动器,包括:搭接一轴向固定的制动盘(1)的制动钳(4),该制动钳可以固定在一轴构件(7)上并且构成为固定式制动钳,该固定式制动钳在夹紧运动时经由弹性变形将反作用侧的制动摩擦片运动至制动盘;用于夹紧制动器的夹紧装置(5),其中夹紧装置(5)具有一回转杠杆(10);以及包括在制动钳中设置的后续调节装置(6)用于补偿制动摩擦片和/或制动盘磨损,其中,在回转杠杆(10)的区域内设置一个支承件(11),该支承件如此设置和布置,使得支承件在回转杠杆(10)的夹紧运动时在制动活塞(9)的规定的行程之后在制动摩擦片(2)在回转杠杆(10)上的压紧区域(13)和回转杠杆在制动钳(4)上的支承位置(12)之间构成一个用于回转杠杆的支座。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于载货车的可气动和/或电动机械地操作的盘式制动器。
背景技术
这种类型的作为固定式制动钳制动器的盘式制动器利用反作用力原理,使得在压紧通过夹紧装置压靠在制动盘上的制动摩擦片后通过制动钳的弹性变形使所对置的制动摩擦片被压靠到制动盘上。
在此制动钳自身可以弹性变形和/或制动钳经由一个连接法兰与轴构件固定连接。
制动钳的变形如此程度地实现,使得消除了制动盘和反作用侧的制动摩擦片之间的空隙。
为了补偿制动摩擦片和/或制动盘磨损,每个制动摩擦片配备一个后续调节装置,通过该后续调节装置确保了相应的制动摩擦片和制动盘之间的空隙保持恒定。
然而在此不利的是,这导致两个制动摩擦片的不均匀的磨损,这是不利的,因为例如使用寿命与期望值不对应。此外轴向力作用在车轮轴承上,这同时导致限制了使用寿命,由此必要的维修引起后续费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,如此进一步改进上述类型的盘式制动器,使得其工作安全性得到改善并且使用寿命得到提高。
上述目的通过一种用于于载货车的可气动和/或电动机械地操作的盘式制动器来实现,该盘式制动器包括:
a)用于夹紧制动器的夹紧装置;
b)搭接一轴向固定的制动盘的制动钳,该制动钳可以固定在一轴构件上并且构成为固定式制动钳,该固定式制动钳在夹紧运动时经由弹性变形将反作用侧的制动摩擦片运动至制动盘;
c)其中夹紧装置具有一回转杠杆,该回转杠杆一方面支承在制动钳上并且另外一方面作用在一制动活塞上,夹紧侧的制动摩擦片经由该制动活塞可以压紧在制动盘上;
d)以及包括在制动钳中设置的后续调节装置用于补偿制动摩擦片和/或制动盘磨损,其中每个制动摩擦片配备至少一个后续调节装置,
其中,
e)在回转杠杆的区域内设置一个支承件,该支承件如此设置和布置,使得支承件在回转杠杆的夹紧运动时在制动活塞的规定的行程之后在制动摩擦片在回转杠杆上的压紧区域和回转杠杆在制动钳上的支承位置之间构成一个用于回转杠杆的支座。
据此在回转杠杆的区域内设置一个支承件,该支承件这样设置和布置,使得支承件在回转杠杆的夹紧运动时在制动活塞的规定的行程之后在制动摩擦片在回转杠杆上的压紧区域和回转杠杆在制动钳上的支承位置之间构成一个用于回转杠杆的支座。
优选支承件构成为与回转杠杆固定连接的止挡推杆,该止挡推杆在工作时贴靠在轴构件上或者支承在一个与轴固定连接的构件上,例如在制动钳自身的一个内部凸肩上。
根据现有技术为了产生反作用力,必须将作用侧的制动摩擦片压紧在固定的制动盘上,而通过本发明实现了,当作用侧的制动摩擦片仍然未与制动盘嵌接时,制动钳就业已弹性变形并且将反作用侧的制动摩擦片朝制动盘的方向拉动。
由此在进一步夹紧时同时应用了两个制动摩擦片,它们均匀受载。因此减小了不均匀的磨损的效果,从而提高了制动摩擦片的使用寿命。
根据本发明的一个有利的构造设置成,支承件构成为止挡推杆,该支承件在夹紧方向上延伸并且贴靠在与之横向延伸的、与轴固定连接的构件上。
在此如此选择止挡推杆的长度尺寸和在回转杠杆上的定位,使得止挡推杆在一半夹紧行程之后贴靠在与轴固定连接的构件上。
除了将止挡推杆直接安装在回转杠杆上之外,也存在这样的可能性,即,将止挡推杆与刚性的轴构件连接,从而回转杠杆在夹紧运动时支承在止挡推杆上。

具体实施方式
在附图中示出了用于载货车的可气动和/或电动机械地操作的盘式制动器,其具有一个搭接优选轴向固定的制动盘1的制动钳4,该制动钳构成为固定式制动钳,该固定式制动钳自身可以弹性变形或设置在一可弹性变形的轴构件上并且固定在轴构件7上。制动盘可以例如也在其摩擦盘的区域内可有限地轴向运动或变形,从而在这种情况下在夹紧时制动盘部分变形并且制动钳部分变形。
在制动盘1的两侧设置制动摩擦片2、3,所述制动摩擦片分别配备一个后续调节装置6,利用该后续调节装置可以后续调节制动摩擦片2、3的磨损行程。
在实施侧中在右侧设置的制动摩擦片2配备一个夹紧装置5,经由该夹紧装置制动摩擦片2作为作用侧的制动摩擦片可以被压向盘式制动器1。
夹紧装置5具有一个旋转或回转杠杆10,该杠杆一方面支承在制动钳4上并且另外一方面直接地或经由其它的中间元件如辊,必要时桥接件等,作用在制动活塞9上。在操作夹紧装置5时制动活塞9朝盘式制动器1的方向运动,其中在压紧区域13内间接贴靠的制动摩擦片6朝盘式制动器1的方向运动。
回转杠杆10在位于制动钳4上的支承位置12的区域内以已知的方式构成为偏心轮,如例如在DE 42 30 005 A1中所描述的那样。
根据本发明在回转杠杆10的区域内设置一个支承件11,该支承件在回转杠杆10的夹紧运动时在制动活塞9的规定的行程之后在制动摩擦片2在回转杠杆10上的压紧区域13和回转杠杆在制动钳4上的支承位置12之间构成一个支座。
在所示的例子中,支承件11由止挡推杆构成,其经由一个接点14与回转杠杆10固定连接。
在操作夹紧装置5以及摆动回转杠杆10时,首先作用侧的制动摩擦片2被朝制动盘1的方向挤压,直至支承件11贴靠在轴构件7的轴凸缘8上。在进一步夹紧后,弹性的制动钳4通过支承件11的支承在带动反作用侧的制动摩擦片3的情况下逆着夹紧方向运动,其中作用侧的制动摩擦片2同时被进一步压向制动盘1,直至两个制动摩擦片2、3贴靠在制动盘1上。通过本发明实现了,不是当作用侧的制动摩擦片2业已贴靠在制动盘1上时,反作用侧的制动摩擦片3才被朝制动盘1的方向引导,而是在此之前,从而制动摩擦片2、3的不均匀的磨损效果被减小了。
在此支承件11的长度和其在压紧区域13和支承位置12之间的定位决定了夹紧行程的长度,反作用侧的制动摩擦片3被朝制动盘1的方向拉动所述夹紧行程。
替换支承件11在与制动盘1平行延伸的轴凸缘8上的贴靠,支承件11的操作方向也可以偏置90度与虚线相对应地定向。

Claims (8)
1.用于载货车的可气动和/或电动机械地操作的盘式制动器,包括:
a)用于夹紧制动器的夹紧装置(5);
b)搭接一轴向固定的制动盘(1)的制动钳(4),该制动钳可以固定在一轴构件(7)上并且构成为固定式制动钳,该固定式制动钳在夹紧运动时经由弹性变形将反作用侧的制动摩擦片运动至制动盘;
c)其中夹紧装置(5)具有一回转杠杆(10),该回转杠杆一方面支承在制动钳(4)上并且另外一方面作用在一制动活塞(9)上,夹紧侧的制动摩擦片(2)经由该制动活塞可以压紧在制动盘(1)上;
d)以及包括在制动钳中设置的后续调节装置(6)用于补偿制动摩擦片和/或制动盘磨损,其中每个制动摩擦片(2、3)配备至少一个后续调节装置(6),
其特征在于,
e)在回转杠杆(10)的区域内设置一个支承件(11),该支承件如此设置和布置,使得支承件在回转杠杆(10)的夹紧运动时在制动活塞(9)的规定的行程之后在制动摩擦片(2)在回转杠杆(10)上的压紧区域(13)和回转杠杆在制动钳上的支承位置(12)之间构成一个用于回转杠杆的支座。
2.如权利要求1所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,支承件(11)构成为与回转杠杆(10)固定连接的止挡推杆,该止挡推杆在工作时支承在轴构件(7)上或者支承在一个与轴固定连接的构件上。

5.如权利要求2或3所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,止挡推杆贴靠或固定在一轴凸缘(8)上。
6.如权利要求5所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,轴凸缘(8)横向于夹紧方向延伸。
7.如权利要求1至3之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,支承件横向于夹紧方向延伸。
8.如权利要求1至3之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,支承件的长度和其在回转杠杆(10)上的定位如此构成,使得支承件大致在一半的夹紧行程时贴靠在轴构件(7)或回转杠杆(10)上。
