Background
With the progress of science and technology and the development of times, the technological requirements of people on material heat treatment are continuously improved, and further, more definite requirements are provided for the temperature deviation in the effective heating area of the electric furnace for material heat treatment.
In order to enable each part of the heated materials (particularly large or multiple materials) to meet the uniform heat treatment requirement, reduce the performance deviation among materials and further improve the internal quality of products, the requirement on the deviation range (furnace temperature uniformity) of the temperature in an effective heating zone is smaller and smaller.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3 and fig. 4-8 in a matching way, the hot air circulation oven belongs to an electric furnace for periodic operation. The electric furnace main body is respectively provided with a hot air circulating system, a charging basket rotating system and a rapid cooling system; wherein,
the hot air circulating system comprises a hot air circulating fan 3 arranged at the top of the electric furnace main body, a fan connected with the hot air circulating fan 3 into a whole, heaters 14 arranged at two sides of the fan, and an air guide system arranged on the electric furnace main body;
the air guide system comprises an air guide cover arranged in the electric furnace main body, and the air guide cover comprises air guide plates 4 and 5 arranged at the top and the left and right sides of the electric furnace main body;
the space formed by the combination of the top air deflector 4, the left and right air deflectors 5 and the inner furnace shell of the electric furnace main body forms a circulating air duct of the electric furnace main body. The air deflectors 5 on the left and right sides are composed of a detachable blind plate 51 arranged up and down and a perforated plate 52 with air guiding holes uniformly distributed thereon.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the charging basket rotating system of the present invention includes a rotating mechanism 6 capable of independently rotating and heating the charging basket 8 in the hearth. In this embodiment, three rotating mechanisms 6 are used, and are arranged in parallel at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the hearth of the electric furnace main body, so that three charging barrels 8 in the electric furnace can be independently heated in a rotating manner.
The charging basket slewing mechanism 6 comprises two horizontally rotating rolling shafts 68 which are arranged in parallel in the electric furnace; the two rolling shafts 68 are driven by the same speed reducer 61 arranged on the electric furnace main body back support 64, the speed reducer 61 is arranged on the mounting plate 65, and the two rolling shafts 68 are driven to rotate by the chain wheels including a driving chain wheel 611, a driven chain wheel 69 and a chain 610, so that the charging barrel 8 arranged on the two rolling shafts 68 rotates axially.
The two ends of the rolling shaft 68 are respectively supported by rolling bearings, the rear end is a fixed end, the front end is a movable end which can expand and extend freely when being heated, and the front end and the rear end are supported by a supporting wheel 66 arranged in the hearth.
One of the rolling bearings supported at both ends of the rolling shaft 68 is a front end bearing 612 arranged in the hearth, and the other is a rear end bearing 63 arranged on the back support 64 of the electric furnace main body; the front end bearing 612 is a high temperature resistant bearing.
The joint of the rolling shaft 68 and the back bracket of the electric furnace main body is provided with a rotary sealing device 67, and the furnace door 10 of the electric furnace main body and the door frame thereof are respectively provided with an inner sealing device 11 and an outer sealing device 12, which can effectively reduce the heat loss in the furnace chamber.
The rapid cooling system comprises a blower 1 and a draught fan 2 which are arranged at the top of an electric furnace main body and communicated with an air guide system. As shown in the drawing, in the present embodiment, the blower 1 and the induced draft fan 2 are respectively provided on the left and right sides of the heat cycle fan 3.
The invention utilizes the combination of the wind scooper (forcing cold wind or hot wind to flow according to the design requirement direction), the centrifugal or axial flow thermal circulation fan 3 and the heating element to calculate, and finally determines the optimal wind volume, wind pressure and power distribution of the whole machine. Finally, the temperature reaches an effective heating area in a thermal equilibrium state, and the temperature difference between the highest point and the lowest point relative to the control temperature is within 3 ℃.
The invention also realizes that the uniformity of the furnace temperature can be controlled within 10 ℃ in the dynamic process of heating and temperature rise and cooling after heating. In the design of the wind scooper, the blind plate 51 and the wind deflector 52 with the wind guiding holes can be combined arbitrarily according to the position of the heated workpiece in the oven, so as to achieve the optimal heating effect and temperature uniformity.
And in the cooling process, the process requirement of rapid cooling after the heating of the heat treatment process is finished is met by utilizing the air blower 1 and the induced draft fan 2 which are arranged in the cooling system and communicated with the air guide system.
In the design of the electric furnace main body, the charging basket rotating system is added, so that the heated workpieces can circularly rotate in the heating area, and each heated workpiece in the charging basket 8 is heated more uniformly.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the air guiding system of the present embodiment, the air guiding plate at the side of the hearth of the electric furnace main body is assembled by 10 detachable opening plates 52 and blind plates 51, corresponding fasteners 53 and fixing plates 54, and forms a three-dimensional air guiding cover together with the top air guiding plate 4 of the hearth. The wind scooper and the thermal cycle fan 3 together constitute the wind guide system of the present invention. In the process of heat treatment, the relative positions of the perforated plate 52 and the blind plate 51 can be flexibly changed according to different charging conditions, so that hot air in the hearth of the electric furnace main body can circulate according to a preset flow track as shown by an arrow in figure 1, and good furnace temperature uniformity is obtained.
Utilize air-blower 1 and draught fan 2 and corresponding valve of setting at electric stove main part top, when the heating finishes the cooling, if cooling rate is still not enough, can in time discharge the hot-air in the oven through draught fan 2, send into cold air through forcing in the furnace of air-blower 1 to the electric stove main part simultaneously to reach the required quick cooling effect of production technology, improve production efficiency.
A reinforced structure made of stainless steel tubes or bent plates is added to all the bearing parts in the main structure of the electric furnace so as to achieve sufficient bearing capacity. Four adjusting support legs 9 capable of adjusting the electric furnace to be horizontal are arranged at the lower part of the electric furnace main body, so that the flatness of four corners of the electric furnace main body and the ground can be flexibly adjusted.
The oven control cabinet 7 in fig. 1 adopts a touch screen and a PLC to jointly control the motors of all the electrical devices on the oven, including the heater 14, the thermal cycle fan 3, the induced draft fan 2, the blower 1, the charging basket rotating mechanism 6, and the like, and related electrical components, and operates according to a preset process.
