风挡雨刷装置
技术领域
本发明涉及风挡雨刷装置，其包括弹性的细长支架元件和由柔性材料制成的细长刮水片，刮水片可设置成与待擦拭的风挡玻璃邻接，所述刮水片包括在其纵向侧面上对立的纵向凹槽，支架元件的间隔的纵向条设置在该凹槽中，其中所述纵向条的相邻端部由相应的连接件互连，所述风挡雨刷装置包括用于摆式雨刷臂的连接装置。
背景技术
上述的风挡雨刷装置是众所周知的。现有技术中的风挡雨刷装置特别是设计为″无轭(yokeless)″雨刷装置，其中不再采用彼此枢转连接的几个轭，但是其中刮水片被支架元件偏压，从而它呈特定的曲率。现有技术中风挡雨刷装置的摆式臂包括在其一侧突出的销，其侧向地插入连接装置的通孔。
现有技术风挡雨刷装置的一个缺点是：如果由于磨损和/或老化的原因需要替换柔性材料(弹性体材料，例如橡胶)的细长刮水片，则由所述刮水片、纵向条、连接件(实践中也称为″端盖″)和用于所述摆式臂的连接装置构成的结构需要全部替换。换句话说，所述刮水片的替换必然导致整个结构的替换，如上所指出的，不仅从经济角度而且从环境角度来说带来很多不利的后果。发明人注意到，尤其是在多雨气候的国家，风挡雨刷装置的使用频率将肯定比那些阳光充足的国家更大，上述缺点形成了对例如小汽车驾驶者的一个沉重的经济负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的上述缺点，为了达到这样的目的，序言中所述类型风挡雨刷装置的特征在于，所述刮水片与纵向条是可分离地连接的，其中刮水片能自由地沿着纵向条在第一位置和第二位置之间滑动，在所述第一位置，刮水片保持到纵向条上，在所述第二位置，刮水片与纵向条分离以便替换或修理。换句话说，在第一位置，刮水片仅仅由纵向条(实践中也称为″屈肌(flexors)″、″椎骨″(vertebra)或″衬垫条″)支撑，这使得刮水片可以滑动的连接到纵向条或者与纵向条分离。从纵向条上拆卸刮水片以便替换或修理使得由纵向条、连接件和用于摆式臂的连接装置组成的结构保持不被干扰，这是从上述的结构不需要与摆式臂分离以替换的角度而言的。因此，所述刮水片的替换并不一定意味着替换整个结构。需要注意到的是，本发明并不局限于使用在轿车中，它也可以被用于火车及其他快速车辆。
在依照本发明的风挡雨刷装置的一个优选实施例中，至少一个所述纵向条包括位于其内部纵向边缘处的凹陷，其中刮水片能通过所述凹陷可滑动地连接到纵向条或与纵向条分离。所述凹陷形成了一个入口，通过该入口，用手就能使作为单独构造元件的刮水片沿着纵向条滑动，直到所述刮水片最后保持到纵向条上(第一位置)。所述凹陷还作为出口，通过该出口，用手能使刮水片从所述第一位置滑动，直到作为单独的″松动″构造元件的所述刮水片能被替换或修理(第二位置)。特别地是，每个纵向条包括位于其内部纵向边缘处的凹陷，以便相对的凹陷形成了孔，其中刮水片能通过所述孔可滑动地连接到纵向条或与纵向条分离。

在依照本发明的风挡雨刷装置的另一个优选实施例中，啮合构件与所述连接件是整体形成的。特别的是，连接件被制成塑料一体件。
在依照本发明的风挡雨刷装置的另一个优选实施例中，设置了阻流板，所述阻流板保持到所述纵向条上。所述阻流板优选的是单独的结构元件，其被完全地可分离地连接到纵向条，其中连接件可以滑动到阻流板端部上。特别地是，所述阻流板包括围绕纵向条啮合的啮合构件，以便所述条安装在由所述啮合构件形成的凹槽中。更特别地是，所述阻流板的啮合构件与阻流板是整体形成的。

具体实施方式
图1显示了依照本发明的风挡雨刷装置1的优选实施例。所述风挡雨刷装置由弹性体刮水片2和纵向条4构建而成，在刮水片2的纵向侧面形成有对立的纵向凹槽3，纵向条4由弹簧带钢制成，其装配在纵向凹槽3中。该条4形成了用于橡胶刮水片2的柔性支架元件，实际上，刮水片2因此被偏压到弯曲的位置(在工作位置的曲率与待擦拭的风挡玻璃的曲率相同)。条4的相邻端部5通过连接件6在风挡雨刷装置1的两侧上互连。风挡雨刷装置1还装备有用于摆式臂8的连接装置7，以及阻流板9。
图2显示了图1的风挡雨刷装置1的自由端，而图3显示了刮水片2不存在的所述自由端的底视图。相应的部件具有相同的附图标记。如图2、4、5所示(后两幅图显示了作为单独结构元件的连接件6的透视图)，连接件6具有止动表面10，以阻止在使用时刮水片2沿着条4在连接件6内部的相对运动。连接件6是由塑料制成的一体件。
参见图6，它是条4的俯视图，所述条4每个都具有突起11，该突起11从条4的纵向内部边缘12横向延伸。当连接件6可滑动地安装在条4的相邻端部5之上时，实现了卡合或咬合连接，其中突起11卡合或咬合在连接件6内部的止动件13(″凹口13″)之间。每个突起11依靠在位于对立止动件13之间的小槽14中。因此，阻止了条4相对于连接件6在纵向的任何移动。每个连接件6还具有两个与之整体形成的啮合构件15，其中所述啮合构件15围绕条4啮合，以便形成用于使条4在其中滑动的凹槽16。啮合构件15确保了阻止条4相对于连接件6在横向的任何移动。

Claims (15)
