Abstract

本发明涉及一种穹顶式除尘熄焦塔,是由位于底部的熄焦段和位于上部的除尘段两部分组成,在熄焦段内设有熄焦喷射管,除尘段分为三格,两边格下部分别用斜板封住,斜板的下端设有排污孔,斜板与水平面的夹角α为10~75°;在熄焦喷射管上方、除尘段中间格的入口设置一组洗涤降温装置,在洗涤降温装置的上方熄焦塔的顶部设有穹顶式除尘罩,穹顶式除尘罩覆盖熄焦塔除尘段的中间格及两边格的一部分。本发明在熄焦过程产生的含有大量污染物的蒸汽在经过水雾洗涤、冷却、重力沉降以及改变气体流动方向后,其含尘量大大的降低,每吨焦排放到大气中的焦粉量可控制在50g以下,蒸汽也因得到冷却而回收了部分熄焦用水,降低了生产耗水量。

Description

穹顶式除尘熄焦塔
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用水熄灭赤热焦炭的专用设备,特别涉及一种穹顶式除尘熄焦塔。
背景技术
在炼焦制气厂中,煤在焦炉炭化室内干馏成焦炭的最终温度为950~1050℃,所以从炭化室内推出的炽热焦炭,为避免燃烧并适合于运输和贮存、延长输送设备寿命、减少焦化厂维修费用,必须将其熄灭,使其温度降到200℃以下。目前,国内的炼焦制气厂普遍采用的熄焦方式是湿法熄焦工艺。湿法熄焦是将从炭化室内推出的炽热焦炭通过拦焦机导入熄焦车内,经由电机车牵引至熄焦塔内进行喷水熄焦。
炼焦生产的特点是能耗高、排污量大。改革开放以来,随着钢铁工业的迅猛发展,作为其主要原料的焦炭生产也得以迅速发展,2006年全国总计生产焦炭26768万吨,同比增产4356万吨,增长率17.14%,焦炭产量连续多年位居世界第一。随之而来的是炼焦生产的排污量也迅速增加,环境问题越来越突出。随着国家、地方各项环保法规的相继出台,对炼焦生产企业的排污标准的要求越来越严格。在炼焦工艺的熄焦过程中,熄焦水与炽热焦炭接触后产生的蒸汽夹带有大量的焦粉。通常情况下,每吨焦炭在熄焦过程中会产生约1000g的焦粉被熄焦蒸汽带走,传统湿法熄焦塔由于在除尘措施方面只采用了单层折流板式除尘装置,每吨焦炭有120~150g的焦粉被熄焦蒸汽带走排入大气,对周围环境产生严重影响。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述存在的问题,目的是提供一种可以大大降低焦粉排放量的穹顶式除尘熄焦塔。
本发明穹顶式除尘熄焦塔内容简述:一种穹顶式除尘熄焦塔,是由位于底部的熄焦段和位于上部的除尘段两部分组成,在熄焦段内设有熄焦喷射管,除尘段分为三格,两边格下部分别用斜板封住,斜板的下端设有排污孔;在熄焦喷射管上方、除尘段中间格的入口设置一组洗涤降温装置,在洗涤降温装置的上方熄焦塔的顶部设有穹顶式除尘罩,穹顶式除尘罩覆盖熄焦塔除尘段的中间格及两边格的一部分。
在熄焦塔出口的两侧与穹顶式除尘罩侧壁之间还分别布置了一组洗涤降温装置。穹顶式除尘罩为半圆形结构。两侧的斜板(6)与水平面的夹角α为10~75°。穹顶式除尘罩的布置方向与熄焦车的运行方向平行或垂直。洗涤降温装置由水管和喷嘴组成。
本发明与传统湿法熄焦塔相比,熄焦过程产生的夹带大量粉尘等熄焦逸散物的水蒸汽在上升过程中,在熄焦塔熄焦段内汇集到除尘段的中间格,在经过第一层洗涤降温装置形成的水雾层时得到冷却,气体流速下降,蒸汽中的粉尘颗粒一部分被洗涤沉降下来。经过降温洗涤后的蒸汽气流继续上升,在经过穹顶式除尘罩时受阻,气流方向由向上改变为向下,气体流速降低,蒸汽中的一部分粉尘颗粒撞击穹顶式除尘罩壁后从蒸汽中分离出来,一部分粉尘颗粒因气流速降低、方向改变而沉降下来。与此同时,这些向下流动的蒸汽还要再次经过设在顶部的第二层洗涤降温装置的洗涤冷却,然后再次改变气流方向向上排出熄焦塔出口。这样,含有粉尘的蒸汽经过两次洗涤两次流向变化后,其含尘量大大的降低,每吨焦排放到大气中的焦粉量可控制在50g以下,蒸汽也因得到冷却而回收了部分熄焦用水,降低了生产耗水量。这种熄焦塔结构简单、成本低、除尘效果好、几乎不用维护,具有良好的实用价值便于推广普及。

具体实施方式
本发明穹顶式除尘熄焦塔是这样实现的,下面结合附图做具体说明,一种穹顶式除尘熄焦塔,是由位于底部的熄焦段1和位于顶部的除尘段2两部分组成,一般为长方形或正方形。在熄焦段1内设有熄焦喷射管3,除尘段2分为三格,两边格下部分别用斜板6封住,斜板2的下端设有排污孔9,斜板6与水平面的夹角α为10~75°。在熄焦喷射管3上方、除尘段2的中间格入口设置一组由水管和喷嘴组成的洗涤降温装置5,在洗涤降温装置5的上方熄焦塔的顶部设穹顶式除尘罩4,穹顶式除尘罩4覆盖熄焦塔除尘段2的中间格及两边格的一部分。在熄焦塔出口的两侧与穹顶式除尘罩4侧壁之间还分别布置了一组由水管和喷嘴组成的洗涤降温装置7。穹顶式除尘罩4的布置方向与熄焦车8的运行方向平行也可以垂直。
当熄焦车8进入穹顶式除尘熄焦塔并停留在除尘段2的中间格的正下方后,熄焦系统开始工作,熄焦喷射管3向熄焦车8内的炽热红焦喷水,两组洗涤降温装置5、7也同时启动工作并在熄焦塔内形成水雾层,熄焦时产生的大量水蒸汽夹带大量粉尘等熄焦逸散物在热浮力的作用下急剧上升并汇聚到除尘段2的中间格,在经过洗涤降温装置5形成的水雾层时得到冷却,蒸汽中的粉尘颗粒一部分被洗涤掉,其余部分形成以粉尘颗粒为内核的冷凝液滴随蒸汽继续上升。一部分蒸汽得到冷却后随同洗涤降温装置5的喷洒水一起降落到熄焦塔内作为熄焦补充水流回到粉焦沉淀池内。洗涤降温装置5、7与熄焦过程同时开启和关闭。经过水雾洗涤得到初步净化的蒸汽在熄焦塔除尘段2的中间格内继续上升,在经过穹顶式除尘罩4时受阻,气流方向由向上改变为向下,流速降低,蒸汽中的一部分粉尘颗粒撞击穹顶式除尘罩4壁后从蒸汽中分离出来,一部分粉尘颗粒因气流速降低方向改变而沉降下来。与此同时,这些向下流动的蒸汽还要再次经过设在顶部的洗涤降温装置7的洗涤冷却,并且通过洗涤降温装置7喷嘴喷洒产生局部负压,使该处的气体向下流速增加,同时提高了熄焦塔除尘段中间格出口的吸力,使蒸汽能顺利排出。向下流动的蒸汽中的部分粉尘颗粒加速向下因惯性而沉降下来落到斜板6上,洗涤降温装置7喷洒水还对落在斜板上的粉尘冲刷,洗涤后的污水经两侧格斜板6底部的排污孔9流到熄焦塔内同样作为熄焦补充水流回到粉焦沉淀池内。经二次洗涤冷却后的蒸汽再次改变气流方向向上,最后从熄焦塔除尘段2两边格的出口排入大气。这样,熄焦产生的蒸汽及散发的焦粉经过两次洗涤冷却及两次改变气流方向,不仅回收了大部分焦粉,取得了良好的除尘效果,而且回收了部分熄焦用水,降低了生产耗水量。经推算,采用本发明后,1吨焦炭散发的焦粉量可由传统熄焦塔的120~150g降低到50g以下。

Claims (7)

1.一种穹顶式除尘熄焦塔,是由位于底部的熄焦段(1)和位于上部的除尘段(2)两部分组成,在熄焦段(1)内设有熄焦喷射管(3),其特征在于:所述的熄焦塔为长方形或正方形;除尘段(2)分为三格,两边格下部分别用斜板(6)封住,斜板的下端设有排污孔(9);在熄焦喷射管(3)上方、除尘段(2)中间格的入口设置一组洗涤降温装置(5),在洗涤降温装置(5)的上方熄焦塔的顶部设有穹顶式除尘罩(4),穹顶式除尘罩(4)覆盖熄焦塔除尘段(2)的中间格及两边格的一部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的穹顶式除尘熄焦塔,其特征在于:在熄焦塔出口的两侧与穹顶式除尘罩(4)侧壁之间还分别布置了一组洗涤降温装置(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的穹顶式除尘熄焦塔,其特征在于:穹顶式除尘罩(4)为半圆形结构。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的穹顶式除尘熄焦塔,其特征在于:两侧的斜板(6)与水平面的夹角α为10~75°。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的穹预式除尘熄焦塔,其特征在于:穹顶式除尘罩(4)的布置方向与熄焦车(8)的运行方向平行或垂直。
6.根据权利要求1所述的穹顶式除尘熄焦塔,其特征在于:洗涤降温装置(5)由水管和喷嘴组成。
7.根据权利要求2所述的穹顶式除尘熄焦塔,其特征在于:洗涤降温装置(7)由水管和喷嘴组成。
