本发明属于中药，更准确的说是一种治疗缺血性股骨头坏死的中药。
背景技术
缺血性股骨头坏死是一种因为外伤、风湿等原因，导致供血不足而引起股骨头病理变化的疾病，主要病症表现为疼痛、行走困难、症状较轻者丧失生活能力，症状较重者残疾，生活不能自理。目前西医主要采用更换股骨头治疗，可以缓解症状，但使用时间有限。中医也有各种治疗股骨头坏死的中药，治疗效果不同。
发明内容
鉴于此，本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有效治缺血性股骨头坏死的中药。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现：一种治疗缺血性股骨头坏死的中药，由如下组方的中药组成：
红参 2-3g 当归 5-8g 藏红花 5-10g
丹参 5-10g 血竭 5-8g 生地 5g-10g
杜仲 5-7g 熟地 5-10g 柴胡 5-10g
黄精 5-10g 乳香 5-10g 没药 5-10g
大黄 3-5g 五味子 5-10g 麝香 1g
冰片 5-7g 白花蛇 2-3g
由上述组方的中药，通过常规中药加工工艺，制取胶囊、散、汤剂。
病例1.巩俊亭 男 48岁 沈阳市辽沈晚报工人
病史3年，腿痛、行走困难。经沈阳骨科医院诊断：右侧股骨头缺血性坏死。
临床服用本发明汤剂，日服2次，服药60日，症状减轻，服药180日，痊愈，随访2年，未复发。
病例2.齐贵复 男 50岁 辽宁省阜新县伊玛图乡青堆子村人病史6年，因患风湿病，经常服用激素类药物，导致双侧股骨头缺血性坏死，临床诊断：双侧股骨头缺血性坏死晚期。
服用本发明胶囊，60日后症状减轻，七个月后生成新骨，骨小梁排列整齐，骨密度均匀，平复痊愈，随访8年未复发
病例3：王玉文 男 44岁 辽宁省彰武县人
病史2年，因高烧注射地塞米松过量，患双侧股骨头缺血性坏死，临床服用本发明胶囊6个月痊愈。
本发明的治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的中药，补肝肾、益精血，活血化瘀，恢复神精，造血有源，骨髓有生，具有标本兼治的功能，疗效确切，效果显著。
具体实施方式
一种治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的中药由如下组方的中药组成：
取：
红参 3g 当归 6g 藏红花 8g
丹参 10g 血竭 5g 生地 10g
杜仲 5g 熟地 10g 柴胡 10g
黄精 8g 乳香 8g 没药 10g
大黄 3g 五味子 10g 麝香 1g
冰片 5g 白花蛇 2g
由上述组方的中药，通过常规中药加工工艺，制取胶囊。
采用上述胶囊治疗股骨头缺血性坏死疾病34例临床观查报告

摘要：目的：了解治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的中药临床治疗效果
方法：采用随机抽样双盲法，观察胶囊对34例股骨头缺血性坏死患者的治疗效果及其安全性。
临床中未发现任何副作用。
结论：疗效确切，安全实用。
1.材料与方法
1.1观查对象
同期服用股骨头缺血性坏死胶囊中药患者34例，年龄28-57岁。
1.2用药方案
全组病人按双盲法随机分为治疗组34例。治疗组给予胶囊中药内服治疗，1日二次，早、晚餐半小时后服用。
1.3观查方法
每例患者治疗前均全部记录病史，体征、及有关物理、生理检查。
1.4治疗效果观查
患者以用药30天为一疗程，治疗期为6-8个疗程。
疗效标准：
A无效：治疗后与治疗前病情症状无改变。
B有效：治疗后病情体征有改善。
C显效：治疗后病情体征有明显改善。
D痊愈：治疗后病症全部消失，达到临床治愈标准。
治疗分析
所有临床资料经整理分析后，将治疗组在无效、有效、显效、痊愈四个标准进行判断比较，通过统计学处理，观查其差异的显著性，

2.2毒副作用
34例治疗患者无一例出现不适等毒副作用。试验检查血、尿、便常规、肝、肾功能均无异常改变。由此提示本发明胶囊安全，无任何毒副作用。

1、一种冶治疗缺血性股骨头坏死的中药，其特征在于：该药剂由下述中草药原料制成：
红参 2-3g 当归 5-8g 藏红花 5-10g
丹参 5-10g 血竭 5-8g 生地 5-10g
杜仲 5-7g 熟地 5-10g 柴胡 5-10g
黄精 5-10g 乳香 5-10g 没药 5-10g
大黄 3-5g 五味子 5-10g 麝香 1g
冰片 5-7g 白花蛇 2-3g
其制作方法是：按常规中药加工工艺制取胶囊、散、汤剂。
